Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Aug. 28

Robert Lewis Christopher, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Shannon Marin Lewis, 25, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession a controlled substance (PCS), conspiracy to commit first-degree theft, first-degree theft and attempted forgery.

James Arthur Lingren, 70, is wanted for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Jesus Llamas Valtierra, 34, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree sexual abuse and harassment.

Nancy Hope Lochrie, 57, is wanted on a probation violation for criminal driving while suspended and failure to appear on a citation.

Robert James Long, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for criminal driving while suspended.

Joshua Carolos Longoria, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt of court.

Cesar Lopez-Hernandez, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Henry Joseph Lopez, 23, is wanted on an FTA for hit and run.

Jesus Lopez-Lopez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Santiago Lopez, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Anthony Roy Loterbauer, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Jessica Rose Lowe, 37, is wanted on an FTA for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Juan Lucas-Lucas, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and giving false information to a police officer.

Mateo Lucas-Lucas, 25, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Darrin Lucero, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft.

Mark Allan Ludwig, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Mark Lumoya-Wills, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jose Maria Luna-Perez, 36, is wanted for failure to carry and present a license.

Luis Luna-Ramirez, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Mario Timothy Hodges, 48, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for luring a minor.

Aug. 16

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Bell Road, Villa road, Brutscher Street, Oak Meadows Loop, North Valley Road, Laurel Drive, Werth Boulevard and Hayes Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Elliott and Springbrook roads, a commercial fire alarm on Washington and Deskins streets, a request for public service on Portland and Springbrook roads, and a residential fire alarm at Wildwood and Hidden Meadows roads.

Aug. 17

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Aquarius Boulevard, Edwards Street, Portland Road, Brutscher Street, Lynn Drive, Brutscher Street, Sixth Street and Benjamin Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a lift assist on Crestview and Lynn drives and a commercial fire alarm on Hawthorne rive.

Aug. 18

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, Hulet Lane, McCormick Hill Road, Vittoria Way, Mountaview Drive, Fulton Street, Williams Street, Morris Street and Third Street.

- TVF&R personnel rendered a lift assist on North Street.

Aug. 19

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Springbrook Road, Williams Street, Royal Oak Street and Oak Meadows Loop.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision on Gospel Lane and Kuehne Road and conducted an odor investigation at Howard and School streets.

Aug. 20

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Portland Road, Center Street, Trestle View Court, Earlwood Road, Brutscher STreet, Oak Meadows Loop, Knoll Road and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance on Doris and Donna drives and a residential fire at Haworth Avenue and Aquarius Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Cherry Street, Andrew Street, Foothills Drive, Old Parrett Mountain Road and Zimri Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Center Street and a request for public assistance on College Street.

Aug. 22

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Everest Road, Springbrook Road and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous other incident at Garfield and Washington streets, a commercial fire alarm at Main Street and Foothills Drive, a lift assist on Partridge Lane and a request for public assistance on Springbrook Road and Wind Song Lane.

Aug. 9

Dominic Raphael Bolton, 22, was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

Aug. 12

Finan Zachary Snyder, 37, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine after an incident in the 3900 block of Portland Road.

Kandy Marie Odenweller, 40, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and failure to perform the duties of a driver and hit and run after an incident in the 23000 block of North Highway 99W. She was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 13

Jesse James Pedigo, 36, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Wynooski Road.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Portland Road. It was later recovered and returned to the owner.

Aug. 15

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A 13-year-old girl was recovered as a runaway. She was returned to her mother.

Michael Lance gray, 32, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Joel L. Phillips, 26, was arrested on a parole violation. He was transported to the county jail in McMinnville.

William Andrew Ahrens, 70, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Highway 99W and Second Way. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Marcus Anthony Graham, 19, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 500 block of Dayton Avenue.

Aug. 16

Officers are investigating a reported violation of restraining order in the Newberg area.

Kerry Lee Brownridge, 51, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of telephonic harassment in the 1000 block of Northeast Wilsonville Road.

Aug. 17

Jonathan Lee Rodge, 32, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident at Rogers Landing.

Nicarla M. Hightower, 32, was arrested for identity theft, second-degree forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument, unlawful possession of oxycodone and tampering with drug records after an incident near Deborah and Portland roads. She was transported to the county jail.

Theresa Rose Emerson, 33, was arrested for identity theft, second-degree forgery, tampering with drug records, criminal possession of a forged instrument, unlawful possession of oxycodone and an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Miguel Angel Olivares-Santos, 18, was cited for failure to carry and present driver license.

Aug. 18

Officers investigated a report of sexual abuse in the Newberg area. It was determined to be unfounded.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 19

Officers took a report of a fraud that occurred in the 700 block of North Springbrook Road. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers took a report of a fraud/identity theft that occurred in the 1600 block of Deborah Road.

McKayla Jean Newcomer, 23, was cited to appear for failure to register as a sex offender.

Aug. 20

Misty Lynn McGee, 44, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Scott Patrick Asuncion, 43, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Aug. 19

Brett Michael Friedman, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. No bail was set.

Aug. 20

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Stacie Rae Price, 40, of St. Paul, was arrested for first-degree forgery. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Raymond Brent Gledhill, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case is on hold.

Aug. 21

Ronald Eugene Pierce, 60, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Linda Rae Shutts, 60, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). She was booked and released.

Evin Joe Granado, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender. He was booked and released.

Denis William Hodson, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft and first- and second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked and released.

Jill Michelle Auxier, 53, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. She was booked and released.

Quinten Leaster Bos, 40, a Newberg transient, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

Matthew Dylan Knight, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

Marty Elizabeth Stephenson, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked and released.

Stephanie Larae Turner, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction.

Aug. 22

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case is pending.

Charlie Sequoia Gates, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for aggravated harassment. He was booked and released.

Stephanie Larae Turner, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction.

Aug. 23

Tawnya Ruth Walton, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Garland Neil Argo, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 24

Brock Lawrence Keinonen, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 26

Katie Larissa Newman, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Douglas County for unserved jail time. No bail was set and the case is on hold.
