Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 13

Brian Christopher Terreri, 27, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Zacchary Warren Thurman, 40, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Norin Tipingeni, 31, is wanted on a probation vilation for assaulting a public safety officer, harassment and third-degree theft.

Stacey Lynn Thomas, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Michael Joseph Thomas, 45, is wanted on an FTA for reckless burning.

John Kelley Tillery, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal mischief.

Michael James Tillotson, 45, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a firearm.

Robert Scott Tomlinson, 36, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, criminal impersonation and theft of services.

Robert George Trejo III, 31, is wanted on an FTA for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Candelario Trinidad-Carillo, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree attempted rape.

Carlos Valdez Trujillo, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree kidnapping.

Nicholas Ray Turner, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Tanner Roy Turner, 23, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Juan Carlos Tzintzun-Zepeda, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Gerald Wesley Upton, 52, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Roberto Cisneros Valdez, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Christina Lorene Vanburen, 23, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

Sergio Ibarra Varela, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and identity theft.

Juan Vargas, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary, harassment, first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse.

Mario Garcia Vargas, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Rafael Castillo Vargas, 44, is wanted on a probation vilation for first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Jesus Valtierra Llamas, 35, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree sexual abuse and harassment.

Brittany Janelle Kingsella, 31, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Paul Brian Wilson, 45, is wanted for failure to appear for a jail sentence and contempt of court.

Logan Shawn Sparks, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on College Street, Third Street, James Street, Meridian Street, Brutscher Street, Elliott Road and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire at Welch Road and Happy Hill Lane and requests for public assistance on Charles Street and Hawthorne Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Center Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Portland Road, Elliott Road, Highway 99W in Dundee, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Brooke Drive and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire at Columbia and Crestview drives, a miscellaneous fire on Douglas Avenue and a request for public service on Star Mooring Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Brutscher Street, Portland Road, Fulquartz Landing Road in Dundee, Elliott Road, Oak Meadows Loop and Springbrook Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at Elliott and Deborah roads, a lift assist on Elliott Road and a request for public service on Highway 99W and Benjamin Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Tomahawk Place in Dundee, Williams Street, Center Street, Washington Street, Namitz Court, Blaine Street and Corral Creek Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Franklin and North streets and a lift assist on Gemini Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Elliott Road, Oak Meadows Loop, Edgewood Drive, Foothills Drive, Howard Street, Sherman Street and Wilkerson Way.

Alfonso Junior Arceo, 36, was cited for criminal possession of a forged instrument after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Lacy K. Zacher, 37, was cited for criminal possession of a forged instrument and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Oct. 24

Alexis Salomon Ramirez, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving, carrying a concealed weapon and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 25

Officers investigated a report of identity theft that occurred in the 400 block of Wynooski Street.

Officers investigated a reported burglary in the 1100 block of James Street.

Oct. 26

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 2100 block of Villa Road.

Oct. 27

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 21000 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Pedro Meneyev, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Shawn Michael Anderson, 32, was arrested for DUII. He was transported to the county jail.

Nicholas Christopher Baurer, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 28

Jonathon Lee Karels, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the 300 block of Werth Boulevard. The incident remains under investigation.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the Newberg area.

Blaze Joshua Shephard, 22, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Thomas Kenneth Smiley, 30, was arrested on outstanding warrants and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a hit and run involving a pedestrian near Blaine and Third streets.

Officers investigated a report of menacing in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

Oct. 29

Jared Steven Miller, 38, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and invasion of personal privacy. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 31

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

Officers investigated a theft/fraud in the 2200 block of Haworth Avenue.

Antonio Baltazar Marroquin, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 1

Bonnie Marie Stephens, 43, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Cheyenne Hess, 51, was cited for interfering with a peace officer after an incident near Chehalem and Columbia drives.

Leroy James Castorena, 25, was arrested for violating probation and being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 2

Aisha Rose Redl-Sherwood, 37, was arrested for unlawful delivery and possession of meth and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was transported to the county jail.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering after an incident in the 2800 block of Hayes Street.

A 17-year-old male was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1300 block of Brooke Drive.

Nov. 3

A 14-year-old male was taken into protective custody for second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 1200 block of North College Street. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center in McMinnville.

One 15-year-old and one 17-year-old male were cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1200 block of North College Street.

Carly Jo Johnson, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Andrew James Owen Pinneo, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A 17-year-old male was taken into protective custody for violating probation after an incident near Coffey Lane and Vittoria Avenue. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Charlie Sequoia Gates, 18, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an incident near Wynooski Road and the Newberg-Dundee bypass overpass.

She was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 4

Erica Lynne Day, 57, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

Nov. 5

Mars H. Bringas, 62, was cited for menacing and an outstanding warrant after an incident in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

A 16-year-old male was taken into protective custody on a probation violation detainer in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Nov. 6

Robert Russell Kinzinger, 45, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 1000 block of East Sixth Street.

Brett Lee Stamps, 41, was arrested for violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Jeffrey Justin Walker, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Nov. 5

Tania Marie Merten, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Nov. 6

Sivana Gale Surratt, 20, of Newberg, was arrested on holds from Washington and Marion counties, as well as a warrant in Yamhill County for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and the cases remain open.

Chantel Judith Mora, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. She was booked and released.

Tauren Lewis Proebstel, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked and released.

Nov. 7

Christopher Ryan Broxterman, 30, if Newberg, was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, criminal driving while suspended or revoked and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

Mars Harry Bringas, 62, of Newberg, was arrested on warrants for second-degree criminal trespass and reckless driving. Bail was set at $2,500.

Nov. 8

Shayleen Elizabeth Troupe, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth as well as a probation sanction. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Steve Allen Elverud, 57, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Liam O'Brian Lowery, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for possession, manufacture and distribution of a controlled substance and third-degree theft. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

Nov. 9

Eric Eugene Smith, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is on hold.
