Outstanding warrants

Law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants. Anyone with information may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

June 13

Lazaro Hernandez Cruz, 33, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Saul Dominquez Hernandez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for attempted second-degree kidnapping.

Mario Rodriguez Herrera, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for hit and run.

Clifton Allan Herring, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Michael Robert Hicks, 65, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Edwin Michael Cecil Hill, 35, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a restricted weapon and providing false information to a police officer.

Bryan Riley Hillblom, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.

Crystal Rai Himmelspach, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for aggravated theft.

Justin Anthony Hoard, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of marijuana.

David Paul Holden, 47, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree attempted assault.

Daniel Robert Holman, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Daniel Bryant Hood, 21, is wanted on an FTA.

Jennifer Joy Hoover, 28, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Gary Joseph Horvath, 30, is wanted on probation violation for delivery of meth.

Christine Jane Hotelling, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and possession of heroin.

Brandi Denise Howell, 44, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Lew Andrew Hoyt, 27, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

Dontrel Edward Hubbard, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Nancy Shade Hudson, 31, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Cheryl Lyn Hughes, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude police.

Justin Elias, Hunt, 26, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree escape and second-degree criminal mischief.

Leandro Galicia Mendez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Tracy Michelle Bunce, 52, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree burglary, first- and second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.

Jennifer Villamor Floyd, 36, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a restricted weapon.

Robert Lee Christopher, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.

John Ronald Vangoor, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. Bail was set at $5,000.

Brandon Taylor Cadwallader, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree theft. Bail was set at $15,000.

Nathanael Lee Jones, 19, a Newberg transient, was arrested for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $157,500.

June 5

Sabine Michelle Hughes, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court. Bail was set at $5,000.

Cavin Lee Finley, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation. No bail was set.

June 6

Zachary Dean Minor, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Christine Ann Hokanson, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Randall Dean Hixon, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for first- and second-degree theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

Randall Lewis Thompson, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.

Cory David Peacock, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree animal neglect. He was booked and released.

Destinee Rose Mae Elzner, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. She was booked and released.

Charles Cool Lovell, 35, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation as well as second-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set.

David Neil Hodges, 48, a Newberg transient, was arrested for harassment and interfering with making a report. Bail was set at $7,500.

June 9

Charles Lord Chaffee IV, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Max Adolf Kliese, 29, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Victor Manuel Hernandez Casillas, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. Bail was set at $20,425.

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, Heritage Way, Fernwood Road, Mountainview Drive, Creekside Lane, Elliott Road, Williams Street and Sarah Drive.

- TVF&R responded to a miscellaneous fire at First and School streets, a request for public assistance at Tukwila and Foothills drives and a motor vehicle collisions (MVC) at Parrett Mountain and Kramien roads and at the intersection of Springbrook and Benjamin roads.

June 3

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Douglas Avenue, Center Street, Springbrook Road, Hawthorne Drive, Brutscher Street, Ninth Street and Little Oak Street.

- TVF&R responded to a residential fire at Hook Drive and The Greens Avenue and a lift assist on Fourth Street.

June 4

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Brutscher Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Brooke Drive, Third Street, Williams Street, Providence Drive, Werth Boulevard and Clubhouse Lane.

- TVF&R responded to a commercial fire alarm at Hayes Street and Portland Road.

- TVF&R responded to a residential fire alarm at McCormick Hill Road and Brooks Lane, a barkdust fire at Elliott Street and Springrook Road, a commercial fire alarm at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard and a burn complaint at Highway 99W and Putnam Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Brutscher Street, Charles Street, 11th Street, College Street and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R responded to a lift assist at Main Street and Aaron Way, a commercial fire alarm on Center Street, a brush fire at Rising Star Lane and Lesley Road and a residential fire alarm at Blaine and School streets.

- Emilio Ernesto Caballero, 20, was cited for attempted assault on a public safety officer after an incident in the 700 block of South Pacific Street.

- Zachary Dean Minor, 26, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

May 18

- Officers took a report of harassment occurring in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

- Shawn Ray Truett, 28, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

- Cory David Peacock, 40, was cited for first-degree animal neglect after an incident in the 300 block of West Fifth Street.

- Officers responded to a robbery and theft that occurred in the 800 block of East Hancock Street. The investigation is ongoing.

- Zachary G.W. Vanhook, 27, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Hugo Lopez-Sandoval, 39, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Jeronimo Morales-Servin, 42, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

- Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later returned and the investigation is continuing.

- Hailey Michelle De La Cruz, 22, was cited for initiating a false report after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

- Officers investigated a case of reckless burning that occurred at Rogers Landing.

May 21

- Jason Robert Scroggins, 38, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

- Officers took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 1400 block of North Highway 99W in Dundee.

- Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 1100 block of Pennington Drive.

- Jason Robert Scroggins, 38, was arrested for harassment and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

- Brooke Lee McKerrall, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland and Elliott roads. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Officers took a report of theft and fraudulent use of a credit card in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue. The case was resolved through a civil agreement

May 22

- Officers took a report of a lost passport and Oregon ID in the Newberg area.

- Tracy Michelle Bunce, 52, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and unlawful possession of heroin.

- Officers took a report of a missing 9-year-old child. After an extensive search, the child was located and returned to his parents.

- Richard Bryant Friend, 45, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

- Mackenzie Cummins, 28, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1000 block of 12th Street. She was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a burglary to a home in the 600 block of Sierra Vista Street.

- Officers took a report of a burglary, trespass and theft that occurred in the 1000 block of Industrial Parkway.
