Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 9

Kyle Morgan Porter, 26, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession of a controlled substance (PCS), driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and unlawful possession of heroin.

Aristides Miguel Portillo Ibanez, 54, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Eric Vincent Posey, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful possession of meth.

Jacob Andrew Potter, 32, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Jeffrey Wayne Powers, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Jayson Wesley Walter Pratt, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for phone harassment and second-degree criminal mistreatment.

Aaron Andrew Provine, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for recklessly endangering another person.

Evan Carl Puckett, 24, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of heroin.

Isidoror Dominguez Quezada, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Miguel Angel Quiroz, 27, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Jennifer Dawn Railing, 37, is wanted on an FTA for criminal possession of rental property.

Erick Ramirez-Urquiza, 24, is wanted on a warrant for failure to carry and present a license.

Juan Ramirez-Hidalgo, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of a controlled substance.

Luis Ramirez-Guerrero, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault.

Edithanne Ramos, 52, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Jose Jesus Ramos-Martinez, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Efren Olmedo Rangel, 27, is wanted on an FTA for possession of meth.

Miguel Angel Raya, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and assault.

Travis William Joseph Re, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for menacing.

Robert Wesley Redfearn, 65, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

Steven Michael Regalado Jr., 32, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Blaine Soren Russell, 34, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Timothy James Carpenter, 32, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of meth.

Kerri Ann Girard, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and driving while suspended.

Brock Lawrence Keinonen, 31, is wanted on an FTA for delivery and possession of meth.

Sept. 9

Officers investigated a case of identity theft, fraud and forgery that occurred in the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue. The investigation is ongoing.

Sept. 17

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1000 block of East North Street.

Renee Louise Barnard, 25, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 19

Officers responded to a non-injury car crash near Blaine and Franklin streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sept. 20

Ashley Jo Page, 21, was cited for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Kyle James Dolan, 26, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Aliksey Londura, 46, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a theft in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee. A civil compromise was reached between parties.

Sept. 21

Denis William Hodson, 28, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near North College and Dartmouth streets.

Sept. 22

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a structure near Villa Road and Park Lane.

Sept. 24

Denis William Hodson, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Joshua Eugene Brown, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Brittaney Lee-Rose Wooley, 28, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin, meth and prescription drugs.

Sept. 25

Officers responded to a non-injury car crash near Portland Road and Providence Drive. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Caleb Douglas Zartman, 30, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Nicholas Allen Mueller, 31, was cited for reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and fourth-degree assault after an incident near Mountainview Drive and Herman Street.

Sept. 26

Officers investigated a report of violation of restraining order that occurred in the 1200 block of South College Street. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 1000 block of Industrial Parkway.

Codey Lee Cluver, 26, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Jason Scott Mulherin, 35, was arrested for attempt to elude a police officer and DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 27

Codey Lee Cluver, 26, was cited and released on an outstanding warrant.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street. He remained lodged at the county jail.

Seth Eugene Macchi, 34, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 2500 block of Allison Lane.

Sept. 28

Officers took a report of a fraud/forgery that occurred in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Nicolas Riveros-Dominguez, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Alex Rosalio Tapia-Miguel, 41, was cited for driving while suspended.

Sept. 29

Jesus Perez-Lopez, 54, was arrested for strangulation and fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 600 block of East Fourth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 30

A 16-year-old male was cited for runaway. He was returned to parents.

A 16-year-old female was recovered as a runaway out of Washington. She was transported to the juvenile detention center pending her parents retrieving her.

Oct. 1

Michelle Chadwick, 45, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1600 block of Deborah Road.

Roberto Jaimes Nunez, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Martin Daniel Cundiff, 59, was arrested for contempt of court. He was held briefly, then released.

Daniel Brian Perry was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jereme David Park, 42, was arrested for DUII, driving while suspended and violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 2

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.

Ashley Renee McDowell, 25, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee. She was transported to the county jail.

William Andrew Ahrens, 70, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Oct. 3

Officers took a report of fraud/theft by deception in the 100 block of North Edwards Street.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 1

Roberto James Nunez, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Jereme David Park, 42, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked, violating a restraining order and driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 2

Kimberly Lynn Jackson, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass. She was booked and released.

Scott Matthew Davidson, 63, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Timothy Raye Nester, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released.

Oct. 3

Michael Allen McFadden, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant and a probation violation for failure to appear to face a charge of unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Oct. 4

Robert James Dill, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Oct. 5

Ricardo Cornejo Garcia, 43, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant from Polk County for failure to appear to face charges of second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Nathaniel Lino Hernandez, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, hit and run, DUII and reckless driving. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Nicole Ambert Metoxen, 31, of Dundee, was arrested harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 6

Rashel Ann Sutliff, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Sept. 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on First Street, Werth Boulevard, Wilkerson Way, Third Street, College Street, Elliott Road, Springbrook Road and Dayton Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at Conner and Kennedy drives and a request for lift assistance on Oak Meadows Loop.

Sept. 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Zimri Drive, River Street, Werth Boulevard, Burlington Drive and 11th Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel conducted an odor investigation at Little Oak and Oak Grove streets.

Sept. 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Walnut Avenue, Sitka Avenue and Wood Court.

Sept. 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a report of a natural gas leak at Sherman Street and Laurel Drive.

Oct. 1

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Elliott Road, Werth Boulevard, Wynooski Street, Portland Road, Highway 99W, Jacqui Court and Eighth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, Fulton Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Walnut Avenue, Center Street and Crestview Drive.
