Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 21

Cass Williams Cooper, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless driving.

Ramon Vicente Sanchez Cortez, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Ivan Lee Cosner, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture and distribution of a controlled substance and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

Burl Allen Cox, 44, is wanted for failure to carry and present a license.

Robert Anthony Cox, 28, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Ivan Laureano Crisostomo, 28, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude and DUII.

Justin David Crouch, 38, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended.

Roy Allen Cruickshank, 66, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Karin Kaye Cruz, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of oxycodone and tampering with drug records.

Jorge Hernandez Cuenca, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Ronald Caryle Cunningham, 54, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jamaal Rashad Dacus, 30, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Mitchell Antone Dante, 21, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Jesse Paul Davies, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Francis Elmer Davis, 66, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Joe Henderson Davis, 38, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

John Frederick Davis IV, 24, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Jacob Michael Day, 26, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Nancy Carol Dean, 54, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

Abelardo Delossantos De Jesus, 28, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and hit and run.

Adrian Delacruz-Mendez, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Asia Avelina Arrozal, 24, is wanted on an FTA for PCS and failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Bernadino Delgado, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree attempted sexual abuse.

Caleb Edwin Robinson, 23, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

Nicholas Jay Springer, 23, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle and second-degree theft.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Creekside Lane, Brutscher Street, College Street, Werth Boulevard, Burlington Drive, Deborah Road and Sheridan Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to miscellaneous fires at Henry Road and Center Street and Highway 99W and Haugen Road, as well as a request for lift assistance at College Street and Burling Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Fulton Street, Dillon Road and Calkins Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at McCormick Hill Road and Brooks Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Bell Road, Elliott Road, Second Street, Brier Avenue in Dundee, Fourth Street, Williams Street and North Valley Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Douglas Avenue, a natural gas leak at Tin Cup Way and The Greens Avenue, a burn complaint at Jones and Morris streets, a request for public assistance at Main Street and Aaron Way, a lift assist at David Lane and Kincaid Road and a public service at Springbrook and Wilsonville roads.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fourth Street, Second Street, Fulton Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Blaine Street, Crestview Drive and Villa Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Douglas Avenue and a public service at Main Street and Aaron Way.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on David Lane, College Street, Elliott Road, Little Oak Street, Ninth Street, Deborah Road, Villa Road, River Street, North Street, Brutscher Street and Walnut Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel conducted an odor investigation at Garfield and Washington streets.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Seventh Street, Brutscher Street, Meridian Street and Fifth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Mountain Top and Jaquith roads and a public assist at Knoll and Aldersgate drives.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Warren Road in Dundee, Wildwood Road and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at Brooke and Sarah drives and on Douglas Avenue, as well as a public assist on Sheridan Street.

- Officers investigated a reported restraining order violation and criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Deborah Road.

- Jared Vern Hansen, 28, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and driving while suspended.

- Eugene Thomas Maloney, 50, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers investigated a reported identity theft.

- Officers investigated a reported hit and run involving property damage in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Nov. 8

- Michelle Denise Spencer, 50, was cited for identity theft, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Nov. 9

- Officers responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash in the 300 block of North College Street.

- Officers investigated a reported theft from a motor vehicle in the 1700 block of Cedar Street.

- Officers investigated a first-degree theft, first- and second-degree forgery and first- and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 300 block of North Springbrook Road.

- Jerry James Harker, 64, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, aggravated harassment and resisting arrest. He was transported to the county jail. He was also cited for first- and second-degree criminal trespass for a separate incident.

- Frances Irene King, 26, was arrested for a probation violation. She was transported to the county jail.

- William Lee Mathews, 36, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, and menacing. He was transported to the county jail.

- Justin Lee Bye, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jessica Wynette Ramirez-Blas, 45, was cited on a warrant from Newberg Municipal Court.

- Officers investigated an attempt to elude, reckless driving and attempt to elude on foot that occurred in the 1200 block of East Seventh Street.

Nov. 11

- Carol Elizabeth Bone, 54, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth.

- Brandon James-Antonio Lopez, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Michael William Vanderzanden, 38, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Nov. 12

- Araceli L Ulloa, 44, was cited for third-degree theft.

Nov. 13

- Ashley Louise Dixon, 19, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Brett Michael Friedman, 35, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct. He was transported to the county jail.

- Joshua David Reimer, 32, was arrested on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers investigated reports of forgery and theft in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

- Marco Antonio Ortiz, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Cesar Daniel Zempoalteca, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers investigated a non-criminal domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

- Jason Daniel Sullivan, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was arrested on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 17

- Christopher Ryan Broxterman, 29, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

- Sergio Javier Reyes, 23, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was booked, cited and released.

Yamhill County jail reports

Nov. 13

Joahua David Reimer, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Robert Michael John Meyer, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.
