Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Dec. 25

Armando Flores Bonifacio, 37, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for fourth-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Derek Arthur Bishop, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Shalisa Ann Black, 34, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance.

Anthony Ethan Bonofiglio, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and criminal driving while suspended.

Angel Antonio Botello, 23, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Dec. 16

Dean Michael Hamel, 56, of Newberg, was arrested for resisting arrest. He pled guilty to the charge and received a suspended sentence.

Roberto Jaimes Nunez, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Dec. 17

Ryan Matthewe Rhodes, 40, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Joaquin Hernandez Landeros, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for strangulation. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Brianna Carlie Billings, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Arryal Joy Baker, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a drug court sanction. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Jereme David Park, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Joan Francine Kirsch, 58, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Dec. 18

Sheena Dawn Pitcher, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to face charges of second-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Ryan James Ballard, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Richard Paul Nolan, 48, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Sean Jordon Thrasher, of Dundee, was arrested for reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

Jose Antonio Nevejas-Hernandez, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. He was booked and released.

Richard Wayne Asher, 66, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of DUII and failure to appear on a criminal citation. He was booked and released.

Gerardo Aguilera Ramirez, 27, of St. Paul, was arrested for DII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

Dec. 20

Zachary Dean Minor, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face a charge of resisting arrest. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Jill Michelle Auxier, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, a 34-year-old Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Matthew Curtis McMillin, 30, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Katie Larissa Newman, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to race a charge of resisting arrest in Douglas County. No bail was set and the case is on hold.

Carrie Anne Williams, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 34, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction and possession of weapons by certain felons. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Dec. 22

Dainene Kay Duff, 50, of Newberg, was arrested second-degree theft, giving false information to a police officer, identity theft and hold from another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

Dec. 23

Oscar Jaimes Nunez, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of meth and heroin. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Dec. 24

David Allen Minor, 55, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $45,000 and the case remains open.

Dec. 25

Andre James Lowe, 31, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal court. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Matthew Joseph Benson, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $30,000 and the case remains open.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash on Highway 99W near West Third Street. Information was exchanged between the involved parties.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 200 block of North Main Street.

Alexis Salomon Ramirez, 22, was cited for driving while suspended.

Dec. 12

Officers investigated a report of theft of cigarettes in the 600 block of Linda Way.

Officers investigated a theft of a street sign near Second and Meredith streets.

Dec. 13

Antonio Marcos Morales, 31, was arrested for violating probation, menacing and harassment after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 300 block of North Springbrook Road.

Dec. 14

Silvano Garica-Tenorio, 39, was arrested for DUII and failure to carry and present driver license. He was booked, cited and released.

Dec. 15

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle near Main and Franklin streets.

Dec. 16

Officers took a report of a 17-year-old male runaway in the 1000 block of Pennington Court.

Roberto Jaimes Nunez, 30, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 17

Tyler Ray Straw, 31, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2300 block of East Hancock Street.

Josey Marie McKee, 27, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and hit and run after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Dec. 18

Mario Martin Rossi, 37, was cited for driving while suspended.

Sheena Dawn Pitcher, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

A 16-year-old boy was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jerry Vincent Cardoza, 38, was cited for allowing a minor to consume marijuana.

Dec. 19

Jacob Sunbin Chung, 19, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Kevin Greg Ullom, 53, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and hit and run after an incident near Second and Howard streets.

Officers investigated a reported theft in the 900 block of South College Street.

Dec. 20

Officers investigated a possible child abuse reported to have occurred in the Newberg area. It was determined unfounded and not to have been criminal in nature.

Katie Larissa Newman, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Yamhill County jail in McMinnville.

Dec. 21

Christopher Douglas Owen Pinneo, 27, was cited for violation of a release agreement.

Frank Antonio Candau, 24, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 34, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 22

Dainene Kay Duff, 50, was arrested for second-degree theft, giving false information to a police officer, identity theft and an outstanding warrant after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. She was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 24

David Allen Minor, 55, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a generator stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of East First Street.

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 27, was arrested for violating conditional release after an incident in the 500 block of West Sheridan Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 25

A 16-year-old male was taken into protective custody on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

Dec. 26

Matthew Joseph Benson, 27, was arrested for violating a release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.
