Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

March 4

Carlos Hernandez, 21, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Dennis Hernandez Jr., 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jose Romero Hernandez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Juan Carlos Baez Hernandez, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Juan Carlos Garcia Hernandez, 37, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Juan Gomez Hernandez, 27, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Lazaro Cruz Hernandez, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Saul Dominguez Hernandez, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree attempted kidnapping.

Mario Rodriguez Herrera, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for hit and run.

Clifton Allan Herring, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Edwin Michael Cecil Hill, 37, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a restricted weapon and providing false information to a police officer.

Wade Roy Hill, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Bryan Riley Hillblom, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.

Crystal Rai Himmelspach, 32, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree aggravated theft.

Justin Anthony Hoard, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.

David Paul Holden, 48, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree assault.

Daniel Robert Holman, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Gary Joseph Horvath, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.

Christine Jane Hotelling, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Officers responded to an injury motor vehicle crash in the 2400 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Nickia Marie McKerrall, 19, and Bianka Lenae Elizibeth Holmes, 19, were cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

Dawn Rose Perry, 25, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 700 block of Foothills Drive.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 400 block of Southeast Fifth Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Mariah Dawn Langenberg, 23, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 500 block of Highway 219.

Christopher William Melka, 41, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers are investigating a report of violation of restraining order in the 100 block of Pinehurst Court.

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle near First and Howard streets.

Jeffrey Wayne Paulson, 32, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 100 block of South Howard Street.

Feb. 19

Officers are investigating a theft in the 3100 block of Crestview Drive.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to property in the 700 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Andrew James Owen Pinneo, 23, was arrested for probation violation and unlawful possession of meth and heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Pedro Victor Victor Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 19, was cited for menacing after an incident in the 900 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Feb. 20

Scott Paul Green, 23, was cited for failure to appear on a citation.

Nicole Diane Johnson, 40, was cited for failure to appear on a citation.

Feb. 21

Tyler Robert Poulton, 32, was cited for driving while suspended and unlawful possession of heroin.

Kimberly Sue Alfaro, 53, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Eric Michael Weber II, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3900 block of Portland Road.

Jason Lee Christie, 43, was cited for driving while suspended.

Feb. 25

A 15-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for violating probation. He was transported to the juvenile detention facility in McMinnville.

William Arie Van Gessel, 59, was arrested for second- and fourth-degree assault, recklessly endangering another person and menacing after an incident in the 300 block of Renfro Way.

Feb. 26

Victor Garth Manu Ostling, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

Barry David McCabe, 60, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Highway 99W and West Third Street.

Officers are investigating a reported sex abuse that occurred in the Newberg area.

Nathaniel William Ullom, 21, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Susan Catherine Maxfield, 48, was arrested on outstanding warrants. She was transported to the county jail.

Joseph Allen Haney, 22, was arrested for probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported road rage incident near First and Harrison streets.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Springbrook Road, Oak Leaf Street, College Street, Brutscher Street, Chehalem Street, and Williams Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a car fire on Wynooski Street and a commercial fire alarm on Fulton Street and Villa Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire on Washington Street, an unknown injury MVC on Highway 219 and North Valley Road and a lift assist on North Street.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Second Street, Bienz Road in Dundee, Eighth Street, Dayton Avenue, Quarry Road, Fourth Street and Fox Farm Road in Dundee.

Yamhill County jail reports

Feb. 24

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County as well as a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Feb. 25

Christopher William Melka, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

William Arie Van Gessel, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for second- and fourth-degree assault, menacing and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $175,000 and the case remains open.

Feb. 26

Christopher William Melka, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction and charged with second- and third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Oscar Jaimes Nunez, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face a criminal citation for unlawful possession of meth. He turned himself into the Yamhill County jail after a medical furlough. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Susan Marie Schneider, 37, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked and released.

Joseph Allen Haney, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Andrew Howard Schwab, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked and released.

Kurt Stefan Peckler, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Randy E. Donaldson, 60, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, hit and run and reckless driving. He was booked and released.

Julene Rosette Knake, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on warrants from Newberg Municipal Court and Yamhill County for parole violation. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

Douglas Wayne Minor, 58, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

David Allen Minor, 56, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Michael Todd Bailey, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.
