Sept. 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, College Street, Meridian Street, Main Street, David Court, Elliott Road, Ninth Street, Frontier Lane and Deborah Road.

Sept. 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Ninth Street, Andrew Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Sheridan Street, Wynooski Street, Cedar Street, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, 10th Street and Washington Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a bark dust fire at Haworth Avenue and Aquarius Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Center Street and Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to lift assist on Elliott Road and a public assist at Andrew and 14th streets.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Brutscher Street, Hayes Street and Ninth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Werth Boulevard and Portland Road, a commercial fire alarm on Sheridan Street and a lift assist at North Valley Road and Ken's Hill Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Alder Street, Villa Road and Center Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Deborah and Springbrook roads and an odor investigation at Johanna Court and Dayton Avenue.

Oct. 4

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Brutscher Street, Elliott Road, College Street, Aspen Way, Highway 99W, Oak Meadows Loop, Main Street, Grant Street, Fairview Drive, North Street and Edwards Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a natural gas leak Lilly Court and Wynooski Street and conducted an odor investigation at Aspen Way and Blackberry Lane.

Yamhill County jail reports

Sept. 27

Feliciano Pedro Lascano, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and coercion. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

Sept. 28

Jimmy Thomas Christopher, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal court, as well as for failure to appear and interfering with making a report, charges brought about by the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office. Bail was set at $10,000 and the cases remain open.

Brandy Lee Martin, 34, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County for failure to appear to face a charge of first-degree theft. Bail was set at $20,000.

Joel Ramos Ceja, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he was sentenced charged.

Jessica Mary Orejel, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Sept. 30

Aften Valene Gunn, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Sergio Castro Luna, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Tanner Roy Turner, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Matthew Jaime Suarez, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 1

Ryan Daniel Gallagher, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Lindsey Christine Sherman, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Thomas James Kjersten, 57, of Newberg, plead guilty to multiple counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was taken into custody awaiting sentencing.

Kenneth Ray Hinkley, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issue by Newberg Municipal court. No bail was set.

Oct. 3

Edgar Ramos Alvarez, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Oct. 5

Tom Roy Gochenour, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

James Vernon Ferres, 73, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant from McMinnville Municipal Court for first-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,500 and the case remains open.

Jacob Matthew Young, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Jay Patrick Destache, 56, of Dundee, was arrested on a bench warrant from Newberg Municipal Court for failure to appear on a criminal citation and driving while suspended. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

Oct. 7

Angelica Marie Hutcheson, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for computer crime and identity theft. Bail was set at $15,000 and she booked and released.

NDPD log

Sept. 20

Officers performed a welfare check on a reported suicidal person in the 1500 block of East Third Street. The subject was located and officers ensured they were safe.

Sept. 22

Officers took a report of a theft of cans that occurred in the 600 block of South River Street.

A bicycle was reported stolen from the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

Sept. 23

Ryan Scott Weekley, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 24

A 15-year-old girl was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road. She was released to a guardian.

Sept. 26

Dean Michael Hamel, 54, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 27

Officers took a report of a theft of beer from the 700 block of Deskins Street.

Sept. 28

Sandra Jean McClain, 40, was cited for aggravated harassment after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Marinna Lily Martin, 18, was cited for possession of a controlled substance after an incident at Jaquith Park.

Brandy Lee Trout, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 35, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation and an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 29

Melinda May Peterson, 55, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 1

Jacob Christopher Burnim, 29, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sergio Luna-Castro, 27, was arrested for violation of release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 2300 block of Alice Way.

Tanner Roy Turner, 22, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the county jail.

Matthew Jaime Suarez, 21, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Jon Michael Archer, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for felon in possession of a weapon.

Efrain Alcantar Arias, 45, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Leopoldo Cisneros Arroyo, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Theodore Dallas Ashford, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Horacio Cazares Avalos, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, giving false information to a police officer and reckless driving.

Joaquin Lezama Avalos, 44, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse.

Daphne Zhaniqua Laticia Avritt, 23, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

Arryal Joy Baker, 28, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft, possession of heroin, PCS and failure to carry and present a license.

Gary Alan Baker, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Rickey Lee Balaski, 52, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Pablo Erik Basilio Balderas, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree assault.
