Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Sept. 26

Steven William Vicasrs, 60, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Gamaliel Vicente-Morelos, 38, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for DUII.

Isidro Virrueta Mendoza, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Scott Thomas Vogt, 56, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless endangering and reckless driving.

Jesse Ryan Waits, 37, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Nathan Henry Warner, 34, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Matthew J. Warnke, 26, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering.

Jacob Patrick Watson, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft, DUII and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Thomas John Weller, 36, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Victoria Elizabeth West, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary and criminal trespass.

Jessica Jean Whiffen, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Brian Lesley Whiteacre, 43, is wanted on FTA for DUII.

Edithanne White, 51, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Royce Albert William, 52, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for failure to register as a sex offender.

Ashley Rose Wilson, 46, is wanted on FTA for PCS.

Diane Cathleen Wilson, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Michael Scott Wilson, 49, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Nolan Patrick Wilson, 24, is wanted on an FTA for being a fugitive from justice.

Paul Brian Wilson, 44, is wanted on an FTA for contempt punitive.

Sheldon Brett Windley, 49, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault.

Justin Andrew Rice, 31, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for DUII.

Makaila Claire Thompson, 22, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Jeffrey James Winters, 33, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended.

April Janelle Wolf, 45, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Aug. 26

- Officers took a report of trespassing in the 200 block of North Main Street.

Sept. 5

- Kaylee Mae Nelson-Jerry, 20, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 200 block of Doris Drive.

Sept. 7

- Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 9

- Officers took a report of harassment that occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 11

- Officers took a report of an injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 400 block of West First Street. Information was exchanged between parties.

- Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 100 block of East Fifth Street.

Sept. 12

- Donald Keith Bieler, 43, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Jeffrey Karr Hull Jr., 22, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 14

- Jose Noel Villalobos, 28, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Warren Lee McGuffey, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Two 18-year-old girls and one 18-year-old boy were cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident in the 1200 block of North College Street.

- Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jessica Ann Cole, 30, was arrested for unlawful possession and delivery of meth and heroin. She was transported to the county jail.

- Stephanie Anne Duncan, 31, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Sept. 15

- Officers investigated a reported animal abuse complaint in the 1900 block of North College Street.

- Officers took a theft report in the 1400 block of North Springbrook Road.

- Richard Darren Hughes, 49, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 700 block of East Third Street.

- Officers took a car prowl/theft report in the 100 block of Mountainview Drive.

Sept. 16

- Rodney Allen Gulliksen, 62, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Sean DeWayne Sullivan, 52, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 2700 block of East Second Street.

- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 1000 block of Northeast Wilsonville Road.

- Officers took a theft report in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue.

- A report of criminal mischief to a building was taken in the 300 block of North Morton Street.

- Juan Manuel Cazares-Gonzalez, 18, was cited for hit and run after an incident in the 1000 block of Sierra Vista Drive

Sept. 18

- Daniel Christopher Lamme, 46, was arrested for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 19

- James Tryvge Burud, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 20

- David Earl Watkins, 29, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 14

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Providence Drive, College Street, Burlington Drive, Center Street and Highway 240.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at Elliott and Deborah roads and Springbrook and Wilsonville roads, and a lift assist at Elliott and Springbrook roads.

Sept. 15

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Garfield Street, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Williams Street and First Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to burn complaints at Hillsdale and Foothills drives and on Red Hills Road, as well as a brush fire on Highway 99W.

Sept. 16

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Deborah Road, Brutscher Street, First Street and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to lift assist on Center Street and a miscellaneous fire at Bald Peak and Mountain Top roads.

Sept. 17

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Villa Road, College Street, Knoll Drive and Warren Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Crater Lane and Chehalem Drive and a lift assist on Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

Sept. 18

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, Second Street, Blaine Street, Williams Street, Werth Boulevard and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to lift assists and Elliott and Springbrook roads and at College Street and Burlington Drive.

Sept. 19

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on 11th Street in Dundee, Center Street, College Street, Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to natural gas leaks on Providence Drive and Knoll Drive.

Sept. 20

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on First Street, Cedar Street, Morris Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road.

Yamhill County jail reports

Sept. 18

Daniel Christopher Lamme, 46, of Newberg, was arrested for punitive contempt of court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Zachary Dean Bible, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and he was sentenced charged.

Cody William Turner, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for strangulation and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 19

Phillip John Morrison, 53, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked and released.

Colton Lamar Coblentz, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession and delivery of meth and heroin, as well as for violating a release agreement and failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,500 and the case is pending.

Jerrod Jerry Cooper, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for coercion and first-degree rape. Bail was set at $157,500 and the case remains open.

Sept. 20

David Allen Minor, 54, a Newberg transient, was arrested for violating a restraining order and for contempt of court. Bail was set at $3,5000 and the case remains open.

Nathaniel Garrett Jones, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and punitive contempt of court. No bail was set and he was sentenced on the charge.

Sept. 21

Matthew Kenneth Smith, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. No bail was set and he was sentenced on the charged.

Celina Maria Garcia, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court, unlawful possession of heroin, first-degree criminal trespass, failure to appear on a criminal citation, second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft, interfering with making a report and failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

Stephen Gregory Quintana, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 22

Cody William Turner, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $37,500 and the case remains open.
