Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Jan. 15

- David Sauno Contreras, 34, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for reckless endangering, reckless driving and driving the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

- Enrique Contreras-Magana, 64, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless endangering and reckless driving.

- Kevin Roy Contreras, 70, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

- Cass William Cooper, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless driving.

- Cesar Cordero-Morales, 29, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

- Ramon Vincente Sanchez Cortez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and reckless endangering.

- Ivan Lee Cosner, 57, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

- Burl Cox, 45, is wanted on an FTA for failure to carry and present a license.

- Robert Anthony Cox, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

- Steven Duane Crandall, 37, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

- Ivan Crisostomo Laureano, 29, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude and DUII.

- Justin Crouch, 39, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended.

- Roy Allen Cruickshank, 67, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

- Jorge Hernandez Cuenca, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

- Jesse Paul Davies, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

- Callan Wayne Davis, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

- Francis Elmer Davis, 68, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision.

- Joe Henderson Davis, 39, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a firearm and PCS.

- Abelardo Dejesus Delossantos, 29, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to pay diversion.

- Shawn Henry Dixon, 19, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

- Samuel Steven Givens, 25, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

- Ashly Ann Henderson, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

- Barbara Sue Marshall, 58, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Dec. 19

Officers investigated a theft which occurred in the 100 block of West Myrtlewood Drive.

Dec. 23

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle near Ninth and School streets.

Dec. 27

Officers investigated a theft in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

Dec. 28

Officers responded to an injury crash in the 2700 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Dec. 29

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Highway 99W and Benjamin Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 41, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

Dec. 30

Officers took a report of violation of restraining order in the 900 block of Filbert court. The case has been forwarded to the district attorney's office.

Dec. 31

Jesus Rivas-Ordaz, 26, was cited for third-degree theft and criminal mischief after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Jan. 1

A 17-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident in the 1600 block of Deborah Road.

Jan. 2

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 5200 block of Wedgewood Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1000 block of Southwest View Crest Drive in Dundee.

Hong Jie Chen, 24, was arrested for DUII and driving while suspended. He was booked, cited and released.

Stephanie Renee Edens, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Kelly Ann Keller, 33, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1200 block of South College Street.

Jan. 3

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Springbrook Road and Hayes Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers investigated a reported theft in the 1500 block of Gemini Street.

Jan. 4

Officers took a report of a lost purse in the 400 block of East First Street.

Jan. 5

Nathan Lino Hernandez, 29, was cited for driving while suspended.

Terry Lin Brown Sr, 57, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Denis William Hodson, 28, was arrested for first-degree burglary, harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, coercion and resisting arrest after an incident in the 700 block of Elliott Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 6

Raymond Brent Gledhill Jr, 22, was arrested for failure to perform duties of a driver, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was transported to the county jail.

Derrick Michael Lewis, 50, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Phillip Anthony Wallace, 37, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Jan. 9

Jared Vern Hansen, 29, was cited for driving while suspended.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Johnson Court, Providence Drive, Hayes Street, Calkins Lane, Elliott Road, Hancock Street, Third Street, Vittoria Way, Oak Meadows Loop, Mountainvew Drive, Portland Road, Sixth Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Highway 219 and North Valley Road and a commercial fire at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Seventh Street in Dundee, Brutscher Street, First Street, Werth Boulevard and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury MVC at Kuehne Road and Highway 240, a commercial fire at 11th Court and 12th Street and a request for public assistance on Conner Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to an unknown injury MVC on Fox Farm Road and Zard Lane and commercial fire alarms on Wareham Lane and Fulton Street.

Jan. 6

Jesus Ernesto Gracia Gonzalez, 42, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Jan. 8

Jeffery Allen Wendling, 48, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender. He was booked and released.

Lynette Celia Paulson, 56, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. She was booked and released.

Antonio Marcos Morales, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and menacing. He was booked and released.

Frank Antonio Candau, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Adria Jack Fix, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Jan. 9

La Sean Bertrand David Phillips, 47, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Michael Joseph Fields, a 41-year-old Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Lincoln County.

Jan. 10

- Lonny James Gardner, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

- Timothy Raye Nester, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Jan. 11

- Andre James Lowe, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

- James Wyatt Smith, 20, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to face a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case remains open.

- Lonny James Gardner, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.
