Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants. Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department. Oct. 3

Jeffrey James Winters, 43, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a charge of driving while suspended.

Paul Raymond Wood, 71, is wanted on a probation violation for stalking.

Benjamin David Wozniak, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for eluding an officer and reckless endangering.

Jeremy Wolfgang Wright, 32, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Robert Lee Wright, 40, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Miguel Padilla Yanez, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Charles Joseph Zamora, 40, is wanted on an FTA for a wildlife offense.

David Espinoza Zaragoza, 27, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering.

Shana Kelly Laree Zimmerman, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Jose Manuel Acevedo, 45, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree manslaughter, DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Jerry Lee Adams, 23, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

John Paul Adamski, 37, is wanted on an FTA for theft of services.

Margin Dellfino Aguilar, 31, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft.

Miguel Ramirez Aguilar, 27, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Abelardo Aguilera, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Gonzalo Galvin Alba, 41, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft.

Hannah Dawn Albert, 22, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Rafael Garcia Aldrete, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

Destiny Rosal Allison, 21, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Scott Timothy Ansley, 37, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree sexual abuse, private indecency and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Aaron Dayne Kuehn, 40, is wanted for contempt of court and failure to appear for a jail sentence.

Crystal Rai Himmelspach, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree theft.

Edel Roman Reyes, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment and PCS.

David Brian Irvin, 50, is wanted for delivering and possession of controlled substances, possession of a firearm and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Sept. 6

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 7

- Todd Marshall Thornton, 55, was arrested for second-degree theft, violating conditional release and theft of lost or mislaid property. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 10

- Officers responded to a fire at an apartment complex in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. Officers extinguished the fire and investigated its cause.

Sept. 12

- Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred near Springbrook Road and Hancock Street. The investigation is continuing.

Sept. 13

- Kenneth Merle Kern, 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 15

- A 19-year-old boy was cited for being a minor in possession of marijuana.

- A 20-year-old man was cited for being a minor in possession of marijuana.

- Randall Dean Hixon, 50, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Sept. 18

- A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Sept. 19

- Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Highway 99W and West Third Street.

Sept. 20

- Jason Daniel Sullivan, 47, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

- Officers took a report of theft of a package in the 600 block of West First Street.

- David Allen Minor, 54, was arrested for contempt of court, violation of no contact and restraining orders and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 21

- Stephan Gregory Quintana, 24, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 1400 block of East Seventh Street. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jason Daniel Sullivan, 47, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

- Feliciano Pedro-Lascano, 40, was cited for interfering with making a report after an incident in the 300 block of Columbia Drive.

- Celina Maria Garcia, 25, was arrested for violating probation and an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Jeffrey Michael McElderry, 25, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 500 block of East Hancock Street.

Sept. 22

- Officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of 11th Street in Dundee. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Sept. 23

- Cody William Turner, 33, was arrested for contempt of court and violation of a no-contact order. He was transported to the county jail.

- A 19-year-old boy was cited for being a minor in possession of marijuana.

Sept. 24

- Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief an incident in the 100 block of South River Street.

- Barbara Ann Seligman, 67, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked, cited and released.

- Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of South College Street.

Sept. 25

- Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

- Travis Patrick Vernon Johnson, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 26

- Steven A. Felty, 31, was cited for providing false information to a police officer for purposes of a criminal citation.

- Randall Allen Bowser, 63, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, unlawful possession of oxycodone and recklessly endangering another person. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 27

- Feliciano Pedro-Lascano, 40, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and coercion after an incident in the 300 block of Columbia Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

Yamhill County jail report

Sept. 25

Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Alicia Jean Hillis, 21, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Sebastian Valdes, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. No bail was set and he was sentence charged.

Sept. 26

Cameron Michael Lopez, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and he was sentence charged.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Sept. 27

Feliciano Pedro Lascano, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and coercion. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

Sept. 28

Jimmy Thomas Christopher, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal court, as well as for failure to appear and interfering with making a report, charges brought about by the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office. Bail was set at $10,000 and the cases remain open.

Brandy Lee Martin, 34, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County for failure to appear to face a charge of first-degree theft. Bail was set at $20,000.

Joel Ramos Ceja, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he was sentenced charged.

Jessica Mary Orejel, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Sept. 21

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Tin Cup Way, Brooke Drive, First Street, Oak Meadows Loop, College Street, Portland Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a lift assist at College Street and Burlington Drive.

Sept. 22

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott road, Haworth Road, First Street, Dogwood Drive and Morton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarm on Villa Road and a lift assist on Main and West Second streets.

Sept. 23

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Deborah Road, Cedar Street, Meredith Drive, Hughes Lane near Dundee, Springbrook Road and Douglas Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Crestview and Mountainview drives and an unknown injury motor vehicle collision at Springbrook and Bell roads.

Sept. 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Springbrook Road, Haworth Avenue, Seventh Street, North Valley Road, First Street, Ash Street, Providence Drive, Linden Lane and Scotsman Court in Dundee and 12th and Maple streets in Dundee.

Sept. 25

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Walnut Avenue, Crestview Drive, Star Mooring Lane, Blaine Street, First Street and Williams Street.

Sept. 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Williams Street, Dopp Road, Oak Meadows Loop, Third Street, Elliott Road, Ninth Street and Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire on Kincaid Road, a commercial fire at Elliott and Deborah roads and a lift assist at Main and Second streets.

Sept. 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Walnut Avenue in Dundee, Brutscher Street, Sherman Street, Wilsonville Road, Fulton Street, School Street, Crestview Drive and Villa Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public service on Second Street, a lift assist on First Street, a natural gas leak at Main and Lincoln streets, and a residential fire alarm at McCormick Hill Road and Brooks Lane.
