Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

March 27

- Erik Rosario Flores, 26, wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, harassment and interfering with a police officer.

- Allan Lee Rose, 48, is wanted on an FTA for distribution and possession of meth.

- Kendra Rose Runsabove, 33, is wanted on an FTA for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.

- Sherry Lynn Saavedra Gordon, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

- Chayanne Salazar Ramiro, 27, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

- Silvestre Salinas Flores, 40, is wanted on an FTA for conspiracy to delivery meth, distribution and possession of meth.

- John Robert Salter, 32, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree theft.

- Antonio David Sanchez, 31, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and second-degree disorderly conduct.

- Ofelio Fidel Sanchez-Ramon, 42, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

- Rodney Wayne Sanders, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary and theft.

- David Matthew Sandoval, 40, was arrested on an FTA and a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.

- Rafael Santos Martinez, 39, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

- Peyton Arcadia Santrizos, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

- Allanah Colleen Saunders, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and hit and run.

- Keith Leroy Schadt, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree theft.

- Joseph James Schiesl, 39, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

- Megan Alyce Brown Schulz, 43, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

- William Lee Schultz, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

- Charity Sue Schwarz, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

- Christian Faye Scott, 31, is wanted on a probation violation as well as an FTA.

- Dwight Otto Seabaugh, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree theft.

- Maria Theresa Simpoo Dillon, 36, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.

- Tianee Lee Levey, 22, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

- Inderjit Singh, 24, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft.

- Zachary Warren Thurman, 39, is wanted for violating a release agreement on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Yamhill County jail reports

March 19

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Colby Dean Nelsen, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

March 20

Nathan Tyler Martinez, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender. He was booked and released.

Cade Andrew Henry, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was booked and released.

Christa Michelle Worley, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful delivery of marijuana. He was booked and released.

Gary Wayne Hall, 66, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked and released.

March 21

Nathan Lee Findley, a 45-year-old Newberg transient, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Derrik Lee Bradford, 34, of St. Paul, was arrested for contempt of court and detained on a hold from another jurisdiction. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Scott Jordan Smith, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for violating prison supervision sanction, resisting arrest, failure to carry and present a license, failure to appear and a hold issued by Marion County. No bail was set and the case remains open.

March 22

Jason Lee Stacey, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of methadone. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Third Street, Dayton Avenue, Heater Street, Fifth Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Williams Street and Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at College Street and Burlington Drive, a chimney fire at Mountain Top and Jaquith roads and a request for lift assistance at Second and Washington streets.

March 9

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brooke Drive, Fryer Hill Road and First Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for lift assistance on Crestview Drive and Walnut Avenue.

March 10

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Providence Drive, Sitka Avenue, School Street, Quarry Road, School Street, Ninth Street and Villa Road.

March 1

Kathryn Marie Rinkes, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

March 3

Officers investigated a report of theft of services that occurred in the 2500 block of Allison Lane. The investigation is ongoing.

March 5

Denis W Hodson, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

March 6

Officers took a report of a fraud/forgery near Main Street and Columbia Drive.

March 7

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Corral Creek Road and Veritas Lane.

March 8

Patricia Jean Gilstrap, 33, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Toby Kevin Mulholland, 46, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

March 9

Louis Burnett Williams, 30, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was additionally cited for unlawful possession of meth and was transported to the county jail.

Denis W Hodson, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

Dean Allen Ebarb, 48, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 900 block of Southeast Elm Street in Dundee.

Chad Timothy Harding, 45, was cited for failure to carry and present a driver's license.

Daniel Lee Crozier, 44, was cited for failure to carry and present a driver's license.

March 12

Diana Lee Saling, 59, and Brenda Ann Crow, 18, were cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

March 13

Officers responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash at Second and Howard streets. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital and information was exchanged.

Alicia Marie Alley, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

March 14

Tyler Justin Mahon, 29, was cited for public indecency after an incident in the 2200 block of North Meridian Street.

Christian Edward Short, 19, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

March 15

Officers took a report of theft of shoes from the 3300 block of Portland Road. The investigation is continuing.

March 16

Officers took a theft report in the 1300 block of Southwest Myrtle Street in Dundee.

March 17

Brett Michael Friedman, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A 26-year-old man was cited on a city ordinance violation of discharging a weapon in the 200 block of Meredith Drive.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 36, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3400 block of Portland Road.

March 19

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

A 15-year-old boy, a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of East First Street.
