Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Aug. 1

Feliciano Solorio Nambo, 58, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Phillip Joseph Needham, 59, is wanted on a probation violation for theft of services.

Jeffrey Brett Nease, 42, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief.

Casie Lynn Nelson, 32, is wanted on an FTA as well as multiple warrants.

Jerry Duane Nelson, 57, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

James Alfred Nicholas, 81, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree sodomy and second-degree sexual abuse.

Farrell Jordan Nicholas, 29, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

Aaron Michael Noble, 35, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and interfering with a peace officer.

Alisa Charnell Norwest, 28, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Enrique Nunez, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.

J. Anthony Nusbaum, 26, is wanted on an FTA for falsifying drug test results.

Toni Annette Nymeyer, 47, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a forged instrument.

Gabriel Lugo Oliva, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Matthew Paul Oostra, 40, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree attempted theft.

Daniel James Opp, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse and failure to register as a sex offender.

Amador Cruz Ortega, 31, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Emilio Ortega-Samaniego, 36, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for conspiracy to deliver controlled substances.

Jose Salvador Licona Ortiz, 43, is wanted on an FTA for failure to carry and present a license.

Juan Daniel Maldonado Ortiz, 23, is wanted for failure to appear on a citation.

Alejandro Vergara Ortiz, 43, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Elizabeth Ann Osborn, 34, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jessica Rose Lowe, 36, is wanted on an FTA for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Gary Joseph Horvath, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for delivering meth.

Herberto Jose Perez Jr., 27, is wanted on a probation violation for strangulation.

Silvestre Lopez Baldovinos, 32, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree sexual abuse, third-degree rape and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

NDPD log

July 3

- Officers took a report of multiple thefts that occurred in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street. The investigation is ongoing.

July 6

- Officers took a theft report in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

July 10

- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Franklin Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

July 12

- Officers took a runaway report on a 16-year-old female in the 300 block of South River Street.

- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 3700 block of Bur Oak Court. It was determined not to have been criminal.

July 15

- Eric Michael Weber Jr., 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

July 17

- Bryan Ray Smith, 30, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 2700 block of Haworth Avenue. He was transported to the county jail.

- Trevan Anthony Kirby, 23, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 1900 block of North College Street. He was transported to the county jail.

July 18

- A 16-year-old girl was cited for third-degree theft.

July 19

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 400 block of South Everest Road.

- Officers took a report of stolen yard ornaments in the 1200 block of East Fourth Street.

- Officers investigated a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 700 block of Graystone Drive in Dundee.

- Officers investigated a reported theft by deception that occurred in the 400 block of Whitney Drive.

- Edward Butler Hawthorne III, 41, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 3800 block of Morris Street.

July 20

- Pamela Reynolds, 60, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

- Officers took a report of theft of landscape material in the 100 block of South Grant Street.

- Richard Darren Hughes, 49, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

July 21

- Ricardo Vasquez, 27, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

- Nathaniel Garrett Jones, 39, was arrested for violation of a restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

July 22

- Timothy Allen Cooper, 55, was cited for first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of East Illinois Street.

Christopher Anthony Brewster, 24, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

July 23

- Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Charles Court. The investigation is continuing.

- Cheyenne Michelle Ferrall, 18, was cited for an outstanding warrant.

July 24

- Steven Ray Helzer Jr., 27, was arrested for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

- Officers are investigating a theft that occurred in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

- Officers took a report of identity theft that occurred in the 800 block of West First Street.

- Seana Lee Haile, 43, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 300 block of North Garfield Street.

- Gregory James Garrett, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a burglary that occurred in the 700 block of Little Oak Street.

Officers responded to an injury car crash in the 1100 block of Hadley Road. Information was exchanged between the driver and property owner.

July 25

- Jennifer Megan Sedgmore, 38, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

- Sergei Peter Gilmore, 26, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

- Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the county jail.

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 47, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

July 26

- Nathan Lee Lopez, 29, was arrested for aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jonathan Michael Johnson, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Logan Jeffery Ferrell, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jay Joseph Zanghi, 58, was arrested for menacing and fourth-degree assaul after an incident in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

- Kaleb James Brigdon, 27, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

July 27

Todd Marshall Thornton, 55, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Nathan Lee Lopez, 29, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and meth, unlawful delivery of heroin and meth. He remained lodged at the county jail.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Margaret Mia Mitchell, 53, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

July 28

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a pole at Highway 219 at the Newberg-Dundee 18 bypass.

July 29

Sean Paul McClellan, 36, was arrested for menacing and harassment after an incident in the 200 block of Lynn Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

July 20

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Meridian Street, Lesley Road, Brutscher Street, Elliott Road, Mission Drive, Poison Oak Lane, College Street, Douglas Avenue and First Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road, and requests for public assistance at North Valley Road and Ken's Hill Lane and Ninth Street and Frontier Lane.

July 21

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Hancock Street, Crestview Drive, Illinois Street, Creekside Lane, Wynooski Road and First Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road and a residential fire alarm at Villa Road and Briar Court.

July 22

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, Washington Street, Bell Road, Tangen Road, Alder Street, Church Street, Morton Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded a residential fire alarm on Sheridan Street, a commercial fire alarm at Brutscher and Hayes streets, a lift assist at Andrew and 14th streets and a bark dust fire at Springbrook and Portland roads.

July 23

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Dayton Avenue, Elliott Road, Morton Street, Center Street, Little Oak Street, Williams Street and Tomahawk Place in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded a miscellaneous fire at Crate Lane and Chehalem Drive and a miscellaneous incident between Sheridan and Sherman streets.

July 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Elliott Road, Morton Street, Newall Road, Seventh Street and School Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded requests for public assistance on Newall Road and Mountainview Drive.

July 25

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Highway 219, First Street, Sitka Avenue, Ninth Street and Main Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded a request for public assistance at Mountainview Drive and Park Court, miscellaneous incidents at Lindgren Court and Main Street and Lauren Court, and a commercial fire at Williamson Road and Whitlow Lane.

July 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Crater Lane, Center Street, College Street, Meridian Street, Brutscher Street, Villa Road, Elliott Road, Springbrook Road, Portland Road and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded a burn complaint on Douglas Avenue and a natural gas leak at Ninth and Charles streets.

July 24

Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set.

Gregory James Garrett, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court and attempt to commit a crime. Bail was set at $5,000.

Seana Lee Haile, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500.

Adam Isaac Dilorenzo, 19, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set.

July 25

Andrew Jonathen McCombs, 45, was arrested unlawful possession of meth He was booked and released.

Christopher Jay Buyes, 62, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released.

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 47, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court.

Logan Jeffery Ferrell, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set $10,000.

Tamera Jo Yocom, 53, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

July 28

Ernesto Lazcano Pedro, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jacob Robert Berg, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sean Paul McClellan, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for menacing and harassment. Bail was set at $7,500.
