Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

March 11

Stephanie Howard, 41, is wanted on for failure to appear (FTA) to face a harassment charge.

Lew Andrew Hoyt, 28, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

Dontrel Edward Hubbard, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Cheryl Lyn Hughes, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude.

Noe Huitron-Cruz, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII),

Thomas Carl Humann, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Justin Elias Hunt, 28, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree escape and second-degree criminal mischief.

William Patrick Hunt, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jessica L. Ireland, 40, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Jesus Daniel Jaquez Rodriguez, 20, is wanted on an FTA for DUI and fourth-degree assault.

Michael Eugene Jensen, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

Tommy Lee Jensen, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Lynette Linda Jewell, 57, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Bernita Johnson, 60, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Harley David Johnson, 26, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

James Myron Johnson, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Angela Marie Castillo, 33, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Katherine Kelly Foster, 40, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Ted Ernest Fowler Jr., 45, is wanted on an FTA for negotiating a bad check and second-degree theft.

Dawn Rose Perry, 25, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 700 block of Foothills Drive.

Feb. 19

Officers took a report of a burglary in the 1400 block of Park Lane.

Christopher William Melka, 41, was cited for second-degree theft and criminal trespass after an incident in the 300 block of South Everest Road.

Feb. 20

Christopher Lee Sickles, 34, was cited for driving while suspended, misdemeanor.

Feb. 21

Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 22

Hunter Thairn Stockwell, 19, was cited for failure to appear.

Jon Robert Hemmingsen, 44, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after an incident near Blaine and Second streets.

Kristopher Kurt Neustel, 35, was cited for first-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near Portland and Springbrook roads.

Wenceslado Jaurez-Martinez, 41, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of Highway 219.

Nicole Anne Fargo, 28, was cited for first-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Feb. 24

Scott Allen Brown, 51, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 38, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 25

Russell James Hoover, 33, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), driving while suspended, reckless driving and unlawful possession of heroin and meth. He was booked, cited and released.

Christopher William Melka, 41, was arrested on a probation violation for second-degree criminal trespass and theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 26

Jacob Nathaniel Jensen, 27, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident near Portland Road and Hulet Avenue.

Two 18-year-old males and one 19-year-old male were cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident at Rogers Landing.

Feb. 27

William Clifford Hults, 47, was cited for failure to appear.

Feb. 28

Officers took a theft report in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Michael Todd Bailey, 33, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael David Weaver, 32, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of Highway 99W.

David Allen Minor, 56, and Douglas Wayne Minor, 58, were arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident in the 500 block of West Sheridan Street. They were both lodged at the county jail.

Feb. 29

Jereme David Park, 43, was cited for driving while suspended, misdemeanor.

Miguel Angel Olivares-Santos, 19, was cited for failure to appear.

March 1

Michael Loren Hulse Jr., 51, was arrested for menacing and unlawful use of a weapon after an incident in the 500 block of East Ninth Street.

Charles Lord Chaffee IV, 36, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

March 2

Amber Dawn Loop, 35, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

A 14-year-old boy was cited for theft in the 900 block of Southwest Alder Street in Dundee.

Rafael Duran, 30, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a report of fraud in the 1000 block of Southest Locust Street in Dundee.

Gerald Salazar, 50, was arrested for contempt of court and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

March 3

A 15-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for being a runaway. He was returned to his parents.

Brittany Noel Bitrich, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Kimberly Sue Alfaro, 53, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

March 4

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at First Street and Everest Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Kelly Ann Keller, 33, was arrested for contempt of court. She was transported to the county jail.

Adrian Danilo Contreras, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

March 5

Bradley Dean Senecaut Jr, 39, was cited for failure to appear.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Namitz Court in Dundee, Fulton Street, Lynn Drive, Morton Street, Bina Drive, Springbrook Road, Donald Lane and Nugget Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm on Natalie Drive and a request for public assistance on Bina Drive and Third Street.

Feb. 29

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Knoll Drive, Sheridan Street, Elliott Road, Eighth Street in Dundee, Libra Street, 13th Street in Dundee, Zimri Drive and Slope Lane.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on 10th Street in Dundee, Sherman Street, Fulton Street, Werth Boulevard, Brutscher Street and Oak Meadows Loop.

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Williams Street, Haworth Avenue, Aldersgate Lane, Alder Street in Dundee, Oak Meadows Loop, Brutscher Street, Arlington Drive, Elliott Road, Oxford Street and Elliott Road.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire at Illinois Street and Clifford Court and a burn complaint on Stone Road and Highway 240.

March 5

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Terrace Drive, Fifst Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Aldersgate Lane, Warren Road in Dundee, Ninth Street, Walnut Avenue and Chehalem Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on College Street and Fulton Street, as well as a lift assist on Arlington Drive.

March 2

- Kimberly Sue Alfaro, 53, of Newberg, was arrested on hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

- Kendra Renee Jones, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft, unlawful possession of meth and a parole sanction.

Bail was set at $10,000 and the theft and possession cases remain open. She received an undisclosed sentence on the parole sanction.

- Gerald Salazar, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case is pending.

March 3

- Kimberly Sue Alfaro, 53, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issue by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and she was freed on conditional release.

- Antonio Scott Aguirre, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with making a report, domestic menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $35,000 and the case remains open.

- Brittany Noel Bitrich, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on warrants from the sheriff's office on parole violations for unlawful possession of meth and heroin. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

March 4

- Ronald Eugene Pierce, 60, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked and possession of weapons by certain felons. He was booked and released.

- Jennie Curry McFarland, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for on a bench warrant from Yamhill County Corrections for failure to appear to face charges of initiating a false report and first-degree theft. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

- Kelly Ann Keller, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $30,000 and the case remains open.

- Logan Patrick Hutchinson, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. He was booked and released.

- Zackery Glenn Carter, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

March 5

- Colby Dean Jungwirth, 26, of St. Paul. Was arrested for unlawful possession of firearms, unlawful use of a weapon and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

- Georgia Carol Gill, 71, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

March 7

- Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on multiple counts of failure to appear on a bench warrant. He was booked and released.

March 8

- Taurus Devon James, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, reckless driving and hit and run. Bail was set at $65,000 and the case remains open.

March 9

- Robert James Long, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court and a bench warrant from the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear to face charges of criminal driving while suspended or revoked, first-degree burglary, harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second- and third-degree theft and giving false information to a police officer. Bail was set at $4186 and the case remains open.

- Vanessa Augustina Joaquin, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by McMinnville Municipal Court. Bail was set at $11,000 and the case is on hold.
