Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Feb. 6

- Jose Perez Luna, 35, is wanted for failure to carry and present a license.

- Luis Ramirez Luna, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

- Sergio Castro Luna, 28, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for contempt of court.

- Ivan James Lundgren, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for identity theft and second-degree theft.

Tsundue Danak Lutsang, 48, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

- Moya Blanchette Lysaker, 57, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Lorraine Marie Macfarlane, 44, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree burglary.

- Jose Alanis Madrigal, 38, is wanted on an FTA for failure to register as a sex offender.

- Enele Jeremy Maile, 28, is wanted on an FTA for failure to register as a sex offender.

- Bjorn Michael Maycolors, 26, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass and providing false information to a police officer.

- Anne M. Mancine, 52, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

- Jose Macario Mariano, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

- Lynn Raymond Marks, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Ashley Marie Marner, 26, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree forgery and theft.

- Erik Escamilla Marquez, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and providing false information to a police officer.

- Tyler Keith Martin, 19, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Gabrielle Danae Marshall, 29, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

- Lee Allen Martin, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Carmelo Lopez Martinez, 42, is wanted on an FTA for second- and third-degree rape, second- and third-degree sodomy, second-degree unlawful sexual penetration, third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

- Cutberto Lopez Martinez, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for carrying and using a dangerous weapon.

- Jose Angel Martinez, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt of court.

- Mario Romero Marcelino, 27, is wanted for failure to appear for a jail sentence.

- Casie Lynn Nelson, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful use of a weapon and recklessly endangering another person.

- Aristides Miguel Ibanez Portillo, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

- Peyton Arcadia Santrizos, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, College Street and Church Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Providence Drive.

Jan. 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Meridian Street, Hash Road, Fulton Street, Elliott Road, Chehalem Drive, Lynn Drive, Big Fir Lane in Dundee and College Street.

Jan. 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Villa road, College Street, Edgewood Drive and Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for public assistance at Edwards and Meridian streets and 10th Street and Michelle Court, and a burn complain at Haugen and Parrett Mountain roads.

Jan. 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Villa Road, Elliott Road, College Street, Main Street and Oak Meadows Loop.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire on Charles Street, a request for public assistance on Wildwood Road, a residential fire alarm at Bryan Creek Road and Hillside Drive, and a request for lift assistance at Elliott Road and Pecan Court.

Jan. 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fernwood Road, Fourth Street, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Sixth Street, Crestview Drive, Emma Lane, Fulton Street, Mountainview Drive, Villa Road and Portland Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public service on Third Street and a commercial fire at Parkview Drive and Villa Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Williams Street, Cherry Street, Stika Avenue, Villa Road, Crestview Drive and Brutscher Street.

Jan. 14

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 300 block of Columbia Drive.

Jan. 15

- Officers took a theft report in the 1500 block of Portland Road. The case was handled civilly.

Jan. 18

- Christopher James Brenner, 43, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver and fourth-degree assault after an incident at Portland Road and Hulet Avenue. He was booked, cited and released.

- Jessica Delynn London, 42, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). She was booked, cited and released.

Jan. 19

- Officers are investigating a theft which occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

Jan. 21

- Officers investigated a report of a trespasser/peeping Tom issue on Hillsdale Drive.

- Officers investigated a reported vandalism/criminal mischief in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Street in Dundee.

Jan. 23

- Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 800 block of Zoe Court. It was later located in the Carlton area.

Jan. 24

- Randall Earl Sheldon, 28, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Jessica Ann Cole, 30, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

- Billy Christian Duffield-Carson, 21, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Jan. 25

- Ramiro Jacome-Vargas, 46, was arrested for violating conditionalrelease. He was transported to the county jail.

- Two 18-year-old males, an 18-year-old female and a 19-year-old male were cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident near Villa Road and Haworth Avenue.

- Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue. The at-fault driver was cited.

Jan. 26

- Walter Eli Elston, 47, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident near Fifth and River streets.

- Brandon James-Antonio Lopez, 22, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers investigated a trespassing complaint in the 3600 block of Coffey Lane.

Jan. 27

- Juan Martin Dehowitt, 21, was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released.

- Jeffery Lane Hardesty, 62, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street. He was transported to the county jail.

- Brandon James-Antonio Lopez, 22, was arrested for violating probation, third-degree escape and resisting arrest. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 28

- Eric Alan Sullivan, 45, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

- Devin Prakash Moosai, 21, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment, coercion and second-degree criminal mischief. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 29

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a statue in the 500 block of Mission Drive.

- Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 500 block of Donna Drive.

- Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Aaron Von Asbury, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 30

- Erika Allyn Greenslade, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Brooke Lee McKerrall, 42, was arrested for violation of a court's stalking/protective order. She was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 31

- Officers investigated an assault in the 600 block of 10th Street. The alleged victim did not want to press charges.

- Daniel Warren Peters, 35, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Yamhill County jail reports

Jan. 28

Devin Prakash Moosai, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment, coercion and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $27,500 and the case remains open.

Jan. 29

Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to comply and contempt of court. The case remains open.

Carson Mitchell Adkins, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Aaron Von Asbury, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Washington County. Bail was set at $2,500.

Jan. 30

Richard Darren Hughes, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of meth and third-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Ryan Christopher Ervin, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Warren Lee McGuffey, 27, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a parole violation as well as a hold from Marion County. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Carson Mitchell Adkins, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was conditionally released.

Michael James Cillo, 67, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

Erika Allyn Greenslade, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Jan. 31

Jared James Sumner, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Feb. 1

Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Randall Lewis Thompson, 50, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County authorities. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Feb. 2

Larry Floyd Pierce, 57, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by the Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Israel Fransua Ochoa Moncada, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court and failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Feb. 3

Daniel Christopher Lamme, 46, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.
