Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement agencies are looking for the following individuals with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Feb. 12

Ignacio Garcia Figueroa, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Isidro Alexander Garcia, 40, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a DUII charge.

Jaime Fernando Garcia, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Leobardo Galvin Garcia, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

Micah Seth Garcia, 41, is wanted on an FTA for EDUII.

Reynaldo Huitron Garcia, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree sexual abuse.

Rolando Garcia, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Sergio Garcia-Garcia, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree assault and DUII.

Sergio Garcia-Garfias, 50, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jess Michael Garner, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for FTA.

Juan Lopez Garnica, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jose Jaime Gasca Rojas, 45, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jose Hernandez Gasca, 49, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, kidnapping, second-degree sexual abuse and strangulation.

Antonio Antoine Gayden, 55, is wanted for contempt of court.

Collin Wesley Geiger, 39, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree attempted theft, first-degree attempted forgery, first-degree theft and first-degree forgery.

Tommy G. George, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a forged instrument.

Christopher Edward Gibson, 35, is wanted on an FTA for PCS and second-degree theft.

Geneva Irene Gibson, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Kerri A. Girard, 43, is wanted on a warrant for DUII and driving while suspended.

Belinda Garcia, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS, providing false information to a police officer and false information on a citation.

Samuel Steven Givens, 25, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Lisa Graves, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree aggravated theft.

Cheryl Lyn Hughes, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude police officers.

Francisco Javier Rosales Jr., 29, is wanted on an FTA for PCS, fourth-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Antonio David Sanchez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Officers investigated a reported identity theft/fraud that occurred in the 1300 block of Villa Road.

Jan. 10

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 100 block of East First Street. Information was exchanged between parties.

Jan. 13

A 17-year-old boy was cited for harassment after an incident in the 1600 block of Deborah Road.

Jan. 16

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 2700 block of Holiday Lane. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers investigated a reported theft in the 600 block of South River Street.

Jan. 27

Officers took a report of a burglary/theft that occurred in the 1100 block of North College Street.

Jan. 18

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 600 block of North Morton Street.

Jan. 19

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers took a report of identity theft/fraud that occurred in the Gresham area.

Cesar D. Colmenares-Chavez, 38, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, as well as being charged with giving false information to a police officer and failure to carry/present driver license. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 20

Michael David Hamilton, 30, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 200 block of South Blaine Street.

Timothy Raye Nester, 52, was cited for driving while suspended.

Jan. 21

Zachary Kristian Yung, 26, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 200 block of North Main Street.

Officers investigated a report of counterfeited money in the 100 block of East First Street.

Jan. 22

A 19-year-old female was cited for being a minor in possession of marijuana after an incident near Haworth Avenue and Elliott Road.

Officers investigated a theft/trespass that occurred in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

Officers responded to an injury crash near Springbrook Road and East Second Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Jan. 23

Officers responded to an injury car crash near Springbrook and Fernwood roads. Information was exchanged between parties.

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 45, was arrested for violation of probation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 24

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft in the 800 block of Jacqui Court.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 2300 block of East Third Street.

Officers investigated a reported physical abuse in the 300 block of West Oxford Street.

Andrew James Owen Pinneo, 23, was arrested on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael Allen Hartman, 31, was arrested for DUII, drugs, and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of theft of a large amount of cash in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Kimberly Gautreaux Cooley, 52, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Jan. 25

Officers were notified of a possible robbery that occurred in the 200 block of North Main Street. The incident is under investigation.

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

Jan. 26

Neal Levi Englund, 27, was cited for driving while suspended.

Anne Kathleen McNassar, 39, was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal mischief after an incident near College and Arlington streets.

Alicia Jean Hillis, 22, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Jan. 27

Andrew Howard Schwab, 47, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident near Main and Illinois streets. He was booked, cited and released.

Offices took a report of a 16-year-old girl who had runaway. She was later located and her parents were notified.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2300 block of East Second Street.

Kelly Ryan Sprecher, 45, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 3600 block of Coffey Lane.

Jan. 29

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near First and Main streets. Information was exchanged between parties.

Meredith Joann Abdi, 42, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

A 14-year-old boy was reported as runaway from the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was located and returned home a short time later.

Jan. 30

Officers investigated a reported theft by deception/fraud in the 3000 block of Middlebrook Drive.

Officers investigated a burglary/theft that occurred in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Officers investigated a reported theft of fuel in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Julene Rosette Knake, 41, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near First and Blaine streets. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers investigated a reported assault in the 2000 block of Emery Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Jan. 31

Officers investigated a reported theft of recyclable cans in the 800 block of Dayton Avenue.

Christopher William Melka, 41, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Scott Jordan Smith, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Shelly Lynn Elston, 53, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Southwest11th Street in Dundee. The investigation is ongoing.

Feb. 1

Randall Edward Bracken, 26, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 1100 block of N Springbrook Road.

Louis Samuel Loper, 42, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

Feb. 2

Nathan Lee Lopez, 30, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

James William McLaughlin, 22, was arrested on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers assisted Clackamas County with an investigation in the Dundee area.

Feb. 3

Susan Catherine Maxfield, 48, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Susan Marie Schneider, 37, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked, cited and released.

Christopher William Melka, 41, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after an incident in the 2500 block of East Third Street.

Georgia Carol Gill, 71, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Austin Earl Galbreath, 40, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Levi Edward Bolt, 30, was arrested for fourth-degre assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported stalking complaint in the 100 block of West Sheridan Street.

Feb. 4

Austin Nathaniel Nuchraksa, 24, was arrested for strangulation and harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were cited for second-degree trespass after an incident in the 1300 block of Northeast Wynooski Road.

Tom Roy Gochenour, 48, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

A 15-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway. He was returned home.

Neal Levi Englund, 27, was cited for driving while suspended.

Feb. 5

Gerald Salazar, 50, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Kevin Francis Burke, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Yamhill County jail reports

Feb. 3

Levi Edward Bolt, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Feb. 5

Vincente Zavala, 39, of Dundee, was arrested for failure to carry/present a license and providing false information to a police officer. He was booked and released.

Bonnie Marie Stephens, 43, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of meth and failure to appear. Bail was set at $25,000 and the case remains open.

Angelica Maria Acevedo, 32, of Dundee, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $7,599 and the case remains open.

Greg Ryan Troutman, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender. He was booked and released.

Brandy Nicole Rose, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked and released.

Luis Enrique Diaz, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Donna Houghton, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Feb. 6

Kenneth Earl Mecham, 52, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction and for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Feb. 7

- Travis Marshall Neith, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

- Jennifer Florence Furness, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and harassment. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
