Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 3

Armando Olvera Campos, 27, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Juan Romero Campos, 39, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for fourth-degree assault.

Pricilliano Ornelas Campos, 41, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree attempted rape and sexual abuse, fourth-degree assault and prostitution.

Victor Centeno Campos, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Dianna Lynn Canida, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for first- and second-degree theft, unlawful use of a computer and unlawful gambling.

Loren Thomas Carlsen, 40, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Logan Bryce Scott Carlton, 25, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Robert Neil Carlsen, 59, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for DUII.

Timothy James Carpenter, 31, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Charles Donnell Carroll, 29, is wanted on an FTA for controlled substance fraud.

Alfredo Herrera Casas, 43, is wanted on an FTA for menacing.

Dustin Scott Castilleja, 24, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Maximilliano Colorado Castillo, 26, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Mickie Lynn Cavan, 54, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jose Eloy Alcaraz Cazarez, 40, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree sexual abuse.

Rafael Urbano Ceras, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Atelvina Maravilla Cervantes, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of a controlled substance and felony possession of a firearm.

Jose Anselmo Chacon, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree attempted rape.

Teresita Camacho Chacon, 29, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Laurel Marie Chaffee, 60, is wanted on an FTA for tampering with a witness.

Christina Renee Chamberlain, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and failure to appear on a citation.

Roy Allen Cruickshank, 66, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Erica Lynn Edmison, 30, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft and providing false information to police.

Juan Carlos Baez Hernandez, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Samuel James Haller, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary and PCS.

Oct. 10

- Jaclyn Anne Jones, 27, was arrested for violating conditional release and unlawful possession of heroin. She was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 15

- Officers took a report of a fraud/forgery that occurred in the 100 block of Link Court.

Oct. 18

- Adrienne Rene McCoy, 30, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 20

- Dezmon Javier Amaya, 18, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1200 block of Foothills Drive.

Oct. 21

- Roblyn Deanna Armes, 46, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. She was booked, cited and released.

- Officers investigated the theft of a bicycle in the 100 block of East Ninth Street. The bicycle was later recovered and returned to the owner.

Oct. 22

- Daniel Alejandro Silva-Garcia, 25, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

- A 33-year-old male was cited for keeping a dangerous dog in the 200 block of Doris Drive.

- Shelly Ann McGinnis, 43, was arrested for attempt to elude a police officer on foot, attempt to elude a police officer in a vehicle and reckless driving after an incident near Hancock and Center streets. She was transported to the county jail.

- An 11-year-old male was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was left with his parents.

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of Lewis Court.

- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of North Morton Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Oct. 23

- A 15-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

- Theordore Ray McGinnis Jr., 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, as well as for attempt to elude a police officer on foot and interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 2100 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

- Justin Ray Sherman, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as unlawful possession of meth.

Oct. 24

- Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 36, was arrested for failure to appear. He was transported to the county jail.

- A 15-year-old male was cited for unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon on school grounds after an incident at Newberg High School. The juvenile was released to his parents.

Oct. 25

- David Allan Beutler III, 42, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Portland and Springbrook roads. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Randall Dean Hixon, 50, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a peace officer after an incident near Highway 99W and Bienz Road in Dundee.

Oct. 26

- Officers investigated a theft in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road. The investigation is ongoing.

- Tyler James Sutphin, 28, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Marty Wayne Pitcher, 59, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 27

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Oct. 28

- Officers took a report of a computer crime and identity theft in the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court.

- Richard Melchor, 27, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 29

- Officers took a report of a theft of a car battery that occurred in the 900 block of Filbert Court.

- Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle near Third and Howard streets. It was later revealed to be a misunderstanding and the vehicle was returned to the owner.

Oct. 30

- Michael Lewis Brickey Jr., 31, was arrested for violating conditional release and probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Sidney Arnold Erickson, 71, was arrested for second-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

- Justin Madden Smith, 42, was cited for driving while suspended and giving false information to a police officer.

- Harold Brown Jr., 63, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 31

- Cody William Turner, 33, was arrested for violating a release agreement and an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Haworth Avenue, Williams Street, Brutscher Street, Brooke Drive and Oak Meadows Loop.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Crestview and Mountainview drives.

Oct. 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on River Street, College Street, Burlington Drive and 10th Street in Dundee.

Oct. 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Sierra Vista Drive, Elliott Road, Portland Road, Wynooski Street, Deborah Road, Fourth Street, Dopp Road, Fulton Street, Pecan Coiurt, Villa Road and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to miscellaneous fire at James and College streets and a lift assist at Elliott Road and Pecan Court.

Oct. 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Sarah Drive, Fulton Street and Everest Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision at Bell Road and Blackberry Lane and a miscellaneous other incident on Villa Road.

Oct. 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Levi Way, Elliott Road, Ninth Street and Hayes Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public service at Springbrook Road and Hayes Street.

Oct. 31

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, James Court, Oak Meadows Loop, College Street, Crestview Drive, Williams Street and Johnson Drive.

Nov. 1

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, Fulton Street, Villa Road, Main Street, Herman Street, College Street, Foothills Drive, Hulet Lane and Fifth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Wynooski and 11th streets.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 29

Joshua David Reimer, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a drug court sanction. No bail was set and he was sentenced on the charge.

Sean Paul Riley, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case is pending.

Oct. 30

Ashley Rae Dixon, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on holds from Washington and Clackamas counties, as well as a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Harold Brown, 63, of Dundee, was arrested on multiple counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and encouraging sexual assault of an animal. Bail was set at $75,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 31

Cody William Turner, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Morgan Riley Anderson, 16, of Newberg, was arrested for hit and run. He was booked and released.

Nov. 3

Eugene Thomas Maloney, 50, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County.
