June 3

Cole Austin Mekiah Neuhaus, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

June 4

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to carry and present a license. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Claire Jo Guthrie, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

June 5

Kimberly Kay Rex, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and unlawful purchase of a firearm. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charges.

Johnathon Michael Yeo, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

June 6

Lauren Marie Orlando, 20, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

June 7

Brooke Lee McKerrall, 42, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a court stalking order and first-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charges.

Aaron Howard Case, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $22,500 and the case remains open.

Jorge Rios Garcia, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

May 14

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Sixth and Meridian streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

May 16

Officers took a report of theft by deception in the 1500 block of Sandoz Road.

May 18

Deanna Louise Dixon, 57, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and second-degree theft. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported fraud in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

May 19

Jeremy Joseph Harkness, 39, was cited for felon in possession of a restricted weapon and unlawful possession of meth after a traffic stop.

May 20

Kasey E Guenther, 33, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth.

Officers took a report of mail theft that occurred in the 1200 block of Deborah Road.

Officers investigated a theft in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street. The investigation is continuing.

May 21

Deanna Louise Dixon, 57, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Amber Jasmine Lakomecki, 28, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

May 22

Kendra Jo Rohde, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Scott Jeffrey Engle, 62, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail in McMinnville.

May 23

A construction trailer was stolen from the 300 block of South River Street.

Christopher Eric O'Malley, 23, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

May 24

Kelsie Marie Moore, 29, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 200 block of North Meridian Street.

Rebecca Lee Cross, 25, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Loren Lynn Kitchens, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

A water bottle was turned in at the police department.

Bonnie Marie Stephens, 42, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

Ryan Michael Vaughn, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was also charged with third-degree escape and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

May 25

Jacob Henry Hyde, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle near Hancock and River streets.

Zachary Alan Searcy, 37, was cited for fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft after an incident in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 200 block of West First Street.

Oscar Tapia-Loeza, 25, was arrested for attempt to elude a police officer, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, unlawful possession of meth and driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

A criminal mischief report was investigated in the 100 block of Ashley Court.

May 26

A bicycle was reported stolen from the 1300 block of North College Street.

May 27

A purse was found in Pool Park on Haworth Avenue.

A 15-year-old male was cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

May 28

Officers investigated a report of theft by deception in the 600 block of Southeast Maple in Dundee.

Officers took a report of forgery in the 100 block of North Howard Street.

May 29

Officers took a report of a missing person from the 3800 block of Oak Meadow Loop.

James William McLaughlin, 22, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers took a report of a stolen beehive near Villa Road and Crestview Drive.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of Industrial Parkway.

Larry Floyd Pierce, 57, was arrested for violating conditional release and failure to carry/present driver license. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported trespass in a home in the 400 block of Southwest Dogwood Drive in Dundee.

Officers took a report of a missing person. The person was later found.

May 30

Nathaniel Garrett Jones, 39, was arrested for violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Jericho Kizer, 25, was arrested for parole violation and unlawful possession of cocaine. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a theft of a refrigerator from the 400 block of Southeast 10th Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of theft of a purse in the 500 block of East Hancock Street.

Dominique David Stacey, 48, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

A theft of vehicle license plates was reported in the 1100 block of Industrial Parkway.

May 31

A report of first-degree theft by deception was taken in the 600 block of Linda Way.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle near Ninth Street and Commerce Parkway.

One 15- and one 12-year-old boys were reported as runaways from the 400 block of East Ninth Street. They were later returned home.

Officers investigated a case of failure to supervise a child in the area of Ninth and Blaine streets.

June 1

Officers were involved in a vehicle pursuit that began near Highway 99W and Second Way. The pursuit was terminated and the suspect has been identified.

Officers investigated a report of stolen cash in the 1400 block of Deborah Road.

Brittany Noel Bitrich, 32, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and meth. She was transported to the county jail.

James Wilbur Denbo, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated theft of medication that occurred in the 300 block of Werth Boulevard. The investigation is ongoing.

Andrew Jackson Burge, 47, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle near Hancock and Blaine streets.
