Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

May 22

Rian Beebe, 37, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Cherelle Dawne Beierly, 33, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Shon Jeffery Belden, 48, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Dena May Bennett, 45, is wanted on an FTA for first- and second-degree theft and negotiating a bad check.

Eulogio Vichique Beristain, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

Christopher Dale Bernards, 39, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree forgery.

Larae Anne Bert, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery and possession of meth.

Roseanna Marie Bertoli, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Joshua Kane Bialobrzewski, 29, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful manufacture of a destructive device.

Cristalyn Bird, 44, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Derek Arthur Bishop, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful possession of meth.

Shalisa Ann Black, 33, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance.

Chanarrin Joey Bob, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt.

Roxanne Bode, 45, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of meth and DUII.

Gabriel Bernal Bolanos, 32, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault.

Tyler Wayne Bolt, 23, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for unlawful possession of meth.

Armando Flores Bonifacio, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, fourth-degree assault and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Anthony Ethan Bonofiglio, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and criminal driving while suspended.

Angel Antonio Botello, 22, is wanted on an FTA for reckless endangering and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Michael Ryan Bowers, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless driving.

Shane Dale Bowlin, 49, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of meth.

Christopher Allan Douglas, 37, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree aggravated theft, second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal trespass.

Ricardo Cornejo Garcia, 43, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass.

Rodney Wayne Sanders, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft.

Kaliska Dawn Norwest, 26, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery.

April 26

A 16-year-old girl was cited for harassment after an incident in the 600 block of Linda Way.

April 30

Officers took a theft report in the 600 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

May 2

Officers took a theft call in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

May 3

A cell phone was found on Villa Road. It was returned to its owner.

May 4

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of East Ninth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Nathan William Bean, 48, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

May 5

Officers are investigating a sex crime that occurred in the Newberg area.

Jaremy Vernon Flanary, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Kurt Lewis Wagner, 66, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

May 6

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near College and Oxford streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

May 7

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 400 block of Carlton Way.

May 8

Officers took a forgery report that occurred in the 100 block of North Howard Street.

May 9

Irvin Alan Hernandez-Martinez, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 1000 block of Pennington Court.

Ingorlf Alfredo Reyes, 32, was cited for strangulation and harassment after an incident in the 700 block of North Elliott Road.

Officers took a report of theft of a package from a porch in the 400 block of South Harrison Street.

Nathan Lee Findley, 45, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

May 10

Hensell James Robert, 41, was cited for initiating a false report after an incident near First and River streets.

Richard Kyle Presock, 30, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 3700 block of Portland Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Todd Marshall Thornton, 56, was arrested for third-degree robbery and theft and harassment after an incident in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

He was transported to the county jail.

May 11

David Franklin Mickelbury, 48, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Kaeleb James Johnson-Hawney, 25, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and meth, third-degree theft and distributing a controlled substance. He was booked, cited and released.

May 12

A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody for violating probation. He was cited for carrying a concealed weapon, interfering with a peace officer, curfew violation and minor in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

May 13

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 48, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

May 14

Officers investigated a theft of a bicycle that occurred near First and Blaine streets.

Katelyn Dawn Farrell, 37, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers investigated a harassment call in the 200 block of East Fifth street.

Officers did a welfare check on an elderly female in the 2700 block of Haworth Avenue.

May 15

Rodney Wayne Harwood, 54, was arrested for violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

May 16

Officers recovered a lost wallet in the 700 block of East First Street. It was returned to its owner.

James Edward Valentine III, 31, was cited for driving while suspended.

Yamhill County jail reports

May 14

Charles Lord Chaffee IV, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and hit and run. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Halo Rian Cowan, 19, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court for contempt. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains on hold.

Rodney Wayne Hardwood, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

May 15

Ingorlf Alfredo Reyes, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for strangulation and harassment. He was booked and released.

Loren Lynn Kitchens, 25, of Dundee, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. She was booked and released.

Rodney Wayne Hardwood, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case is pending.

Andrew Charles Callos, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

May 16

Shanley Kiernan Doherty, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Nelson Wayne Pettis, 43, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction and for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and the case is pending.

May 17

Jerry Vincent Cardoza, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. Bail was set at $40,000 and the case remains open.

Oscar Jaimes Nunez, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Logan Jeffery Ferrell, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of met. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Jorge Rios Garcia, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Dayton Avenue, Main Street, Third Street, Wynooski Street and First Street and Dogwood Drive in Dundee

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road.
