April 5

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Oak Meadows Loop, James Street, Brutscher Street, Merlin Lane, Werth Boulevard, Portland Road, Hayes Street, Hulet Lane and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Springbrook Road and Haworth Avenue and a burn complaint on Ninth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Aldersgate Lane, Williams Street, Little Oak Street, Gemini Lane, Sunset Drive, Brutscher Street, Highway 240, Oak Meadows Loop, Blume Lane, Old Parrett Mountain Road and Mountain Top Road.

Sarah Elizabeth Vice, 29, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) to face a charge of third-degree theft.

Gamaliel Vicente-Morelos, 9, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Isidro Mendoza Virrueta, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Jesse Ryan Waits, 37, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Chelsea Diane Walker, 31, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Patrick Joseph Walsh, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Nathan Henry Warner, 35, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Shirley Tessa Marie Watkins, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for supplying contraband.

Jacob Patrick Watson, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft, DUII and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jeffrey Daniel Watts, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of heroin.

Paul Brian Wilson, 45, is wanted on an FTA for contempt of court.

Robert Lee Wright, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for aggravated animal abuse.

Bryan Joseph Camenzind, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

April 16

Tessa Kay Morse, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). Bail was set at $3,500.

April 17

Spencer Seung Koo Ankeny, 28, of Newberg was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

April 18

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. He was booked and released.

Nelson Felix Lara, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Polk County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Karissa Marie Lebeda, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Dylan Matthew Caudel, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

April 19

Karissa Marie Lebeda, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $5,000, but she received conditional release.

Jessica Ann Cole, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Dylan Matthew Caudel, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Crystal Kaylynn Long, 27, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Kyler Joseph Hutchens, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released and the case remains open.

Officers investigated a reported burglary in the 800 block of East Second Street.

Piero Orlando Molina-Silva, 23, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

April 10

Officers investigated criminal mischief to a parking lot and building that occurred in the 1200 block of Northeast Bell Road.

April 11

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Second and Meridian sreets. The at-fault driver was cited.

April 12

Kenneth Earl Mecham, 51, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

April 13

Michael Larry Abraham-Joya, 27, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Terri Lynn Green-Lopez, 56, was arrested for violating probation.

A 22-year-old male was cited for urinating in a public place.

Brett Michael Friedman, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

April 16

Officers recovered a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of Oak Leaf Street. The vehicle was returned to its owner.

Richard Francis Brown, 58, was cited for first-degree criminal mistreatment after an incident in the 3800 block of Hayes Street.

Stephenie Larae Turner, 39, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Tessa Kaye Morse, 25, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation. She was transported to the county jail.
