Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Feb. 20

- Rafael Luna Mendoza, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

- Brian Jay Messick, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless endangering another person.

- Dawn Lila Michlitsch, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Joshua Michael Miller, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and DUII.

Michael Dennis Miller, 70, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

- Ashley Lynn Milton, 30, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a citation for providing false information to a police officer.

- Sean Samuel Mize, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

- Luis Antonio Mojica, 29, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault, DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

- Jose Rodriguez Montero, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment and contempt of court.

- Rafael Blanco Montes, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Mitchell Edward Montoya, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

- Dustin Jay Moore, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

- Clemente Daniel Santos Mora, 45, is wanted for failure to carry and present a license.

- Gilberto Urzua Morales, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

- Diego Enrique Moreno, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

- Edgar Martin Morfin, 38, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

- Derek Brandon Morgan, 34, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arreste for contempt.

- Brent Aaron Morita, 41, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving, reckless endangering and fourth-degree assault.

- Donte Maurice Moss, 27, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude police and unlawful possession of a firearm.

- Peter William Mulbreght, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

- Nicholas Carl Mull, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Joshua Lowell Bacon, 21, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Jesus Valtierra Llamas, 34, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree sexual abuse and harassment.

- Brittany Dawn Crowe, 28, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

- Samuel Cloyd Ice, 27, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and reckless endangering.

Yamhill County jail reports

Feb. 11

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Benjamin Stephen Jaquith, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charges.

Feb. 12

Michael Allen McFadden, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Clackamas County. No bail was set and the case is pending.

K. Jillene Marie Neuhaus-Pigg, 45, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and she received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Dale Douglas Conley, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Feb. 13

Michael Glenn Barrera, 58, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.

Walter Eli Elston, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Ashley Jo Page, 20, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $1,500 and the case remains open.

Juan Martin Dehowitt, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Christopher James Brenner, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and fourth-degree assault. He was booked and released.

Feb. 14

Jesse Ray Fuller, 32, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold issued by Clackamas County. Bail was set at $40,000 and the case is on hold.

Feb. 15

Thomas Anthony Rice, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Feb. 8

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Portland Road, Highway 99W in Dundee, Brutscher Street, College Street, Meridian Street, 10th Street, Doris Drive and Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance at Oak Meadows Loop and East Hayes Street, as well as a commercial fire at Elliott Road and East Second Street.

Feb. 9

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Spring Hill Road, Brutscher Street, Burlington Drive, Chehalem Drive, River Street, Mountain Top Road and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road and a request for lift assistance on Elliott Road and Pecan Court.

Feb. 10

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, Ninth Street, Crestview Drive and Libra Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road, a residential fire alarm on Foothills Drive and Stephanie Court, miscellaneous fires at Andrew and 14th streets and North and Fulton streets.

Feb. 11

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Masters Drive, Highway 240, Oak Meadows Loop, Dayton Avenue, Illinois Street, Veritas Lane, Hess Creek Court, Myrtle Street in Dundee, Jacqui Court and Dudley Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Werth Boulevard and Portland Road.

Feb. 12

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Springbrook Road, Stone Road, Seventh Street in Dundee, Elliott Road and Natalie Drive.

Feb. 13

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Walnut Avenue in Dundee, Hampton Lane, Fifth Street, College Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Providence Drive, Sixth Street and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for lift assists on Brutscher Street and Ashley Court, and a burn complaint on james Street.

Feb. 14

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, College Street, Coffey Lane, Hancock Street, Springbrook Road, Keyes Lane, Meridian Street and First Street.

Jan. 25

- Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 2000 block of Portland Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Jan. 30

- Patrick Edward Lanctot, 35, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2500 block of Portland Road.

Feb. 3

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Feb. 4

- Nathan Tyler Castel Martinez, 29, was cited for failure to carry and present driver license.

- Officers took a report of reckless burning in the 100 block of West Foothills Drive.

- Officers took a fraud report in the 1100 block of Sitka Avenue.

Feb. 6

- Eric James Mailloux, 33, was arrested for violating probation, second-degree burglary, unlawful possession of meth and third-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 7

- Michelle Lynn Hathorn, 43, was cited for harassment after an incident near Third Street and Everest Road.

- Jacob Felipe Castrejon, 19, was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-theft after an incident in the 900 block of Charles Street.

- Jason Gene Meyers, 43, was cited for driving while suspended.

Feb. 8

- Carter Merriman Black, 32, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 9

- Alejandro Fernandez-Villarreal, 29, was cited for failure to carry and present driver license.

- Moises Lopez Jr., 28, was cited on an outstanding warrant as well as unlawful possession of cocaine.

Feb. 10

- Officers investigated a reported abuse. It was unfounded.

- James W Ashley, 75, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

- Paul Naranjo, 62, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Feb. 11

- Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 12

- James Michael McCall, 65, was cited for harassment and third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 100 block of West Fourth Street.

- Celina Maria Garcia, 26, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Feb. 13

- Ashley Jo Page, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

- Kenneth Henry Jensen, 44, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.
