Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Jan. 22

Bernadino Delgado, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for attempted first-degree sexual abuse.

- Salomon Mendoza Delgado, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and meancing.

Juan Cisneros Delosantos, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Efren Hernandez Delosantos, 25, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for DUII and reckless driving.

Nicholas James Dejarlais, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Pablo Jaimes Diaz, 37, is wanted on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Francisco Javier Diaz, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Javier Escamilla Diaz, 41, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, hit and run and reckless endangering.

Christopher John Diehl, 36, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Teresa Lin Difalco, 51, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Maria Theresa Dillon, 37, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.

Ashley Louise Dixon, 21, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree criminal mischief.

Shawn Henry Dixon, 19, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Gerardo Serrato Disoado, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and providing false information to a police officer.

Angelina Bianca Dominguez, 22, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for identity theft.

Richard Dale Donnelly, 64, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Edward Michael Doran, 32, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Isaias Rivera Doroteo, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Christopher Allan Douglas, 37, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Soloman Duncan, 37, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

William James Duncan, 49, is wanted on an FTA for PCS and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Asia Avelina Arrozal, 25, is wanted on an FTA for felony PCS.

Christina Marie Beck, 39, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Samuel James Haller, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary and sentenced inmate failed to serve time.

Miguel Eduardo Gonzalez, 22, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful possession of a firearm and failure to serve jail sentence.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Namitz Court in Dundee, Hemlock Place in Dundee, Brooke Drive, Douglas Avenue, College Street, Brutscher Street, Third Street, Villa Road, School Street, Main Street and Upland Drive.

Jan. 11

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Center Street, Pecan Court, Hulet Lane, Garfield Street, Red Hills Road, Fourth Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road and a burn complaint on Dillon and Old Yamhill roads.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Prospect Drive, Princeton Street and Werth Boulevard.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Hancock Street, First Street, Happy Hill Lane, Portland Road, Knoll Drive, Newberg-Dundee bypass, Werth Boulevard and College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public service on North Valley Road and a commercial fire alarm on College Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Highway 240, College Street, Burlington Drive, Elliott Road, Highway 99W, Haworth Avenue, Hillsboro Way, Morton Street, Springbrook Road, College Street, Old Highway 99W and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire on Howard Street and a request for lift assistance on North Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Center Street, Brutscher Street, Hayes Street, Sheridan Street, School Street, Stone Road, Blaine Street and Little Oak Street.

Darrell Wade Bagley, 52, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Jan. 2

Denis William Hodson, 28, was arrested for violation of probation and third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of an attempted theft in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of a dog bite near Princeton and Edgewood streets.

Jan. 3

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Daniel Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Christopher Lee Kerber, 33, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Jan. 4

Officers investigated a theft of vehicle parts in the 600 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Jan. 5

Officers took a report of multiple car prowl/thefts in the 100 block of Northwest Peach and Cherry streets in Dundee.

Jan. 8

Officers did a welfare check regarding living conditions in the 1200 block of South College Street.

Officers responded to a disturbance/trespass in the 3200 block of Portland Road. The suspect had left the area before officers arrived.

Jan. 9

A 14-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway. He was returned to his parents.

La Sean Bertrand David Phillips, 47, was arrested on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandy Nicole Rose, 30, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Michael Joseph Fields, 41, was arrested for probation violation and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 2000 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 10

Phillip Lloyd Stamps, 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Cameron Larry Lockwood, 24, was cited for second-degree theft and forgery after an incident in the 1500 block of Mill Court.

Officers investigated a theft in the 1100 block of Southwest First Street in Dundee. The incident is under investigation.

Jan. 11

Jared Christopher Stewart, 21, was cited for first-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 700 block of Crestview Drive.

Luis Enrique Diaz, 21, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a report of theft by receiving in the 1200 block of North Meridian Street.

Lonny James Gardner, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Andre James Lowe, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

James Wyatt Smith, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 12

Vicente Zavala, 39, was cited for failure to carry/present driver license and giving false information to a police officer for purposes of a citation.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near First and College streets. Information was exchanged between parties.

Jan. 13

Timofey Yelchannivov, 58, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Angelica Jamille Savage, 28, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 700 block of Jeffrey Court.

Jan. 14

George Raul Cardenas, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 15

Anne Kathleen McNassar, 39, was cited for first-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Jason Lee Stacey, 48, was arrested on warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 16

Cheyenne Hess, 51, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Jan. 17

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a fence in the 100 block of South Harrison Street.

Yamhill County jail reports

Jan. 13

Arryal Joy Baker, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a drug court sanction. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Jan. 16

Joan Francine Kirsch, 58, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Jan. 17

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Jan. 18

Justin David Ledet, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree burglary and theft. Bail was set at $12,500 and the case remains open.
