Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

June 19

Burl Allen Cox, 44, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a charge of failure to carry and present a license.

Robert Anthony Cox, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Thomas James Cox, 51, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for attempt to elude police.

Steven Duane Crandall, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Austin Jeffrey Crary, 25, is wanted on an FTA for menacing.

Ivan Laureano Crisostomo, 33, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude and driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Justin David Crouch, 39, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

Roy Allen Cruickshank, 66, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Karin Kaye Cruz, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of oxycodone and tampering with drug records.

Bradley Allen Curtis, 33, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Jamaal Rashad Dacus, 31, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Jesse Paul Davies, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Francis Elmer Davis, 66, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm and a wildlife violation.

Amber Marie Davis, 40, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

John Frederick Davis IV, 25, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Joe Henderson Davis, 39, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a firearm and PCS.

Nancy Carol Dean, 55, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft and failure to appear on a citation.

Abelardo Dejesus De Los Santos, 29, is wanted on an FTA for hit and run and DUII.

Adrian Delacruz Mendez, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Bernadino Delgado, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for attempted first-degree sexual abuse.

Salomon Mendoza Delgado, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and menacing.

Michael Ryan Bowers, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless driving.

Sundharia Hummingbird Lifesong, 23, is wanted on a FTA for PCS.

Joseph Adam Sorenson, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for menacing.

May 24

Chyann Kurstin Scroggins, 19, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident near Hancock and Meridian streets.

Matthew Lawrence Maddox, 34, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and possession of illegal fireworks after an incident near Hancock and Meridian streets.

May 29

Larry Floyd Pierce, 57, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Officers took a report of a missing person. The person was later found.

May 30

Nathaniel Garrett Jones, 39, was arrested for violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Jericho Kizer, 25, was arrested for parole violation and unlawful possession of cocaine. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a theft of a refrigerator from the 400 block of Southeast 10th Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of theft of a purse in the 500 block of East Hancock Street.

Dominique David Stacey, 48, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

A theft of vehicle license plates was reported in the 1100 block of Industrial Parkway.

Bryon A. Kezer, 31, was arrested for violating conditional release and unlawful possession of heroin and meth. He was transported to the county jail.

May 31

A report of first-degree theft by deception was taken in the 600 block of Linda Way.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle near Ninth Street and Commerce Parkway.

One 15- and one 12-year-old boys were reported as runaways from the 400 block of East Ninth Street. They were later returned home.

Officers investigated a case of failure to supervise a child in the area of Ninth and Blaine streets.

Juan Pablo Telez-Martinez, 21, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and failure to carry/present driver license. He was booked, cited and released.

Kyle Christopher Williams, 29, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 1100 block of N. Springbrook Road.

Emily Olivia Beaston, 22, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 1100 block of N. Springbrook Road.

A 15-year-old boy was cited for harassment after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was released to a parent.

June 1

Officers were involved in a vehicle pursuit that began near Highway 99W and Second Way. The pursuit was terminated and the suspect has been identified.

Officers investigated a report of stolen cash in the 1400 block of Deborah Road.

Brittany Noel Bitrich, 32, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and meth. She was transported to the county jail.

June 2

James Wilbur Denbo, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

June 3

Robert Francis Brown, 41, was arrested for DUII and unlawful possession of cocaine. He was booked, cited and released.

Jessica Lin Gray, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Taylor William Miles, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and heroin after an incident near Springbrook Road and Hayes Street.

Mary Joan Rayner, 29, was cited for criminal possession of a forged instrument.

June 4

Angela Lynn Field, 46, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 2100 block of East Third Street.

Kevin Allen Ceciliani, 31, was arrested for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Thorleif Gakko, 70, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 3200 block of Crater Lane.

Pradeep K. Singh, 37, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

June 5

Johnathon Michael Yeo, 37, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person after an incident in the 200 block of old Highway 99W. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated theft of medication that occurred in the 300 block of Werth Boulevard. The investigation is ongoing.

Andrew Jackson Burge, 47, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Darin Patrick Jones, 54, was cited for driving while suspended.

Victor Ladd Curtis Jr., 39, was arrested for DUII, drugs, and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

June 6

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle near Hancock and Blaine streets.

Kenneth Justin Brown, 30, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a forgery that occurred in the 2300 block of East Second Street.

Dezmon Javier Amaya, 19, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near First and Laurel streets in Dundee.

Zerrick Kerr Brown, 33, was arrested for violating probation after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

June 7

Rick Jo Graham, 56, and Randy Allen Haug were cited for attempted second-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of Industrial Parkway.

Officers investigated a report of a sex crime in the 400 block of North Meridian Street. It was determined to have been unfounded.

Jason Edward Wilson, 44, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Aaron Howard Case, 27, was arrested for violation of release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

June 8

Frank Dario Maldonado, 50, was arrested for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was booked, cited and released.

Amy M. Maxwell, 36, was arrested for second-degree theft, Interfering with a peace officer and resisting arrest. She was booked, cited and released.

Rachelle Kathryn Eide, 24, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

June 9

David Conrad Elliott, 34, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Charles R. Hyle, 62, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Austin Ray Shadday, 25, was arrested for violating probation, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.

Milton Giovanni Martinez-Carmona, 31, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Demont Leon Gibson, 38, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, third-degree escape and criminal mischief, and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Fifth and River streets. He was transported to the county jail.

June 10

A 15-year-old girl, a 17-year-old boy and two 17-year-old girls were cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1200 block of South Blaine Street.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3400 block of Vittoria Way.

June 11

Ryan Daniel Gallagher, 32, was cited to appear an outstanding warrant.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

June 12

Officers responded to a burglary/theft call near Sixth and Blaine streets.

Sage Morrison Taylor, 18, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher Douglas Owen Pinneo, 26, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Max Guenter Adolf Kliese-Hartzog, 30, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1400 block of Southewest Charles Street in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

June 11

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Jhordyn Rae Auxier, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree theft. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Michael David Hamilton, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

June 12

Alicia Jean Hillis, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Joslyn Brie Thompson, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on a bench warrant. She was booked and released.

Jason Edward Elliott, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass as well as holds issued by Multnomah County. He was booked and released on the local charge, while bail was set at $75,000 on the Multnomah County charge and that case is on hold.

Tawnya Ruth Walton, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Manuel Naim Rivera Lujan, 21, of St. Paul, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

June 13

Steven Ray Helzer, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County authorities. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case is on hold.

Maya Sequoia Gates, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. She was booked and released.

June 14

Gregory Michael Oyler, 54, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation on an arrest for DUII. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

June 15

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree kidnapping and harassment. Bail was set at $155,000 and the case remains open.
