Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Sept. 12

Candelario Trinidad, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree attempted rape.

Carlos Valdez Trujillo, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree kidnapping.

Nicholas ray Turner, 33, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless endangering.

Zepeda Juan Tzintzun, 31, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Juanita Jane Underwood, 31, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Gerald Wesley Upton, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and hit and run.

Roberto Cisneros Valdez, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Tabitha Nichole Vandergriff, 28, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Sergio Ibarra Varela, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and identity theft.

Juan Vargas, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary, first-degree rape, harassment and first-degree sexual abuse.

Mario Garcia Vargas, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and hit and run.

Rafael Castillo Vargas, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Abraham Cruz Vasquez, 35, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Jorge Rosado Vega, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Nelson Gomez Velasco, 22, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Sixto Velasco-Rogue, 21, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to carry and present a license.

Jorge Luis Velasquez, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution and possession of a controlled substance.

Luis Angel Perez Velasquez, 36, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree sexual abuse.

Jose Luis Vera Gomez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Fernando Ramirez Verdin, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree attempted rape and first-degree sexual abuse.

Jose Verduzco-Gonzales, 78, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear for a jury trial to face a charge of first-degree sexual abuse.

Brittany Joy Cepeda, 23, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a charge of PCS.

Jad Jamal Kalach, 20, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Myra Lynn Fassett, 57, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Dakota Wesley Uncapher, 23, is wanted on an FTA for interfering with making a report.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Donald Lane, School Street, Charles Street and 13th Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at River Street and Carlton Way, a miscellaneous incident at Main Street and Aaron Way and a request for public assistance on Natalie Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Villa Road, Center Street, Elliott Road and Ninth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at North and Vermillion streets.

Sept. 9

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Ione Street in Dundee, Brutscher Street, Main Street, Sherman Street, Villa Road, College Street and Deborah Road.

Sept. 10

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Gemini Street, Portland Road, Franklin Street, Butteville Road near Champoeg, Brutscher Street, Birdhaven Loop and Park Court.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire on Ninth Street, a commercial fire alarm at College Street and Burlington Drive, a natural gas leak at Grant and Lincoln streets and a lift assist at Elliott Road and Springbrook Road.

Sept. 11

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, First Street, College Street, Highway 99W and Fox Farm Road in Dundee, North Valley Road, Baker Trail Lane and Cedar Green Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire at Ribbon Ridge and Worden Hill roads, a car fire on Third Street and a residential fire at Libra Street and Aquarius Boulevard.

Sept. 12

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Center Street, Elliott Road, Springbrook Road, Highway 99W and Portland Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Mission Court and College Street.

Sept. 13

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Jacqui Court, Springbrook Road, Ninth Street, Crestview Drive, Brutscher Street, Center Street, Villa Road and Blaine Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at Dayton Avenue and Blaine Street, on Sheridan Street and near the intersection of Foothills Drive and North Valley Road.

Yamhill County jail reports

Sept. 9

Alfonso Jesus Radilla, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of hydrocodone and DUII. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Jacob Robert Berg, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of menacing and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 11

Nathan Lee Findley, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face a charge of unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Randall Earl Sheldon, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. No bail was set and he was sentenced charge.

Sept. 12

Jason Robert Scroggins, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked and released.

Monica Luisa Campos, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful delivery and possession of meth. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Alicia Marie Alley, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Brandon Wayne Palm, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked and released.

Blanca Azucena Ramirez, 24, of St. Paul, was arrested for DUII, criminal driving while suspended or revoked and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 13

Kenneth Merle Kern, 48, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a bench warrant for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Monica Luisa Campos, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful delivery and possession of meth. Bail was set at $15,000 and she was freed on conditional release.

Jeffrey Todd Hailey, 40, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Sheila Louise Haltiner, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and she was sentenced charged.

Jessica Ann Cole, 30, a Newberg homeless person, was arrested for unlawful possession and delivery of meth and heroin, as well as failure to appear. Bail was set at $52,500 and the case remains open.

Sept. 14

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $12,000 and the case remains open.

Warren Lee McGuffey, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction, a parole sanction and a hold from Marion County. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Aug. 22

Officers took a report of theft of a firearm in the 500 block of East Ninth Street.

Aug. 26

Officers responded to an injury crash at College Street near Sarah Drive. The at-fault driver was cited.

Aug. 27

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue.

Sept. 1

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of South Sandoz Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Jeremy Scott Kitchen, 35, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 2

Amy Sue Lawrence, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 3

Chelsea Diane Linn, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 4

Officers responded to a non-injury car crash at College Street and Edgewood Drive. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sept. 5

Officers took a report of first-degree aggravated theft that occurred in the 200 block of Northwest Walnut Avenue in Dundee.

Nicola John Aiello-Dixon, 25, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

Tessa Kay Morse, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Carson Mitchell Adkins, 23, was cited for reckless driving and driving while suspended.

Officers responded to an injury crash near Highway 219 and the bypass. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sept. 7

A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Ernesto Joey Camacho, 33, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 3400 block of Portland Road.

George Raul Cardenas, 27, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Bryan Edward Schultz, 46, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 700 block of Little Oak Street.

Alexis Salvador Mendoza-Soto, 18, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Emilio Ernesto Caballero, 20, was arrested for violating probation, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 700 block of South Pacific Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandy Lee Trout, 34, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 8

Fernando Carranza, 22, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

Michael Craig Usary, 45, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was arrested for violating probation and cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of East First Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Harold Edmond Crow Sr., 40, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Sept. 9

A 12-year-old boy was cited for arson after an incident near Ninth and College streets.

Steven Maynard Gronli, 49, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Sept. 10

Wendy Michelle-Immy Peck, 49, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Crescent Lael Mandaville, 47, was cited for interfering with a peace officer after an incident near Fox Farm Road and Hyland Drive.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 900 block of Charles Street.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a motor vehicle in the 700 block of Deborah Road.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 3700 block of Portland Road.

Jeffrey Karr Hull Jr., 22, was arrested for attempt to elude in a vehicle, attempt to elude on foot, interfering with a peace officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Eric Eugene Smith, 38, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Justin Lee Knowlton, 21, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Alicia Marie Alley, 36, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 13
