Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Aug. 8

Eduardo Esquivel Oseguera, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Shayne Patrick Owens, 34, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for distribution of a controlled substance.

Eriel Ivan Pacheco, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Brandon Paul Palmer, 30, is wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.

Andrew Alan Panit, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Misty Ann Parsons, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Albert Gilman Paskell, 61, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for second-degree criminal mischief.

Jose Luis Paz-Tellez, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jasmine Brooke Percoili, 27, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for distribution of a controlled substance.

Rafael Duran Perea, 32, is wanted on an FTA for hit and run, fourth-degree assault and reckless driving.

Herberto Perez, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for strangulation.

Javier Magana Perez, 44, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

Nicolas Cruz Perez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Richard McCandles Perry, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Eric Martin Phillips, 64, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Charles Bennett Piper, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Sergio Tinoco Pineda, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.

Kyle Morgan Porter, 25, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Aristides Miguel Ibanez Portillo, 52, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jacob Andrew Potter, 31, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Jeffrey Wayne, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Armando Barajas Preciado, 52, is wanted on an FTA for first- and second-degree assault.

Toni Annette Nymeyer, 47, is wanted for contempt of court and failure to appear for a jail sentence.

Travis Christian Berg, 37, is wanted for contempt of court and failure to appear for a jail sentence.

Bryan Scott Fuller, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude and reckless endangering.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, Washington Street, Bell Road, Tangen Road, Alder Street, Church Street, Morton Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm on Sheridan Street, a commercial fire alarm at Brutscher and Hayes streets, a lift assist at Andrew and 14th streets and a bark dust fire at Springbrook and Portland roads.

July 23

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Dayton Avenue, Elliott Road, Morton Street, Center Street, Little Oak Street, Williams Street and Tomahawk Place in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Crate Lane and Chehalem Drive and a miscellaneous incident between Sheridan and Sherman streets.

July 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Elliott Road, Morton Street, Newall Road, Seventh Street and School Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for public assistance on Newall Road and Mountainview Drive.

July 25

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Highway 219, First Street, Sitka Avenue, Ninth Street and Main Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Mountainview Drive and Park Court, miscellaneous incidents at Lindgren Court and Main Street and Lauren Court, and a commercial fire at Williamson Road and Whitlow Lane.

July 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Crater Lane, Center Street, College Street, Meridian Street, Brutscher Street, Villa Road, Elliott Road, Springbrook Road, Portland Road and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint on Douglas Avenue and a natural gas leak at Ninth and Charles streets.

July 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Highway 219, First Street, Eighth Street, Main Street, Fourth Street, Corral Creek Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for public assistance on Mill Court and Seventh Street, a miscellaneous fire at Blaine and Eighth streets and a lift assist at Second and Washington streets.

July 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Center Street, Little Oak Street, Sixth Street and Nugget Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for public assistance on Ninth Street and College Street, a miscellaneous fire on Ninth Street, a burn complaint at Main and Lincoln streets and conducted an odor investigation on Bald Peak Road and Highway 219.

July 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Ninth Street, School Street, Everest Road, Tukwila Drive, Marie Avenue, Third Street, Second Street, Fourth Street, Hayes Street, Third Street, Haworth Avenue and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Ninth and Chehalem streets and a public service on Center Street.

July 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Kuehne Road, Third Street, College Street, Sitka Avenue, College Street, Elliott Road, Fifth Street and Second Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire at Highway 219 and Mountain Top Road and a burn complaint on Second Street.

July 31

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, Little Oak Street, Hulet Lane, Henry Road and Hawthorne Drive.

August 1

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on First Street, Elliott Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at College Street and Green Valley Drive.

August 2

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Center Street, Haworth Avenue, Sixth Street, Brutscher Street, Villa Road, Third Street, Dayton Avenue, Willow Drive, Anna Drive and Brutscher Street.

August 3

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Highway 99W and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Brutscher and Hayes streets and a request for public assistance at Little Oak Street and Oak Hollow Drive.

Yamhill County jail reports

July 30

Antonio Marcus Morales, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

July 31

Eric Eugene Smith, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. The case remains open.

Jason Christafer Spady, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. No bail was set.

Dezmon Javier Amaya, 18, of Dundee, was arrested for falsifying drug test results. He was sentenced charged.

Karen Lynn Elder, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and harassment. Bail was set at $10,000.

Aug. 1

Adam Kelly Walker, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and DUII. He was booked and released.

Kenneth Mecham, 51, of Newberg, was arrested by Newberg-Dundee police and members of the Yamhill County Interagency Narcotics Team at a home at 607 E. North St. following a continuing investigation. Evidence was seized at the scene and he was charged with unlawful delivery of meth and heroin, possession of meth and a controlled substance. He was transported to the county jail in McMinnville.

Aug. 2

Ramiro Moralez, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth as well as a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $7,500.

Robert Eli Aleman, 44, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

David Loeza Vega, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Aug. 3

Emilio Ernesto Caballero, 20, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Kaeleb James Hawney Johnson, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin, providing false information to a police officer, failure to comply and violation of a release agreement. Bail was set at $15,000.

Beau Alvin-Major Brown, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was sentenced charged.

Aug. 4

Shawna Emery, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and strangulation. Bail was set at $15,000.

Aug. 5

Cassandra Lyn Farris, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for providing false information to a police officer and initiating a false report. Bail was set at $5,000.

Billy Carson Christian Duffield, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face a charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $5,000.
