Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 3

Shayne Patrick Owens, 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of marijuana.

Arturo Pablo-Calmo, 29, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for criminal driving while suspended.

Eriel Ivan Pacheco, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Brandon Paul Palmer, 31, is wanted for violating a release order on a charge of contempt.

Lisa Marie Parry, 43, is wanted for violating a release agreement on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, fourth-degree assault, harassment, third-degree theft and interfering with a police officer.

Misty Ann Parsons, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Albert Gilman Paskell Jr., 63, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

Jose Luis Paz-Tellez, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jaedyn Suzanna Peck, 23, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Jasmine Brooke Percoili, 28, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of heroin.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Brutscher Street, Blaine Street, Hayes Street, College Street, Springbrook Road and Conner Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance on Church Street and a commercial fire alarm on Fulton Street and Villa Road.

Sept. 21

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Dopp Road, Elliott Road, Fulton Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm on Carol Avenue, an unknown injury MVC on North Valley Road and Highway 219, a commercial fire alarm on Sheridan Street and a request for lift assistance on Burlington Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Charles Street, Ardus Drive and Center Street.

Sept. 23

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on River Street, Myrtle Street in Dundee, Werth Boulevard, Donald Lane, Villa Road, Springbrook Road, Second Street, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street and 10th Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Fulton Street and Villa Road and requests for public assistance on Johanna Court and Merlin Lane.

Sept. 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on First Street, Fulton Street, Highway 99W and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire on Ninth Street in Dundee and a commercial fire alarm on North and Fulton streets.

Sept. 25

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fox Farm Road in Dundee, Douglas Avenue, College Street, Crestview Drive, Aldercrest Drive, Oak Meadows Loop, Mountainview Drive, Portland Road, Walnut Avenue in Dundee and Seventh Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on River Street and Carlton Way.

Sept. 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on the bypass in Dundee, Brutscher Street, Trestle View Court, Werth Boulevard, Highway 99W in Dundee and Elliott Road.

Sept. 23

Sean Michael Murphy, 54, of Newberg, was arrested on multiple counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. No bail was set and he remains in custody.

Sept. 24

Michael Allen McFadden, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for a parole violation. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Peter James Mitchell, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Denis William Hodson, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft, resisting arrest and interfering with a peace officer. Bail was set at $12,500 and the case remains open.

Frances Irene Spencer, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction and for violating post-prison supervision. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and he received an unknown sentence on the charge.

Matthew Forrest Carlson, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and third-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Maryjane Garcia Morales, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked and released.

Richard Gene Lemon, 66, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Antonio Marcos Morales, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Eric Eugene Smith, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked and released.

Christopher Scott Collins, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and possession of weapons by certain felons. He was booked and released.

David Neil Hodges, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Loren Lynn Kitchens, 25, of Dundee, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth, second-degree theft and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Jesus Perez Lopez, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for strangulation and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

Richard Chad Meredith, 42, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and third-degree criminal mischief. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a reported theft/shoplifting complaint in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Cory Gabriel Clemens, 27, was arrested for DUII and tampering with physical evidence. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a dog bite in the 5000 block of Longest Drive.

Sept. 16

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 300 block of North River Street.

A 14-year-old boy was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street.

Sept. 17

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near the 2100 block of East Third Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

A 17-year-old boy was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 18

Richard Gene Lemon, 66, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

A 12-year-old boy was cited for harassment after an incident in the 400 block of Foothills Drive.

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 44, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jacob Allen Craig, 18, was arrested for violation of restraining order and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of East Sherman Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

A 15-year-old girl was recovered as a runaway. She was returned to her parents.

A 16-year-old boy was taken into protective custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the county jail.

Mary Jane Morales, 43, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of East Hancock Street.

A 17-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for violating probation. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Officers took a theft report in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street.

Sept. 20

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle near First and Harrison streets.

Hannah Marie White, 27, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Officers investigated a report of hit and run to a vehicle in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Andre James Lowe, 31, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 21

Adam Kelly Walker, 38, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

Sergio Castro Luna, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, as well as for failure to carry/present driver license and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

A 17-year-old girl was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and violating probation.

Timothy James Klimkiewicz Jr., 24, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth, third-degree theft and violating probation after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 22

Officers took a report of criminal mischief and theft of gasoline from a vehicle in the 2300 block of Villa Road.

Peter James Mitchell, 37, was arrested for strangulation, menacing and fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 2300 block of East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 23

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle near Sheridan Street and Carlton Way.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 700 block of South Willamette Street.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 400 block of S Everest Road.

Sept. 24

Michael Allen McFadden, 37, was arrested for violating conditional release and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 200 block of North Harrison Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was arrested for third-degree theft, resisting arrest, harassment and interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Kyle Alexander Laheyne, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Frances Irene King, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Jimmy Thomas Christopher, 39, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.
