Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 23

Erick Rosario-Flores, 26, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for first- and second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, harassment and interfering with a police officer.

Allan Lee Rose, 49, is wanted on an FTA for delivery and unlawful possession of meth.

Jacob Andrew Rose, 40, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII)

Kellyann Yukiko Rowden, 43, is wanted on an FTA for carrying a concealed weapon.

Joel Richard Rubin, 49, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of meth.

Kendra Rose Runsabove, 34, is wanted on an FTA for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Blaine Soren Russel, 34, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Sherri Lynn Saavedra-Gordon, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jamie Lee Sabins, 27, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving, fourth-degree assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Silvestre Flores Salinas, 40, is wanted on an FTA for conspiracy to deliver, possession and delivery of meth.

Antonio David Sanchez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Ofelio Fidel Sanchez-Ramon, 42, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Rodney Wayne Sanders, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary and theft.

David Matthew Sandoval, 40, is wanted on an FTA and a probation violation for delivery of a controlled substance.

Rafael Santos-Martinez, 40, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Peyton Arcadia Santrizos, 26, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of meth.

Allanah Colleen Saunders, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and failure to preform the duties of a driver.

Keith Leroy Schadt, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree theft.

Joseph James Schiesl, 40, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

William Lee Schultz, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Charity Sue Schwarz, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor, disorderly conduct and frequenting a place where controlled susbstances are used.

Russell Louis McClintick, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Lynette Linda Jewell, 57, is wanted on an FTA for possession of meth and oxycodone.

Jaime Fernando Garcia, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful possession of meth.

Jessica Ann Cole, 31, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of heroin.

NDPD log

Sept. 23

Officers took a report of mail theft/forgery that occurred in the 4000 block of North College Street.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 100 block of East First Street.

Oct. 4

Angela Lynn Field, 46, was cited for driving while suspended.

Oct. 5

Michael Glenn Barrera, 58, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Oct. 6

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as felon in possession of a restricted weapon. She was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 7

Officers took a report of identity theft and forgery that occurred in the 900 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee.

Oct. 8

Officers took a report of a cell phone stolen in the 2300 block of North Villa Road. The phone was later recovered and returned to the owner.

James Michael Herbst, 54, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 9

Chantel Judith Mora, 21, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 600 block of Wynooski Street.

Matthew Ryan Hodgson, 21, was cited for failure to carry/present driver license.

Michael David Weaver, 31, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 300 block of Southwest Fifth Street in Dundee.

Kevin Frank Morris, 64, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1200 block of East Sixth Street.

Oct. 10

Kierstyn Ann Cummings, 22, was cited for telephone harassment after an incident in the 600 block of East Ninth Street.

Ricky Ray Ingraham, 61, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver, hit and run and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 11

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 200 block of Melody Court.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of theft of beer that occurred in the 3100 block of Portland Road.

Oct. 12

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Jesse Leland Stephens, 40, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a theft of cash in the 600 block of East First Street.

Oct. 13

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft in the 800 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of a sex crime that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers took a theft report in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 14

Officers took a report of criminal mischief (graffiti) to a building in the 500 block of East Hancock Street, as well as the 200 block of North School Street.

Officers investigated a suspicious circumstance related to online postings in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road. No indication of crimes were found.

Jason Matthew Mangum, 36, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 2400 block of Willow Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 15

Leonard Michael-Ray Wilson, 45, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Radames Andujar-Montalvo, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Cody William Turner, 34, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Ernesto Pedro-Lazcano, 42, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 11

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Otter Drive, Crater Lane, Fulton Street, Brutscher Street, Chehalem Drive and Partridge Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Happy Hill Lane and Hillside Drive and a move-up to Eighth Street in Dundee.

Oct. 12

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Lincoln Street, Highway 99W, Zimri Drive, First Street, Conner Drive, Haworth Avenue, School Street and Ninth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire at Warren and Powell Hill roads in Dundee.

Oct. 13

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Sherman Street and 11th Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at Elliott and Deborah roads and near the intersection of Main Street and Crater Lane.

Oct. 14

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Brutscher Street, Springbrook Road, Elliott Road, Springbrook Road, Dayton Avenue and Fourth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Foothills Drive and North Valley Road and a natural gas leak at Crater Lane and Chehalem Drive.

Oct. 15

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on College Street, Elliott Road, Highway 99W in Dundee, Portland Road, Springbrook Road, Chehalem Drive and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Hancock Street.

Oct. 16

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Hancock Street, School Street, Brutscher Street, Calkins Lane, Doris Drive and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire on Highway 99W and Parrett Mountain Road.

Oct. 17

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on School Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Deborah Road, Crestview Drive, Brutscher Street and Rentfro Way.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance on Hampton Lane.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 14

Ernesto Pedro Lazcano, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for coercion, fourth-degree assault, first-degree sexual abuse, attempt to commit a crime and harassment. Bail was set at $150,000 and the case remains open.

Jason Matthew Mangum, 36, a Newberg transient, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 15

Leroy James Castorena, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Jerry Lee Adams, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for contempt of court for failing to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Christine Casey Anderson, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful delivery of heroin. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Radames Andujar Montalvo, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for being a fugitive from another state. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Oct. 16

Ashley Jo Page, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was booked and released.

Bailey Michael Brown, 22, of Dundee, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. He was booked and released.

Oct. 17

Bonnie Marie Stephens, 43, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face a charge of unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Jorge Chavez Rosales, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Oct. 20

Shelly Lynn Elston Simon, 53, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to face charges of DUII and PCS. Bail was set at $50,000 and the case remains open.
