Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

July 31

Jeremy Joseph Harkness, 39, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on charges of possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and felony possession of a restricted weapon.

Scott Allan Harms, 47, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Gerald Matthew Harris, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Kaom Ewos Jarros, 37, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for contempt.

Ashly Ann Henderson, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

James Ernest Henley, 72, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing.

James Leon Henley, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Ryan Allen Herbert, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Antonio Ramos Hernandez, 42, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Bert Steven Hernandez, 44, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at Red Oak and Mistletoe drives.

July 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on 11th Court, College Street, Portland Road, Sam Parrett Drive, Crestview Drive, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard and Oak Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance on Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard, a miscellaneous fire at College and Meridian streets and a residential fire on Seventh Street.

July 25

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Portland Road, Villa Road, Elliott Road and Dayton Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a bark dust fire at Ninth and River streets.

Yamhill County jail reports

July 22

Kaitlan Diane Rutter, 24, of Newberg, was arrested of hindering prosecution. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case is pending.

Steven Ray Helzer, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case is on hold.

July 23

Brittany Noel Bitrich, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

Edward Klar Watkins, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

July 24

Jorge Chavez Rosales, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked and released.

July 27

Douglas Wayne Minor, 57, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for failure to appear to face charges of reckless driving, DUII and hindering prosecution. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Micah David Hughes, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Christopher William Melka, 40, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

July 8

Officers are investigating a reported fraud/theft that occurred in the 2700 block of East Second Street.

July 11

Officers investigated a reported hit and run to a vehicle in the 700 block of Highway 99W in Dundee. Officers located the vehicle and exchanged information between parties. The case was cleared civilly.

July 12

Kyle Alexander Laheyne, 30, was cited for driving while suspended.

July 13

Autumn Rose Whitted, 18, was cited for interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 1900 block of Carol Avenue.

Lucas Robert Morter, 33, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 500 block of East First Street.

July 15

Cole Dustin Thomas, 19, was cited for reckless burning after an incident near Villa Road and Mountainview Drive.

Brandon Wayne Palm, 29, Douglas Wayne Minor, 57, and David Allen Minor, 55, were cited for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of West Sheridan Street.

Officers took a bicycle theft report in the 400 block of South College Street.

July 18

A 15-year-old boy was taken into protective custody after violating probation. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility in McMinnville.

A 14-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for violating probation. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was arrested for violating probation and third-degree theft after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

July 19

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W. The investigation is ongoing.

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 3700 block of Bur Oak Court.

Jamie Keith Rollins, 38, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

July 20

Jared William Davis, 36, was cited for failure to carry and present driver license.

Rhett Davis Grace, 22, was arrested for violating conditional release and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Renee Louis Barnard, 25, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 3000 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

July 21

James Robert Hogan, 50, was arrested for felony driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a sex crime that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

Austin James Buckmeier, 24, was cited for first-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of South Howard Street.

July 22

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. The investigation is ongoing.

Dennis Zane Salzetti, 32, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers are investigating a reported assault that occurred in the 800 block of Foothills Drive.

July 23

Edward Klar Watkins, 50, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandon Lee Wederski, 26, was cited and released on an outstanding warrant.

July 24

Autumn Rose Whitted, 18, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Colin John Wester, 28, was arrested for unlawful delivery and possession of heroin and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

July 25

Kaeleb James Johnson-Hawney, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.
