Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Ramiro Jacome Vargas, 47, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession a controlled substance (PCS).

Brian Allen Jaeger, 30, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and negotiating a bad check.

Daniel Jaquez Rodriguez, 19, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and fourth-degree assault.

Michael Eugene Jensen, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Burlington Drive and Center Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Brutscher Street, College Street, Crestview Drive, Earlwood Road, Oak Meadows Loop, Conner Drive, Burlington Drive and School Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Cedar Street, Fulquartz Landing Road in Dundee, Hulet Lane, Williams Street, Highway 99W, Center Street, College Street, Brutscher Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a natural gas leak between Howard and School streets.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Eighth Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Sherman Street, Brooke Drive, Williams Street and Jacquie Court.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at Pinehurst Court and College Street, between School Street and College Street and Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard, and a lift assist on Fifth Street and Johanna Court.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Baker Trail Lane, First Street in Dundee, Springbrook Way, Mission Court, Elliott Road and Church Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Hancock and School streets and a residential fire on Mission and Sierra Vista drives.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Columbia Drive, Elliott Road, Natalie Drive, School Street, Elliott Road, College Street and First Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance on Third Street, a residential fire alarm on Carol Ann Drive and a commercial fire alarm on Hess Creek Court and Crestview Drive.

Kainoa David Perry, 24, was cited for offensive littering after an incident in the 3800 block of Vittoria Way.

A 16-year-old girl was cited for initiating a false report after an incident in the 400 block of East Third Street.

July 23

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 48, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 800 block of North Main Street.

July 24

Joaquin Landero-Hernandez, 43, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

July 25

Johnny Ray Moore, 35, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3100 block of Southeast Eighth Street in Dundee.

Rikki Diane Osborn, 43, was cited for failure to carry/present driver license.

July 27

Mary Elizabeth Stephenson, 57, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 900 block of South School Street. She was booked, cited and released.

July 28

Officers responded to a reported assault in the 1200 block of South Blaine Street. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 3400 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

July 29

Carlos Avalos Farias, 31, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, was cited for third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of East Hancock Street.

July 30

Matthew Dylan Knight, 21, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

Evin Joe Granado, 32, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Quinten Leaster Bos, 40, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Portland Road and Springbrook Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 2500 block of Hawthorne Drive.

A 13-year-old girl was cited for curfew violation and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 400 block of South Howard Street. She was returned to parents.

July 31

Officers responded to a report of an intruder in the 1400 block of Libra Street. The person was gone upon officer arrival.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near First and Center streets.

Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Providence Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Carly Jordan Chetlain, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Juan Hernandez-Alonzo, 29, was arrested for giving false information to a police officer, failure to carry/present driver license and outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Danny Ray Seely, 61, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Aldercrest Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Eric Eugene Smith, 39, was cited to appear for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 4

Andre James Lowe, 31, was cited to appear for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Officers investigated a reported burglary in the 1200 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Jill Michelle Auxier, 53, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 100 block of Southwest Seventh Street in Dundee.

Warren Randal Hathaway, 56, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 5

Gerald Salazar, 50, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident near Ninth and Chehalem streets. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, was arrested for violating conditional release and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a trespassing complaint in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 6

Sage Morrison Taylor, 18, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

George Raul Cardenas, 28, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Stephen Wayne Breaux, 39, was arrested for violating probation, unlawful possession and delivery of meth after an incident at Rogers Landing. He was transported to the county jail.

Angela Marie Castillo, 32, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Jamie Keith Rollins, 38, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and criminal trespass after an incident in the 2900 block of East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Jeramie C. Swarts, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for attempt to commit crime. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Gerald Salazar, 50, a Newberg transient, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 6

George Raul Cardenas, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Sage Morrison Taylor, 18, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Aug. 7

Christopher Lee Dangelo, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked and released.

Jamie Keith Rollins, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

George Harrison Hamel, 76, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 8

Rhett Davis Grace, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court to face a charge of unlawful possession of heroin.

Aug. 9

Peter James Mitchell, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Shane William Cooper, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Rhett Davis Grace, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court on a charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

Maressa Liana Blakeney, 29, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Michael David Hamilton, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

James Allan Nevins, 53, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree sexual abuse and harassment. Bail was set at $10,000.

Austin Gregory Diirell, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case is on hold.

Aug. 10

Devon James Steiger, 29, of St. Paul, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Brandon Lee Wederski, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County as well as for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.
