Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 28

Bernadino Delgado, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree attempted sexual abuse.

Salomon Mendoza Delgado, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and menacing.

Efren Delos Santos-Hernandez, 24, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Juan Delosantos-Cisneros, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Nicholas James Desjarlais, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Caitlin Elizabeth Devita, 26, is wanted on an FTA for fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree theft and identity theft.

Francisco Granados Diaz, 40, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver and recklessly endangering another person.

Pablo James Diaz, 36, is wanted for failure to report and register as a sex offender.

Christopher John Diehl, 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Teresa Lin Difaco, 50, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Gerardo Serrato Diosado, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and giving false information to police.

Angelina Bianca Dominguez, 21, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for identity theft.

Aron Hernandez Dominguez, 33, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Richard Dale Donnelly, 63, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Isaias Rivera Doroteo, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Sara Rose Dougan, 38, is wanted on an FTA for giving false information to a police officer.

Soloman Duncan, 36, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

William James Duncan, 48, is wanted on an FTA for PCS and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Robert Garn Dunsdon, 53, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended.

David Marion Dykes, 47, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with making a report and harassment.

Wyatt Wayne Edelman, 62, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Juan Luis Sanchez Gomez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for hit and run and DUII.

Lyra Solana Ladrini, 22, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Randall Douglas Hogue, 58, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Yamhill County jail reports

Nov. 18

Randall Dean Hixon, 50, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction for contempt of court, possession of meth, second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Nov. 19

Tyler James Sutphin, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Nov. 20

Tessa Kay Morse, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court and the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $4,500 and the case remains open.

Roger Jeffery Brown, 58, of Newberg, was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Main Street, Alder Street, Brutscher Street, Providence Drive, Oak Meadows Loop and Douglas Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on Douglas Avenue and near the intersection of Brutscher Street and Vittoria Way.

Nov. 17

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Andrew Street, Franklin Street, Villa Road, Illinois Street and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

Nov. 18

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Main Street, Brutscher Street, Elliott Road, Edgewood Drive, Oak Meadows Loop, Elliott Road, Springbrook Road and Crestview Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at Herman Street and Aspen Way and near the intersection of Oak Meadows Loop and Hayes Street, as well as a call for public assistance at Columbia Drive and College Street.

- TV F&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, Douglas Avenue, Werth Boulevard, Crestview Drive, Libra Street, Elliott Road, Mountainview Drive and Oxford Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance at Oxford Street and Holiday Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Emma Lane, Williams Street, Sherman Street, Fulton Street, Grant Street, Haworth Avenue and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm on Kincaid Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on James Street in Dundee, Crestvew Drive, Brutscher Street and Oak Meadows Loop.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at Chehalem Drive and Highway 240.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Providence Drive, First Street in Dundee, Crestview Drive, Albert Way, Highway 240, Sylan View Drive, Mountainview Drive, Springbrook Road, Elliott Road and Old Highway 99W.

- Alexis Elizabeth Lee, 19, was cited for third-degree theft.

- Kaylee Rene Koontz, 19, was cited for third-degree theft.

- Colton Joseph Bliss, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin.

- Cesar Daniel Zempoalteca, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jacob Adam Viers, 34, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, and failure to perform duties of a driver when property is damaged. He was booked, cited and released.

- Jereme David Park, 41, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass.

- Kristin Nicole Begue, 23, was arrested on a probation violation. She was transported to the county jail.

- William Clifford Hults Jr, 46, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

- Jason Darrell Pitcher, 37, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing. He was transported to the county jail.

- Christopher Ryan Broxterman, 29, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

- Sergio Javier Reyes, 23, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, DUII), reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was booked, cited and released.

- A juvenile female was cited for harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana by a person under 21.

- Roque Mandujano Lule, 70, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

- Randall Dean Hixon, 50, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Courtney Lynn Page, 20, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

- Lonny James Gardner, 29, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin.

- Roblyn Deanna Armes, 46, was cited for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Nov. 20

- Kenneth Earl Mecham, 51, was arrested on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Stephan Gregory Quintana, 24, was arrested for DUII and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Villa Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

- James Vernon Ferres, 73, was cited for an outstanding warrant.
