Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 3

Shawn Lee Breshears, 42, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for obtaining a controlled substance unlawfully.

April Michelle Brooks, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

John Robert Brown, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for coercion.

Nicholas Charles Brown, 27, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree sexual abuse.

Konda Jean Bruner, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Gabriel John Buchholz, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Ebony Paris Buckley, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and giving false information to a police officer.

Tracy Michelle Bunce, 52, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree burglary, first- and second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.

Donald Dwayne Bunde, 22, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for third-degree rape.

David Leroy Bunn Jr., 51, is wanted on an FTA for menacing.

Don Michael Burdette, 54, is wanted on an FTA for providing false information to a police officer.

Timothy Charles Burkhart, 55, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended.

Cody Raymond Burroughs, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Traci Mae Butzine, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Gary Lee Busen, 60, is wanted on a probation violation for menacing.

Cheryle Lynne Byrnes, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Carolann Calcote, 19, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft.

Johnny Ray Calhoun, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree theft.

Leah Nichole Cambas, 20, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Anthony Daniel Cameratta, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

Zachary Jay Campbell, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Lauren Donald Adams, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Angel Antonio Botello, 22, is wanted on a warrant for attempt to elude.

Kelly Keikiolani Cabebe, 26, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fox Farm Road in Dundee.

Oct. 20

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Haugen Road, Williams Street, 11th Street, Columbia Drive, Second Street and Oak Meadows Loop.

Oct. 21

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Brutscher Street, Providence Drive, Pennington Court, Center Street, Wynooski Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road, Blackberry Lane, Werth Boulevard, Rentfro Way and Oak Meadows Loop.

Oct. 22

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Crestview Drive, Williams Street, Portland Road, Meridian Street and North Valley Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a lift assist at Brutscher Stret and Werth Boulevard, a miscellaneous incident on Portland Road and a request for public service at Pinehurst Drive and College Street.

Oct. 23

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Trunk Road in Dundee, McCormick Hill Road, Red Hills Road in Dundee and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Howard Street, a residential fire at Otter Drive and Fox Farm Road in Dundee and a request for public service on Eighth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road and Providence Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision at Highway 240 and Kuehne Road and a miscellaneous incident at Earlwood and Kramien roads.

Oct. 25

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Providence Drive, Elliott Road, Linden Lane in Dundee and Spring Creek Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision at Zimri Drive and Bell Road and a miscellaneous fire at Grant and Sheridan streets.

- Officers investigated a reported incident of menacing on Highway 219 near the Willamette River Bridge.

Oct. 4

- Randall Earl Sheldon, 27, was cited for first-degree forgeryI, theft of services and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Oct. 7

- Nineteen- and 20-year-old males were cited for keeping more than the legal quantity of marijuana.

Oct. 8

- Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 36, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 9

- Officers are investigating a sex crime reported in the Newberg area.

Oct. 12

- Officers took a report of computer crime that occurred in the 400 block of Drea's Way. The investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 13

- Officers took a report of theft fuel in the 3100 block of Portland Road.

- Officers investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 3400 block of Portland Road.

Oct. 14

- Randall Earl Sheldon, 28, was arrested for violating probation, unlawful possession of a weapon by certain felons and failure to carry/present driver license. He was transported to the county jail.

- A 57-year-old male was cited for dog as a public nuisance after an incident in the 2200 block of Oak Drive.

Oct. 15

- Michael Don Oleson, 31, was cited for first-degree theft after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

Oct. 16

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash near The Greens Avenue and Fernwood Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Crystina Acevedo, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was also cited for hit and run in connection with a separate case. She was transported to the county jail.

- Eduardo Franco-Juarez, 25, was cited for fail to carry/present a driver license.

Oct. 18

- Officers took a report of theft of marijuana from a vehicle that occurred in the 1000 block of East 12th Street.

Oct. 19

- Jason Lee Meek, 32, was arrested for violating conditional release and driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

- Perry Ryan McMillan, 25, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance after an incident in the 1200 block of Pennington Drive.

- Jason Lee Meek, 32, was cited for driving while suspended and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Oct. 20

- Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 3100 block of Portland Road.

- Officers took a report of theft of a video game in the 3100 block of Middlebrook Drive. The item was later returned to the owner.

- Dezmon Javier Amaya, 18, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1200 block of Foothills Drive.

Oct. 21

- Roblyn Deanna Armes, 46, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. She was booked, cited and released.

- Officers investigated the theft of a bicycle in the 100 block of East Ninth Street. The bicycle was later recovered and returned to the owner.

Oct. 22

- Daniel Alejandro Silva-Garcia, 25, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

- A 33-year-old male was cited for keeping a dangerous dog in the 200 block of Doris Drive.

- Shelly Ann McGinnis, 43, was arrested for attempt to elude a police officer on foot, attempt to elude a police officer in a vehicle and reckless driving after an incident near Hancock and Center streets. She was transported to the county jail.

- An 11-year-old male was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was left with his parents.

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of Lewis Court.

Oct. 23

- A 15-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

- Theordore Ray McGinnis Jr., 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, as well as for attempt to elude a police officer on foot and interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 2100 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 24

- Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 36, was arrested for failure to appear. He was transported to the county jail.

- A 15-year-old male was cited for unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon on school grounds after an incident at Newberg High School. The juvenile was released to his parents.

Oct. 25

- David Allan Beutler III, 42, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Portland and Springbrook roads. The at-fault driver was cited.

Oct. 26

- Officers investigated a theft in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road. The investigation is ongoing.

- Tyler James Sutphin, 28, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Marty Wayne Pitcher, 59, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 27

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Oct. 28

- Officers took a report of a computer crime and identity theft in the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 22

Timothy Donald Thorson, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). No bail was set.

Oct. 24

Christopher Doyd Lang, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Dillon Anthony Grimes, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation for third-degree robbery. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Jacob John Mahon, 35, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Melinda May Peterson, 55, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Oct. 25

La Sean Bertrand David Phillips, 46, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Oct. 26

Marty Wayne Pitcher, 59, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Douglas County officials. Bail was set at $150,000.

Tyler James Sutphin, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Dakota Edward Cummins, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a wildlife offense. He was booked and released.

Oct. 28

Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant for harassment. Bail was set at $3,500 and the case remains open.

Jesus Aurelio Gamboa, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and distribution of a contolled substance. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Sean Paul Riley, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on an unknown charge.
