Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

June 26

Salomon Mendoza Delgado, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and menacing.

Juan Cisneros De Los Santos, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII.

Efren Hernandez De Los Santos, 25, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) to face charges of DUII and reckless driving.

Nicholas James Desjarlais, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Pablo James Diaz, 37, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.

Francisco Javier Diaz, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Kyle Christopher Williams, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for providing false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

Emily Olivia Beaston, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for providing false information to a police officer. She was transported to the county jail.

June 6

Officers took a report of theft of hot air balloon equipment in the 2100 block of Oak Drive.

June 7

Officers took a report of theft of services in the 100 block of East First Street. The involved persons worked out the situation.

Douglas Wayne Minor, 57, was cited for hindering prosecution after an incident in the 500 block of West Sheridan Street.

June 8

Michael David Hamilton, 29, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers are investigating aggravated identity theft, first-degree theft and criminal conspiracy. The case is ongoing.

Tyler James Lehmann, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

June 10

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 3300 block of Portland Road. Information was exchanged by the drivers.

A 16-year-old girl was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 300 block of Edgewood Drive.

Kaitlyn Renee Jones, 18, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 900 block of Sitka Avenue.

Cole Dustin Thomas, 18, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 900 block of Sitka Avenue.

June 12

Officers took a reported theft of prescription medications in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

Christine Casey Anderson, 22, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin. After an incident in the 400 block of East Sheridan Street.

Christopher Douglas Owen Pinneo, 26, was cited for fail to carry/present driver license.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 700 block of Hilltop Drive.

An 11-year-old male was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after an incident in the 600 block of South School Street. He was released to his mother.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

Christopher Douglas Owen Pinneo, 26, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Max Guenter Adolf Kliese-Hartzog, 30, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1400 block of Southewest Charles Street in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

June 13

A theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Ninth Street.

Maya Sequoia Gates, 18, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident near Portland and Elliott roads. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a forgery complaint in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

June 14

Russell Sheldon McMillen Jr, 57, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 100 block of East Franklin Street.

Jose Manuel Silva, 20, was arrested for DUII and minor in possession of alcohol. He was booked, cited and released.

Ryan Richard McLaughlin, 35, was cited for driving while suspended.

William Lee Carsley, 73, was cited for harassment.

Jason Lee Stacey, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Steven Ray Helzer Jr, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

June 15

Officers located a stray dog in the 200 block of Levi Way. The dog was transported to the animal shelter.

Gregory Michael Oyler, 54, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Max Guenter Adolf Kliese, 30, was arrested for violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Casey Brian Gentry, 27, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

June 16

A backpack was recovered in the 600 block of East First Street.

Tommy Ray Johnson, 36, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and menacing after an incident in the 800 block of East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Ulises Ivan Campuzano, 21, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, failure to carry/present driver license and driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 35, was arrested for second-degree kidnapping and harassment after an incident near Deborah and Portland roads. He was transported to the county jail.

June 17

Officers responded to a dog at large call in the 900 block of Pioneer Lane.

Fabian Dwayne Henderson, 43, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

An 11-year-old male was reported as a runaway from the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

June 18

Officers were involved in an attempt to elude that terminated on Williamson Road. The suspect is still missing.

Officers took a report of forgery that occurred at an unknown location in the Newberg area.

A report of criminal mischief to a park was reported near Eagle Street and The Greens avenue.

Edward O'Dea White II, 64, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Anthony Robert Manning, 24, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, mail theft and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

Two 14-year-old girls were cited for curfew violation and minor in possession of tobacco. They were released to parents.

A 15-year-old male was cited for curfew violation. He was released to parents.

Two 17-year-old males and a 16-year-old male were cited for curfew violation. They were released to parents.

June 19

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 44, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Blake Alan Henderson, 38, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street.

Yamhill County jail reports

June 20

Carlos Escobedo, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction and a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Kevin Blademir Solis Calderon, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful delivery of meth. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

June 21

Jared James Sumner, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Roblyn Deanna Armes, 46, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
