Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 6

Jason Lee Stacey, 48, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Russell William Stahl, 46, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Collin James Stamper, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Adam Michael Starr, 37, is wanted on an FTA for offensive littering.

Jaime Renee Steenburgh, 24, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Josiah Alexander Stepps, 36, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault.

Frank Lynn Stillwell II, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Joshua Dwight Hudson Stinson, 34, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Jerry Merle Stites, 36, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree sexual abuse.

Beverly Ophelia Stockton, 55, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for selling marijuana.

Robert Lewis Streeter, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft and identity theft.

Justin Nicholas Sugawara, 30, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for third-degree theft.

Sivanna Gayle Surratt, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Tyler James Sutphin, 29, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree theft.

Stephen Alan Swain, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Bartholomew Leo Tapper, 58, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

David Allen Tayloe, 26, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Jason William Taylor, 34, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction of possession of oxycodone.

Elton Whitmer Taylor, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Andrews Tejeda Vichique, 32, if wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Librado Celerino Tenorio-Mencias, 39, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended, DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Andrea Renae Dewhitt, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for identity theft.

Ashley Mai Graham, 26, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Luis Enrique Ramirez-Guerrero, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault.

Michael James Tillotson, 45, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a firearm.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Third Street, Williams Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Wilsonville Road, Werth Boulevard, Meridian Street and Knoll Drive.

Oct. 26

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Upland Drive in Dundee, Elliott Road and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire at Werth Boulevard and Portland Road, a request for public assistance at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard, and a burn complain at Edgewood and Sunset drives.

Oct. 27

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Williams Street, Fulton Street and Oak Meadows Loop.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at Main Street and Crater Lane and a residential fire alarm at Nugget and Crater lanes.

Oct. 28

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on North Street, Hulet Lane, Niederberger Road in Dundee, Mountainview Drive, Elliott Drive, Brutscher Street and Dayton Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complain at Aldersgate and Foothills drives, a request for public assistance at Hook Drive and The Greens Avenue and performed a public service at Sherman and Harrison streets.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Trestleview Court, Oak Meadows Loop, Vangie Lane in Dundee, and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance on Walnut Avenue.

Oct. 30

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Hemlock Place in Dundee, Werth Boulevard, Hancock Street, Little Oak Street, Meridian Street, Elliott Road and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at Aspen Way and Bell Road, a truck fire at Henry Road and Center Street and an unknown injury motor vehicle collision at Highway 219 and Bald Peak Road.

Oct. 31

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Big Fir Lane in Dundee, First Street in Dundee, Williams Street, Brutscher Street, hayes Street, Meridian Street, Elliott Road, Eighth Street, Oak Meadows Loop and Alder Street in Dundee.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at Portland Road and Providence Drive and a burn complaint at Fourth and Howard streets.

Tyler James Kent, 24, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Mountainview Court.

Oct. 21

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

Officers took a report of an attempted fraud in the 3300 block of Vittoria Way.

Officers investigated reported identity theft in the 1300 block of Brittany Drive.

Joshua Laurance Urvant, 41, was cited for failure to carry/present driver license.

Lillian Junes Worthey, 21, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Randal Eugene Robbins, 32, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief and telephone harassment after an incident near First and Meridian streets.

Oct. 23

Marlen Rincon-Vazquez, 38, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2600 block of Crestview Drive.

Neal Levi Englund, 27, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 24

Hannah Lyn Ewald, 26, was cited for driving while suspended.

A 16-year-old girl was taken into protective custody for coercion, third-degree criminal mischief and harassment after an incident in the 3700 block of Oak Hollow Drive. She was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Randall Dean Hixon, 51, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Teresa Ann Whitesides, 33, was cited for tampering with drug records and identity theft after an incident in the 900 block of Southwest Alder Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

Cody William Turner, 34, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 25

Officers investigated a reported theft/fraud in the 2400 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a theft in the 600 block of Corinne Drive.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief complaint to a building in the 3700 block of Portland Road.

Kara Elaine Zook, 49, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Sandra Dee Boen, 56, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Mars H. Bringas, 62, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

Robert Wayne Wendling, 31, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

Shane William Cooper, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Aaron Jay Napier, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 27

Carlos Eduardo Vizcaino-Herrada, 26, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Pedro Meneyev, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Shawn Michael Anderson, 32, was arrested for DUII. He was transported to the county jail.

Nicholas Christopher Baurer, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 28

Jonathon Lee Karels, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the 300 block of Werth Boulevard. The incident remains under investigation.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the Newberg area.

Blaze Joshua Shephard, 22, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Thomas Kenneth Smiley, 30, was arrested on outstanding warrants and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a hit and run involving a pedestrian near Blaine and Third streets.

Oct. 29

Jared Steven Miller, 38, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and invasion of personal privacy. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 31

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

Oct. 30

Robert Arthur Cooley, 40, of Dundee, was arrested for failure to appear. He was booked and released.

Michael David Weaver, 31, of Dundee, was arrested for interfering with a police officer. He was booked and released.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for possession of weapons by certain felons. She was booked and released.

Nov. 3

Andrew James Pinneo, 23, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a bench warrant for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case remains open.

Charlie Sequoia Gates, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was booked and released and the case remains open.
