Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 16

Edel Roman Reyes, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Humberto Reyes-Garcia, 50, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Robert James Rhoades, 62, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Jessica Louise Richards, 34, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Ricky Benjamin Richardson Jr., 49, is wanted on an FTA for commercial sex solicitation.

Armando Rico-Higareda, 35, is wanted on an FTA for failure to perform the duties of a driver, reckless driver, recklessly endangering another person, fourth-degree assault and DUII.

Arielle Anne Riley, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Joseph Daniel Ring, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Victor Rios-Gomez, 52, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving and failure to carry and present a license.

Cruz Hernandez Rivera, 31, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

James Anthony Rivera, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Erin Nicole Roberts, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and providing false information to a police officer.

Daniel Allen Robertson, 36, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of meth and for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Logan Matthew Robinson, 40, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of heroin.

Cesar Ivan Rodriguez-Mosqueda, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

Jose Luis Rodriguez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Julio Ceasar Quevedo Rodriquez, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for recklessly endangering another person.

Elizabeth Cristene Rogers, 30, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Lynn Gertrude Root, 50, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree theft.

Francisco Javier Rosales Jr., 29, is wanted on an FTA for PCS, fourth-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Darwin Rosario-Herrera, 38, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and second-degree criminal mischief.

Librado Celerino Tenorio-Mencias, 38, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended, DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Wilbert Obeso-Castro, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt.

Paul Andrew Flagg, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Sara Allison Raye Adams, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful possession of meth and failure to appear.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Fulton Street, Second Street, Crestview Drive, Herman Street, Cherry Street, Hillsdale Drive, Masers Drive, Myrtle Street in Dundee, Church Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision (MVC) on Highway 219 and Mountain Top Road.

Oct. 5

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Elliott Road, College Street, Oak Grove Street, Heater Road, Ninth Street, Sitka Avenue and North Valley Road.

Oct. 6

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Williams Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Second Street, Haworth Avenue, Wynooski Street, Red Hills Road in Dundee, Brooke Drive, School Street, Brutscher Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a barn fire at McKay and Champoeg roads near St. Paul, and a mutual aid on Red Hills Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on McCormick Hill Road, Burlington Drive, Grand Oak Drive, Sixth Street in Dundee, Crestview Drive, Illinois Street, Portland Road, Springbrook Road and Second Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on Hawthorne Drive and Villa Road, a burn complaint at Howard and Fourth streets and a request for public assistance on Burl Street.

Oct. 8

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on College Street, Meridian Street, Sitka Avenue, Andrew Street, Second Street, First Street and Fourth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on Red Hills Road and Fulton Street, a commercial fire on Center Street and a request for lift assistance on Partridge Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Wilsonville Road, Highway 240, Second Street, Villa Road, Elliott Road, Deborah Road, Hancock Street, Oak Meadows Loop and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Fulton Street and Villa Road.

Oct. 10

- TVF&R personnel responded to medical emergency calls on Dopp Road, Fulton Street, Trestle View Court, Alder Street, Little Oak Street, Meridian Street, Charles Street and Green Valley Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire at Kramien Road and Streeds Lane, commercial fire alarms on Elliott Road and School Street, and a request for lift assistance on Portland Road.

Sept. 16

Officers took a report of a stolen tow dolly that occurred in the 400 block of West First Street.

Sept. 20

Sarah Chrystine Donat, 29, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). She was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 23

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

Sept. 25

Bailey Michael Brown, 22, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of South River Street.

Officers took a report of theft of a stop sign that occurred near Tomahawk Place and Falcon Crest Drive in Dundee.

Sept. 26

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 27

Officers responded to an injury car crash in the 700 block of Highway 99W. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sept. 28

A 14-year-old female was cited for minor in possession of marijuana and alcohol, and for being a runaway. She was returned to parents.

Blaine Carlos Livingston, 25, was arrested for DUII and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 30

Officers took a report of identity theft/fraud in the 100 block of East Ninth Street.

Oct. 1

Bryor William House, 26, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Lisa Gaye Cook, 63, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 2

Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1200 block of East Sixth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the Newberg area. It was determined to be unfounded.

Ernest Lloyd McDowell, 72, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 800 block of Alexandra Drive.

Seth Michael Case, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Colby Ryan Phillips, 23, was arrested for violating probation, unlawful possession of meth and falsifying drug test results. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 3

Daniel Christopher Lamme, 47, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

Charles Dean Benedict, 47, was cited for identity theft, second-degree theft, second-degree forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument and negotiating a bad check after an incident in the 2500 block of East Hancock Street.

Michael Allen McFadden, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 4

James Young, 24, was arrested for violating probation, disorderly conduct, interfering with a peace officer, resisting arrest and harassment after an incident in the 800 block of Sitka Avenue. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred near Burl and Hayes streets.

Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Oct. 7

Officers responded to an injury crash near Sheridan and Edwards streets. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Timothy Joseph Phillips, 30, was cited for driving while suspended.

A 17-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana.

Oct. 8

Officers took a report of found property.

Andrew James Owen Pinneo, 23, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 400 block of North Harrison Street. He was booked, cited and released.

James Robert Hogan, 51, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 9

Aaron Jay Napier, 40, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 8

Bryan Edward Schultz, 47, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Alexander Joseph Rehm, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

James Robert Hogan, 51, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant from Washington County for failure to appear to face a charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released.

James Michael Herbst, 54, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $200,000 and the case is on hold.

Oct. 9

Adam Kelly Walker, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

Richard Chad Meredith, 42, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief. He was booked and released.

Oct. 10

Jason A. Nasmyth, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on multiple counts of first-degree rape, sodomy, unlawful sexual penetration and sexual abuse, as well as a hold from another jurisdiction for first-degree rape. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Oct. 11

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face a charge of unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.
