Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

May 8

Mohamed Ali Ahmed, 36, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on charges of second-degree rape and sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.

Gonzalo Galvin Alba, 41, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft.

Destiny Rosal Allison, 21, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for third-degree sexual abuse.

Marisol Anamaria Alvarez, 36, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree burglary, second- and third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.

Miguel Martinez Alvarez, 40, is wanted for contempt of court.

Abraham Ramirez Amador, 26, is wanted on an FTA for giving false information to a police officer and failure to carry and present a license.

Eric Jon Andrade, 60, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for felon in possession of a firearm.

Scott Timothy Ansley, 38, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree sexual abuse, private indecency and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Ronald Andrew Arana, 61, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Kathleen Maria Arata, 77, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

Enrique Sabino Arce, 34, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Jon Michael Archer, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for felon in possession of a weapon.

Efrain Alcantar Arias, 46, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

Leopoldo Cisneros Arroyo, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Asia Avelina Arrozal, 25, is wanted on an FTA for PCS and failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Theodore Dallas Ashford III, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Horacio Cazares Avalos, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, providing false information to a police officer and reckless driving.

Joaquin Lezama Avalos, 45, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse.

Daphne Zhaniqua Avritt, 24, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

Peter Michael Bagnall, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief.

Nicholas Jay Springer, 23, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 33, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a weapon.

Francisco Javier Diaz, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Jeffrey Daniel Watts, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of heroin.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Elliott Road, Haworth Avenue, Brutscher Street, Elliott Road, Brooke Drive, Highway 99W, Franklin Street, Second Street, Dixon Lane and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Crater Lane and Heritage Way, commercial fire alarms at Brooke and Sarah drives and Howard and School streets, and a brush fire at Ornduff Road and Chehalem Drive.

April 18

Nelson Felix Lara, 28, was arrested for violating conditional release and first-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 800 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee. Information was exchanged between parties.

April 19

Randall Lewis Thompson, 50, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

April 21

Brenda Gonzalez-Mendoza, 19, was cited for giving false information to a police officer for purposes of a citation.

April 22

Oscar Nunez-Jaimes, 28, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine and heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

April 23

Richard James Haws, 23, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Andrew Charles Callos, 27, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 400 block of West Foothills Drive.

April 24

Officers took a hit and run report in the 1000 block of Industrial Parkway.

Corey James Fennell, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident near Springbrook Road and Aquarius Boulevard.

Donna Lynn Barrera, 57, was cited to appear on a probation violation.

April 25

John Wesley Barnes, 56, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street.

April 26

Officers recovered a cell phone found in the 100 block of South River Street.

Amber Dawn Burgan, 28, was arrested for DUII. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of abuse in Dundee. The investigation is ongoing.

Marc Christopher Cave, 44, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of Highway 219.

April 27

Milton Geovani Marti Martinez-Carmona, 31, was arrested for third-degree sexual abuse and harassment after an incident in the 3000 block of Portland Road.

Michael William Vanderzanden, 41, was arrested for violating conditional release and cited for second-degree criminal trespass. He was transported to the county jail.

April 28

Richard James Haws, 23, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near Portland and Deborah roads.

Officers investigated a report of harassment in the 1200 block of South College Street.

Officers took a complaint of computer crime, first-degree theft and identity theft thay occurred in the 2700 block of Portland Road.

Logan Anthony Mendibles-Furry, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

April 30

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Carson Mitchell Adkins, 24, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Efrain Pena, 29, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing after an incident in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

Officers investigated a harassment complaint near Sheridan and Center streets.

Officers investigated a theft by deception complaint in the 900 block of Pecan Court.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 300 block of West Fourth Street.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Springbrook Road and Hayes Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

James Tryvge Burud, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

April 30

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, a 28-year-old Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,00 and the case remains open.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

May 1

Kent Franklin Roberts, 71, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. He was booked and released.

Jason Lee Stacey, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.

Alexander JM Seitzinger, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Crystal Kaylynn Long, 27, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

May 2

Edward Klar Watkins, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.
