Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 30

Amanda Marie Schwebach, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful possession of meth.

Christian Faye Scott, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for failure to appear.

Dwight Otto Seabaugh, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for failure to appear.

Lean Renai Sentz, 47, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for reckless driving.

Gina Frances Seward, 39, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving and resisting arrest.

Karl Joes Sheehan, 63, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance.

Jodi Lynn Sherland, 53, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of meth.

Charles Renotis Snyder, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver and recklessly endangering another person.

Richard Dean Snyder, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Armando Amescua Solorio, 51, is wanted on for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Joseph Adam Sorenson, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree menacing.

Javier Torres Soto, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Logan Shawn Sparks, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for strangulation and fourth-degree assault.

Steven Lee Spencer, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Nicholas Jay Springer, 24, is wanted for violating a release agreement, unauthorized use of a vehicle and second-degree theft.

Albert Gilman Paskell Jr., 63, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

Gabriel Bernal Bolanos, 32, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault.

Brandi Denise Howell, 46, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Timothy Earl Zeilenga, 47, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of heroin.

Oct. 22

Oscar Adrian Guzman, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Andres Torres Delao, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Oct. 23

Robert Lee Christopher, 37, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Jason Scott Mulherin, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving. He was booked and released.

Oct. 24

Brian Allen Patnode, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction and a hold from another jurisdiction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Cody William Turner, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Randall Dean Hixon, 51, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Trenton James Newell, 23, of St. Paul, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Oct. 25

Christopher Bryant Holloway, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Third Street, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Thompson Lane and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance on Second Street and a commercial fire alarm at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

Oct. 19

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on First Street, Chehalem Drive, Portland Road, Brutscher Street, Haworth Avenue, Elliott Road, Sitka Avenue, Kuehne Road, Portland Road and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision at Renne and Corral Creek roads.

Oct. 20

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Fulton Street, College Street, Sitka Avenue, Elliott Road, Douglas Avenue and Partridge Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision on Highway 219.

Oct. 21

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on North Valley Road, Linden Lane in Dundee, Ribbon Ridge Road, Knoll Drive, Heater Road, Royal Oak Street, Elliott Road and Second Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at Calkins Lane and Wind Ridge Road and a lift assist on Sixth Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on College Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Hayes Street, Streeds lane, Werth Boulevard, Portland Road, Brittany Drive, Hulet Lane and Hancock Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Fulton Street and Villa Road, a miscellaneous fire at Cullen Road and Chehalem Drive and a request for lift assistance on Oak Meadows Loop.

Oct. 23

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Elliott Road, Newberg-Dundee bypass in Duindee, Brutscher Street and Hayes Street.

Oct. 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on School Street, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street, Everest Road, Highway 219, Wilsonville Road, Oak Meadows Loop and Haworth Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Little Oak Street and Portland Road, a brush fire at Edgewood and Sunset drives, a miscellaneous fire at Edgewood and Sunset drives and a request for public service at Harmony Lane and Benjamin Road.

Oct. 3

Officers investigated a report of theft by deception in the 500 block of East Illinois Street.

Oct. 12

Ryan Nicholas Katsum Ishihara, 24, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was taransported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of identity theft in the 2100 block of Oak Drive.

Oct. 14

Mars H. Bringas, 62, was arrested for reckless driving and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1100 block of South College Street. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of fraud that occurred in the 100 block of Sitka Avenue. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Oct. 15

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a mailbox in the 500 block of East Hancock Street.

Leroy James Castorena, 25, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

Oct. 16

Sheena Dawn Pitcher, 36, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of West Columbia Drive.

Officers took a report of a shoplift/theft in the 100 block of East First Street.

Oct. 17

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a stop sign near Alder Street and Upland Drive in Dundee.

Oct. 18

Officers investigated a report of reckless burning and criminal mischief in the 1200 block of North College Street.

Tyler James Kent, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Trent Andrew Conant, 32, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Highway 99W and Seventh Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 900 block of Southwest Tomahawk Place in Dundee.

Oct. 19

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 400 block of Corinne Drive. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Oct. 20

A 15-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway. He was returned to his parents.

Oct. 22

Officers recovered a runaway 15-year-old girl. She was returned to her parents.

Officers received a child abuse complaint in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

Randal Eugene Robbins, 32, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief and telephone harassment after an incident near First and Meridian streets.
