Sept. 11

Rogelio Martinez-Morales, 32, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession a controlled substance (PCS).

Salvador Martinez-Guevara, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Venancio Francisco Martinez, 31, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and hit and run.

Marc Kennon Martinson, 59, is wanted on an FTA for false application for fish and game license.

Kali Larae Mason, 22, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of heroin.

Brandon Tim Mathis, 40, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Javier Lopez Matias, 28, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Butch Robertson Mattox, 41, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for conspiracy to manufacture and delivery controlled substances.

Robert A. Mavros, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Russell Alan McCarthy, 38, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful delivery and possession of a marijuana.

Russell Louis McClintick, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Stephanie Lynn McCown, 44, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, hit and run and second-degree criminal mischief.

Jason Lee Meek, 33, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

Allen James Mendenhall, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for third-degree rape.

Eron Marquez Mendoza, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jaedyn Suzanna Peck, 23, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Isidro Virrueta Mendoza, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Robert Christopher Lewis, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Asia Avelina Arrozal, 25, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a heroin and failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Aug. 22

Officers took a report of a theft of cash in the 1000 block of Wilsonville Road. The complainant decided not to pursue charges.

Aug. 24

Jayme Jolene Bromley, 40, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Dakota James Williamson, 24, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 25

Nathaniel Raymond Jaramillo, 20, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 26

Officers investigated a report of theft of services that occurred in the 1600 block of North College Street.

Aug. 27

A 16-year-old boy was cited for minor in possession of marijuana and alcohol; a 15-year-old boy was cited for minor in possession of marijuana, alcohol and tobacco after an incident in the 100 block of North Edwards Street. They were released to parents.

Cole Austin Mekiah Neuhaus, 26, was cited for furnishing alcohol to minors after an incident in the 100 block of North Edwards Street.

Aug. 28

Charlie Sequoia Gates, 18, was cited for interfering with a peace officer after an incident near 11th and Pacific streets.

Aug. 29

Shane Rory Cuddihy, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Rebecca Lynn Elmore, 39, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 800 block of East Hancock Street.

Jessica Lynne Cartier, 33, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 30

A 16-year-old boy, a 17-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident at Rogers Landing.

Nathaniel William Ullom, 20, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident at Rogers Landing.

Officers investigated the theft of a bicycle in the 600 block of Oxford Street.

Officers investigated a report of theft of services in the 900 block of Brutscher Street.

Connor Dalton Hardaway, 26, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and hit and run after an incident in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 31

Juan Pablo Moises, 37, was arrested for harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with a peace officer after an incident near Ninth and Alder streets in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 48, was arrested for violating conditional release and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of East Hancock Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Dylan Sean Garza, 19, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 1

Kaeleb James Johnson-Hawney, 25, was cited and released for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 3300 block of Vittoria Way.

Christopher Edward Gibson, 34, was cited for second-degree theft and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Brandon Lee Wederski, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of meth after an incident near First and River streets. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 2

Bonifacio Olivares-Galvan, 44, was arrested for first-degree attempted rape, fourth-degree assault, harassment, interference with making a 9-1-1 call and coercion after an incident in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 40, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 800 block of Aldercrest Drive.

Richard Gene Lemon, 66, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 700 block of Foothills Drive.

Sept. 3

Jose Nicholo Dominguez, 19, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 2400 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a work truck near Ninth and College streets.

Sept. 4

Rafael Gomez, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for possession of a controlled substance after an incident in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

Roy Howard Eberius, 67, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Aug. 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Mountainview Drive, School Street, Brutscher Street, Brooke Drive, Vittoria Way, Hawthorne Drive and Donald Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for a lift assist at Hulet Lane and Elliott Road.

Aug. 31

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street, Star Mooring Lane, Hayes Street, Libra Street and Haugen Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at an undisclosed location, as well as a burn complaint at Hulet Lane and Marie Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Page Court, Columbia Drive, Cedar Street, Carol Ann Drive and Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a bark dust fire at Highway 219 and Hancock Street and a request for lift assistance at North Valley and Dopp roads.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at Rising Star Lane and Lesley Road, as well as a request for public assistance at Elliott and Deborah roads.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Blaine Street, Main Street, Brutscher Street, Pecan Court, Wynooski Street, Villa Road and Sierra Vista Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a bark dust fire at College Street and Weatherly Way, as well as a miscellaneous incident at Tangen and North Valley roads.

Sept. 4

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Sunny Acres Lane, Elliott Road, Oak Meadows Loop, Hulet Lane, Deborah Road, College Street, Clubhouse Lane and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel conducted an odor investigation at Fourth and Center streets.

Sept. 5

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street and Eighth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm and Fulton Street and Villa Road, and a request for lift assistance on Elliott Road.

Yamhill County jail reports

Aug. 29

Nick James Storm, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for negotiating a bad check. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Aug. 30

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 48, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Juan Pablo Moises, 37, of Dundee, was arrested for harassment, interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. The case remains open.

Aug. 31

Brandon Lee Wederski, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Multnomah County. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case is on hold.

Sept. 1

Bonifacio Olivares Galvan, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, harassment, misconduct on an emergency telephone call, attempt to commit a crime and coercion. Bail was set at $177,500 and the case remains open.

Sept. 4

Shelly Lynn Lachance, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. She was booked and released. The case is pending.

Jesse James Pedigo, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released. The case is pending.

Estevan Morales-Hernandez, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Polk County authorities. Bail was set at $25,000 and the case is on hold.

Robert Arthur Cooley, 40, of Dundee, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 5

Brandon Kealii Akana, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for attempt to commit a crime, luring a minor and multiple counts of second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. Bail was set at $35,000 and the case is pending.

Sept. 8

Michael Alen McFadden, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.
