Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

March 13

- Sergio Tinoco Pineda, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of meth.

- Kyle Morgan Porter, 26, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

- Aristides Miguel Ibanez Portillo, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

- Jacob Andrew Potter, 32, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

- Jeffrey Wayne Powers, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

- Jayson Wesley Walter Pratt, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for telephone harassment and second-degree criminal mischief.

- Julie Ann Pritchett, 30, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and PCS.

- Evan Carl Puckett, 24, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of heroin.

- Isidoro Dominguez Quezada, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

- Miguel Angel Quiroz, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

- Jennifer Dawn Railing, 36, is wanted on an FTA for criminal possession of rental property.

- Erick Urquiza Ramirez, 23, is wanted on an FTA for failure to carry and present a license.

- Juan Ramirez-Hidalgo, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substances.

- Luis Guerrero Ramirez, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault.

- Jesus Martinez Ramos, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

- Edithanne Ramos, 51, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

- Efren Olmedo Rangel, 27, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

- Johnny Dale Ray, 57, is wanted on a probation violation for felon in possession of a weapon.

- Miguel Angel Raya, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and assault.

- Travis William Joseph Re, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for menacing.

- Robert Wesley Redfearn, 64, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

- Steven Michael Regalado Jr., 32, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for custodial interference, fourth-degree assault, parole violation and harassment.

- Crystal Kaylynn Long, 27, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree theft.

- Tyler James Sutphin, 29, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree theft.

- Ashley Brooke Hahn, 26, is wanted on an FTA for possession of heroin and meth.

March 1

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, College Street, Villa road, Wildwood Road, Elliott Road, Portland Road, First Street, Burlington Drive, Third Street, Butteville Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a barn fire on Corral Creek Road and a request for public assistance at Fulton Street and Villa Road.

March 2

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Everest Road, Washington Street, Lincoln Street, Parkview Drive, Chehalem Drive and Brutscher Street.

March 3

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Main Street, Portland Road and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Fulton Street and Villa Road, as well as a request for lift assistance on Douglas Avenue.

March 4

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on First Street, Elliott Road, Fulton Street, Wildwood Road, Williams Street and Birch Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Chehalem and Terrace drives.

March 5

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Main Street, Grant Street, Blaine Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous incident at Rodel and Tangen roads and conducted an odor investigation at Haworth Avenue and Aquarius Boulevard.

March 6

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Coffey Lane, Elliott Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Banner Lane and Heritage Way, a miscellaneous fire at North and Fulton streets and another request for public assistance at Haugen and Parrett Mountain roads.

March 7

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Villa Road, Newall Road, Spring Hill Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance at Elliott and Springbrook roads.

March 8

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Third Street, Dayton Avenue, Heater Street and Fifth Street.

Yamhill County jail reports

March 4

Kenneth Earl Mecham, a 51-year-old Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Kristen Michaelle Griffiths, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and she received an unknown sentence on the charge.

March 5

Randall Earl Sheldon, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Sarah Marie Boerner, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Jay Joseph Zanghi, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a warrant for menacing and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

March 6

Joshua Daniel Parr, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree sexual abuse, menacing and second-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence for his crimes.

Tessa Kay Morse, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released.

Michael Joseph James, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for hit and run, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving. He was booked and released.

Stacy Morgan McVay, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. She was booked and released.

March 7

Brittany Noel Bitrich, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Denis William Hodson, a 28-year-old Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Phillip John Morrison, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Stillman Hunter Cotterell, 53, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Devin Prakash Moosai, 21, of Dundee, was arrested for strangulation, fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charges.

Feb. 15

Kobe N. Casciato, 20, and Justen Alexander McConville, 21, were cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Feb. 17

Stacy Morgan McVay, 30, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 18

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Feb. 20

Kevin Sean Sands, 53, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) after an incident in the 1600 block of Lilly Court. He was booked, cited and released.

Feb. 21

Officers took a report of a hit and run that occurred in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Feb. 22

Gary Wayne Hall, 66, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Feb. 24

An 18-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana.

Christa Michelle Worley, 28, was cited for unlawful delivery of marijuana.

Ryan Scott Anderson, 41, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Nolan Wesley Voorhies, 28, was arrested for DUII, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was cited and released.

Feb. 27

William Carl Mehler, 18, and Jacob Sunbin Chung, 18, were cited for first-degree criminal trespass after an incident on North College Street.

Feb. 28

A 33-year-old male was held for detoxification after he was found unable to care for himself in the 400 block of South Blaine Street. He was later released.

Kimberly Sue Alfaro, 52, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

March 1

An 18-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident near Morton and Illinois streets.

Kevin Wayne Riegelmann, 57, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland and Elliott roads. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Dominique Deanthony Robinson, 22, was cited for carrying a concealed weapon.

Tommy Lee Jensen, 36, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

March 2

Tyler Scott Williams, 28, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Gracelia F. Gonzalez, 59, was cited for criminal possession of a forged instrument after a traffic stop on East Third Street.

March 3

One 13-year-old and one 14-year-old boys were cited for curfew violation and minor in possession of marijuana after an incident near Illinois and Main streets. They were both returned to parents.

Holly May Payne, 44, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

March 4

A 19-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana after a traffic stop near College Street and Foothills Drive.

Kenneth Earl Mecham, 51, was arrested for violating probation, third-degree theft and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.
