Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

- Alejandro Vergara Ortiz, 43, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

- Salvador Licona Ortiz, 44, is wanted on an FTA for failure to carry and present a license.

- Juan Daniel Maldonado Ortiz, 24, is wanted for failure to appear on a citation.

- Elizabeth Ann Osborn, 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

- Eduardo Esquivel Oseguera, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Feb. 14

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of West Third Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Feb. 16

Chane C England, 39, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and failureure to perform the duties of a driver. He was booked, cited and released.

Richard Mark Sutherland, 61, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Rebecca Ann Kraus, 41, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Feb. 17

Aaron Frederic Hansen, 44, was cited for failure to carry and present driver license.

Feb. 20

Jason Daniel Sullivan was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 500 block of East First Street.

Officers investigated a reported trespass that occurred in the 100 block of South Elliott Road.

- A 17-year-old male was cited for criminal trespass II and violation of curfew after an incident in the 500 block of S Columbia Street. He was released to parents.

Feb. 21

Jhordyn Rae Auxier, 29, was arrested cited for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief after an incident near Portland Road and McDonalds Lane.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

Feb. 22

Kenneth Earl Mecham, 51, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

David Allen Minor, 55, was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Nathan Tyler Castel Marinez, 29, was arrested for violating conditional release and failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported to the county jail.

Jhordyn Rae Auxier, 29, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver, failure to carry and present driver license and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 23

Libarado Celerino Tenorio-Mengas, 39, was arrested for driving while suspended and DUII. He was transported to the county jail.

Margarita Ann Peterson, 28, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Logan Jeffery Ferrell, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher Jay Buyes, 63, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 24

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of East Illinois Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Feb. 25

Michael Allen McFadden, 36, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 26

Peter James Mitchell, 36, was cited for driving while suspended after an incident in the 300 block of South Chehalem Street.

Feb. 27

Amber Marie Davis, 40, was arrested on outstanding warrants and unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

Eric Eugene Smith, 38, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 35, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation. He was transported to the county jail.

Randy Jay Engle, 59, was arrested for violating a stalking order and aggravated harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 18

Marco Antonio Ortiz, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Tillamook County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Thomas Kenneth Smiley, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a Washington County hold. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case is on hold.

Kaeleb James Hawney Johnson, 25, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violaton. The case remains open.

Kristen Michaelle Griffiths, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and she received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Feb. 21

Phillip John Morrison, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Edward Klar Watkins, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $15,000.
