Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

July 24

Janice Marie Greiff, 61, wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Ryan Kelsey Griffin, 30, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Eric David Grimm, 51, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.

Thomas Henry Groth, 39, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Kasey E. Guenther, 33, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Jose Rogelio Guerrero, 44, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Alfredo Luna Guevara, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Paolo Guieu, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Gabriel Campos Guillen, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Javier Gonzalez Gutierrez, 51, is wanted on an FTA for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Jose Agripino Gutierrez, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Joshua Douglas Hacker, 44, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Samuel James Haller, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.

James Edward Eugene Hames, 45, is wanted on an FTA for aggravated harassment, DUII and resisting arrest.

Darryl Jackson Hamilton, 29, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree criminal mistreatment.

Christopher Alan Hamlin, 24, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Samuel James Hammaker, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and second-degree theft.

Ryan Patrick Hancock, 44, is wanted for violating a release agreement on charges of DUII, reckless driving, driving while suspended, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering.

Benjamin Thompson Hannah, 30, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Kevin Ross Hansen, 49, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and criminal mistreatment.

Joshua Christian Hardy, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Brandy Kay Ferris, 34, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Ramiro Vargas Jacome, 47, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Phillip Joseph Needham, 61, is wanted on a probation violation for theft of services.

Thomas Scott O'Donnell, 53, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended.

Yamhill County jail reports

July 15

Joaquin Hernandez Landero, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for strangulation and harassment. Bail was set at $12,500 and the case remains open.

Jason James Allen Hix, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face a charge of harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

July 18

Ronald Wayne Davidson, 52, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction and for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Denis William Hodson, 28, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Daniel Lee Crozier, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant from Marion County, as well as failure to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court to face charges of failure to carry and present a license and failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 and the cases remain open.

July 19

Christopher Ryan Broxterman, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was booked and released.

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

July 20

Miciah David Hughes, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by the McMinnville Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Rhett Davis Grace, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

July 21

James Robert Hogan, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Elliott Road, Locust Street, Springbrook Road, Aldersgate Lane, Werth Boulevard, Meridian Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire on Wynooski Street and a move up to McMinnville.

July 13

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Middlebrook Drive, Second Street, Douglas Avenue, Brutscher Street and Brooke Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to multiple move-ups to Adams Street in McMinnville.

July 14

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Andrew Street, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street, Second Street, Trunk Road in Dundee, and McCormick Hill Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Howard and College streets, as well as a pair of move-ups to McMinnville.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Bell Road, Springbrook Road, Sherman Street, Sixth Street, Siefken Lane and Linden Lane in Dundee

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Center Street, a natural gas leak on Thompson Lane, a burn complaint on Bell Road and a pair of move-ups in McMinnville.

July 16

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Brutscher Street, Walnut Avenue, Linden Lane, Oak Meadows Loop, Center Street, Hayes Street, Bald Peak Road, Third Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for public assistance on Elliott Road and Springbrook Road, a commercial fire alarm on Deborah Road and a lift assist on Brutscher Street.

July 17

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Third Street, Elliott Road, Third Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Elliott and Springbrook roads, a lift assist on Center Street and a move-up to McMinnville.

July 18

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Fulton Street, Oak Meadows Loop, College Street, Third Street and Hancock Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on Sheridan Street and North Street, a bark dust fire on First Street, a miscellaneous fire on First Street and a residential fire alarm on Herd Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, Fulton Street, Wildwood Road, Springbrook Road and First Street.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Alicia Marie Alley, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

July 4

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

July 5

Officers took a report of counterfeit money being passed in the 100 block of East First Street.

July 7

Christopher William Melka, 40, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3200 block of Wynooski Street.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft in the 700 block of Southeast Locust Street in Dundee. It was later cleared by the arrest of an individual.

July 8

Peter William Mulbreght III, 31, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants as well as disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a peace officer. He was transported to the county jail.

July 10

Jesse Dean McClure, 21, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Ryan Scott Balduc, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Alicia Faye Jones, 39, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of South Main Street.

Mario Medina Barajas, 67, was cited for drinking in public after an incident near First and Center streets.

July 11

Officers took a report of a theft/forgery that occurred in the 1500 block of Gemini Street.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. The investigation is ongoing.

Karabeth Davis, 30, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Roger Dale Bradford Jr., 51, was arrested for driving under the influences of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Brian Daniel Herron, 28, was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest. He was transported to the county jail.

July 12

Peter William Mulbreght III, 31, was cited for second-degree theft and interfering with a peace officer. He remained lodged at the county jail.

A 15-year-old boy was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and failure to perform the duties of a witness to a crash after an incident near Hancock and Main streets. He was released to a family member.

James William McLaughlin, 22, was arrested for violating probation and cited for second-degree disorderly conduct. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 200 block of East Ninth Street.

Timoteo Santiago Nieto-Nieto, 28, was arrested for DUII, fail to perform the duties of a driver, furnishing alcohol to a minor, interfering with a peace officer and an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Ashley Jo Foss, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Brian Robert Suverly, 47, was charged with theft by extortion, second-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and coercion after multiple incidents in the Dundee area. He remained in custody at the county jail.

July 13

An 11-year-old boy was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was released to a family member.

Officers investigated a reported forgery in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Donato Cruz-Hermenegildo, 27, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Autumn Rose Whitted, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a runaway 15-year-old boy in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was later returned to his mother.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 2500 block of East Second Street.

July 14

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1000 block of North College Street.

Officers investigated a reported assault in the 900 block of Southwest Viewcrest Drive in Dundee.

Joshua William Quigley, 38, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

July 15

A 15-year-old boy was reported as runaway from the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was located the next day and returned to his mother.

Joaquin Landero-Hernandez, 43, was arrested for strangulation and harassment after an incident in the 300 block of Columbia Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

Jason James Allan Hix, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Brian Allen Suverly, 47, was arrested for first-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Danny Gilmore, 67, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

July 16

Leroy James Castorena, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Kaitlan Diane Rutter, 24, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

July 17

Ryan Matthew Rhodes, 39, was cited and released on an outstanding warrant from Newberg Municipal Court.

Stephen Galvan Tyman, 61, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Monica Rachael Graves-Robertson, 50, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Antonio Baltazar Marroquion, 35, was cited to appear on a municipal court warrant.

A 15-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway and returned to his mother.

July 18

Angel Ayala Jr., 19, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.
