Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 20

Abraha Vasquez-Cruz, 37, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Jorge Rosado Vega, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Nelson C. Velazco-Gomez, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Sixto Velasco-Roque, 22, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to carry and present a license.

Jorge Luis Velasquez, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution and possession of a controlled substance.

Luis Angel Velasquez-Perez, 37, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Jose Artemo Velazquez-Calderon, 42, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Jose Luis Vera-Gomez, 33, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Fernando Ramirez Verdin, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree attempted rape and first-degree attempt sexual abuse.

Andrea Michelle Verduzco, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle, attempt to elude and second-degree escape.

Steven William Vicars, 61, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Gamaliel Vincente-Morelos, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Isidro Virrueta-Mendoza, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Chelsea Diane Walker, 21, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Patrick Walsh, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Nathan Henry Warner, 35, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Jacob Patrick Watson, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jessica Jean Whiffen, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Crystal Roxanne Williams, 28, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Imani Christin Williams, 20, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Royce Albert Williams, 53, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to appear.

Celina Maria Garcia, 26, is wanted on a probation violation for identity theft.

Trinna Ann Overlund, 50, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Omar Abraham Saavedra, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Collin James Stamper, 18, is wanted on probation violation for first-degree theft.

Officers took a report of a burglary/theft in the 700 block of North Springbrook Road.

Oct. 25

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 200 block of Quail Drive.

Oct. 28

A 14-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway. He was returned to his parents.

Oct. 31

Brittany Noel Bitrich, 32, was arrested on outstanding warrants. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Portland Road and Providence Drive. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Nov. 2

Officers responded to an injury car crash near Portland Road and Brutscher Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

A 19-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident at Rogers Landing.

Officers investigated criminal mischief to a building in the 1400 block of Deborah Road.

Nov. 3

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle on Michelle Court in Newberg.

Nov. 4

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 400 block of North Harrison Street.

A hit and run to a vehicle was reported to have occurred somewhere in the Newberg area.

Officers took a report of a found purse near First and River streets.

Nov. 5

Jessica Wynette Ramirez-Blas, 46, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Daniel Ducret, 42, was cited for second-degree forgery and third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Tania Marie Merten, 27, was arrested for violating conditional release, driving while suspended, failure to carry/present driver license and unlawful possession of heroin and meth. She was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 6

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 300 block of South College Street.

Officers took a report of theft of a license plate near Fourth and Harrison streets.

Nov. 7

Matthew Joseph Benson, 27, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 100 block of East First street.

Officers took a report of a theft in the 500 block of North Howard Street.

Servando Baza-Jaimes, 35, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2400 block of East Hancock Street.

Officers did a welfare check on an 8-year-old boy in the 1400 block of Deborah Road.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

Nov. 8

Joshua Tremaine Marbury, 30, was arrested for DUII, attempt to elude, recklessly endangering another, driving while suspended and reckless driving. He was cited and released.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Hancock and Grant streets. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Liam O Lowery, 19, was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and third-degrEe theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Steve Allen Elverud, 57, was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as unlawful possession and delivery of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Staci Morgan McVay, 31, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth after an incident near Main Street and Clifford Court.

Officers investigated a reported theft in the 300 block of Werth Boulevard.

Nov. 9

A 16-year-old girl was taken into protective custody for violating probation. She was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Shayleen Elizabeth Troupe, 26, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

Terri Lynn Green-Lopez, 56, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Third and Blaine streets.

Nov. 10

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Eric Eugene Smith, 39, was arrested for violating conditional release, unlawful possession of meth and failure to carry/present driver license. He was transported to the county jail.

Kathryn Marie McGanty, 37, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Nov. 11

Officers took a report of found identification card in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Officers took a report of a found notebook computer near Highway 99W and West Third Street.

Nov. 12

Shelly Lynn Elston-Simon, 53, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

Sarah Elizabeth Pichardo, 32, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth.

David Alexander Bedinger, 28, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and menacing. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 13

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle near Springrook Road and East Second Street.

Officers investigated criminal mischief to a building in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

Austin Thomas Michael Morrow, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 14

Miguel Angel Uribe, 29, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a peace officer, reckless driving and attempt to elude.

- TVF&R personnel responded to miscellaneouss fire at Klimek Lane and Highway 99W and Park and Peacock courts, as well as residential fires at Meadow and Coffee lanes and on Ellenease Avenue.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Williams Street, Valeri Drive, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Church Street, Blaine Street, Portland Road, Springbrook Road and Morton Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at Tangen Road and Highway 240.

Nov. 11

Juan Pablo Velazquez Rojas, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and invasion of personal privacy. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Nov. 12

Michael Glenn Barrera, 58, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Brandon Lee Wederski, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Nov. 13

Leroy James Castorena, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for possession of weapons by certain felons. He was booked and released.

Nov. 14

Jerry Vincent Cardoza, 38, a Newberg transient, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Tyler James Lehmann, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear to face a charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Nov. 15

Richard James Haws, 23, a Newberg transient, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case is on hold.

Corey James Bundrant, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Nov. 16

Nicholas Ryan Acevedo, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case remains open.

Nov. 17

Dominique David Stacey, 49, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case is on hold.

Justin Timothy Willis, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.
