Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Aug. 7

Michael Robert Hicks, 66, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Edwin Michael Cecil Hill, 36, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a weapon and giving false information to a police officer.

Wade Roy Hill, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Crystal Rai Himmelspach, 31, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a convictions for aggravated theft and second-degree escape.

Justin Anthony Hoard, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of marijuana.

David Paul Holden, 48, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for attempted second-degree assault.

Jennifer J. Hoover, 39, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Gary Joseph Horvath, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of meth.

Christine J. Hotelling, 54, is wanted on an FTA for possession a controlled substance (PCS).

Brandi Denise Howell, 45, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Lew Andrew Hoyt, 28, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

Dontrel Edward Hubbard, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Cheryl Lyn Hughes, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude.

Noe Cruz Huitron, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Thomas Carl Humann, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Justin Elias Hunt, 27, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree escape and second-degree criminal mischief.

William Patrick Hunt, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jessica L. Ireland, 39, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Benjamin Wayne Jackson, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for physical harassment.

Tyler James Jackson, 22, is wanted on an FTA for hit and run.

Michael James Clouse, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Mark Wills Lumoya, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Hillary Marie Pierce, 32, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Jerry Merle Stites, 36, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree sexual abuse.

July 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Honey Lane, Werth Boulevard, Brutscher Street, Zimri Drive, College Street, Haworth Avenue and Tomahawk Place in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Highway 219 and Hancock Street and conducted a marine rescue on Star Mooring Lane.

July 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Alder Street in Dundee, Brutscher Street, Springbrook Road, Hoskins Street, Cobblecreek Drive, Aldersgate Lane, Elliott Road, River Street, Poison Oak Lane, Dayton Avenue and Center Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint on Ninth Street and a request for public assistance on Partridge Lane and Morris Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Pecan Court, Oak Meadows Loop, Elliott Road, First Street, College Street, Main Street, Springbrook Road, Niederberger Road in Dundee, Ninth Street and Seventh Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Sheridan Street, Fox Farm Road in Dundee, Williams Street, Blaine Street, College Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public service at Wynooski Road and Highway 219, a burn complaint at Lincoln and Harrison streets and a commercial fire alarm on Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at Calkins Lane and Wind Ridge Road and a request for public assistance on Fulton Street.

A 14-year-old male was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 800 block of Southwest Red Hills Road.

July 17

Antonio Baltazar Marroquin, 35, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine after an incident in the 1200 block of North College Street.

July 18

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

July 19

Officers took a report of theft by deception that occurred in the 3200 block of Solstice Lane.

July 21

Officers took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 500 block of South River Street.

July 22

Nicole Lee Unger, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and carrying a concealed weapon. She was transported to the county jail.

July 24

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 900 block of Pecan Court.

Officers took a report of a dog bite that occurred in the 2500 block of Allison Lane.

July 25

Frank Ilich Franco, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was cited and released.

Officers assisted the sheriff's office with a domestic dispute in the 14000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Kaeleb James Johnson-Hawney, 25, was charged with unlawful possession of meth. He remained in custody at the county jail.

July 26

Officers are investigating a report of menacing that occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers are investigating a fraud complaint in the 1200 block of Elm Lane.

July 27

Mike RichaRoad Haugen, 38, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, menacing, strangulation, harassment, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and failure to register as a sex offender after an incident in the 400 block of South Everest Road. He was transported to the county jail.

A 16-year-old male was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 400 block of East Sheridan Street.

Amy Lee Calhoon, 33, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident near Oak Drive and Hulet Lane.

July 28

Jason Eugene Lytle, 37, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Officers assisted in taking a courtesy report concerning domestic assault that occurred in Monmouth.

A 15-year-old girl was taken into protective custody for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 300 block of West Third Street. She was transported to the county juvenile detention center in McMinnville.

July 29

Brett Michael Friedman, 36, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3100 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Quinten Leaster Bos, 40, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

An 11-year-old male was taken into protective custody for violating conditional release and harassment. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Daniel Ray Slimick II, 40, was third-degree cited for theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

July 29

Brett Michael Friedman, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case remains open.

Quinten Leaster Bos, 40, a Newberg transient, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

July 30

Harold Brown, 64, of Dundee, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face multiple charges of encouraging child sexual abuse and encouraging sexual assault of an animal. He was booked and released.

July 31

Danny Ray Seely, 61, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Christopher William Melka, 40, a Newberg transient, was arrested for second-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Carly Jordan Chetlain, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. Bail was set at $30,000 and the case is on hold.

Aug. 1

Denis William Hodson, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Kaleb James Brigdon, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 2

Nelson Felix Lara, 28, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and attempt to elude a police vehicle. Bail was set at $12,500 and the case remains open.

Michael Joseph James, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for hit and run. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Aug. 4

Miciah David Hughes, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.
