Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Sept. 25

Monica Lynne Mullins, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for identity theft.

Feliciano Solorio Nambo, 59, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Paul Naranjo, 62, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for DUII.

Phillip Joseph Needham, 62, is wanted on a probation violation for theft of services.

Casie Lynn Nelson, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangering.

James Alfred Nicholas, 82, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree sodomy and second-degree sexual abuse.

Farrell Jordan Nichols, 30, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

Timoteo Santiago Nieto Nieto, 28, is wanted on an FTA for interfering with a police officer, DUII, hit and run and furnishing alcohol to a person under 21.

Enrique Nunez, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.

J Anthony Nusbaum, 27, is wanted on an FTA for falsifying drug test results.

Matthew Paul Oostra, 41, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and attempted third-degree theft.

Daniel James Opp, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse and failure to register as a sex offender.

Wilbert Castro Obeso, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt of court.

Thomas Scott O'Donnell, 54, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended.

Gabriel Lugo Oliva, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Amador Cruz Ortega, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Emilio Ortega Samaniego, 37, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for conspiracy to manufacture and delivery controlled substsances.

Alejandro Vergara Ortiz, 24, is wanted for failure to appear on a citation.

Elizabeth Ann Osborn (aka Haggith), 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unlawful use of a vehicle.

Eduardo Esquivel Oseguera, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Jamie Lee Sabins, 27, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Rogilio Morales Martinez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance.

Collin James Stamper, age unknown, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Shayne Patrick Owens, 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for manufacture and delivery of controlled substances.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street and Sheridan Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to requests for lift assistance on Elliott Road and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Werth Boulevard, Fulton Street, Conner Drive, Mission Drive, Villa Road, Hancock Street and Fourth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on River Street and Springbrook Way.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Zimri Drive and Roberts Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Douglas Avenue, Meredith Drive, Washington Street and Seventh Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Jacqui Court, Everest Road and Brooke Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to miscellaneous incidents at Fourth and Howard streets and College and Vermillion streets, a miscellaneous fire at Blaine and Second streets, commercial fire alarms at Crestview and Mountain drives and Fulton Street and Villa Road, a lift assist on Hampton Lane, and requests for public assistance on Johanna Court, Church Street and Ninth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Charles Street, Williams Street and First Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at School and College streets and McCormick Hill Road and Brooks Lane.

Officers responded to a burglary in the 2500 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 1

A 20-year-old man was cited for minor in possession alcohol after an incident near Springbrook and Fernwood roads.

Sept. 2

Christopher Daniel Orlando, 23, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance (PCS). He was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 6

Officers investigated a bicycle theft in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

Sept. 7

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident near Deborah Road and Hayes Street.

Shayleen Elizabeth Troupe, 26, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation and third-degree theft. She was transported to the county jail.

Candace Lynne Gregory, 45, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 8

Michael Allen McFadden, 37, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Jonathan Zachary Yates, 24, was cited for offensive littering after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 9

William Jason Gonzalez, 21, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Christopher William Melka, 41, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Sept. 11

Christine Casey Anderson, 22, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Christopher Thomas Crisman, 35, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

Sept. 12

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a building that occurred in the 500 block of East First Street.

Sept. 13

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Officers investigated a theft in the 600 block of East 10th Street.

Kenneth Earl Mecham, 52, was arrested for violating a restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

A 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were taken into protective custody on probation violations and for minor in possession of tobacco. They were transported to the county juvenile detention facility in McMinnville.

Michael Alan Montgomery, 48, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Highway 99W and Niederberger Road in Dundee. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers took a report of a found handgun in the 900 block of Brutscher Drive.

Edgar Delos-Santos, 24, was cited for reckless driving after an incident near Highway 219 and Highway 18.

Sept. 14

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Street in Dundee. After an investigation, it was determined not to have been criminal.

Sept. 15

Gregory James Garrett, 33, was cited for harassment after an incident near Portland Road and Hulet Avenue.

Officers took a courtesy report regarding a sex crime that occurred in Portland.

Christian Edward Short, 19, was arrested for violation of released agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 16

A 16-year-old boy was taken into protective custody on an outstanding warrant, as well as aggravated harassment and third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 700 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was cited for third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street. He was later arrested for violating conditional release and transported to the county jail.

Chelsea Diane Linn, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 100 block of South River Street.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen cell phone in the 500 block of East First Street.

Sept. 17

Kaeleb James Johnson-Hawney, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Laura Ann Berg, 55, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 16

John Ronald Vangoor, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Chelsea Diane Linn, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Kaeleb James Johnson Hawney, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and meth, failure to comply, PCS and first-degree theft. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 18

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Nathaniel William Ullom, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked and released.

James William McLaughlin, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released.

Cheyenne Michelle Ferrall, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. She was booked and released.

Dakota James Williamson, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Sept. 20

La Sean Bertrand David Phillips, 46, of Newberg, was arrested on probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

James Wilbur Denbo, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Nick James Storm, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for negotiating a bad check. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
