Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

March 18

Jamia Michelle Johnson, 29, is wanted on for failure to appear (FTA) for for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Johnathan Michael Johnson, 39, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Kimberly Jene Johnson. 41, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of meth.

Leroy Olaf Johnson Jr., 59, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver and recklessly endangering another person.

Loretta Gayline Johnson, 48, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft, possession of meth and second-degree theft.

Barrett Kent Jones, 70, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and open container in vehicle.

Devon Lee Jones, 27, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for possession of meth.

Joseph Jordan III, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Felipe Juarez-Serratos, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a forged instrument.

Lacey Ann Keene, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

Rick Keipp, 53, is wanted on an FTA for theft of services.

Jeremy Dean Kelley, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

Nancy Hope Lochrie, 58, is wanted on a probation violation for driving while suspended and a failure to appear on a citation.

Jon Michael Archer, 31, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for felon in possession of a weapon.

Officers investigated a report of identity theft in the 400 block of North School Street.

Feb. 25

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

Feb. 27

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 700 block of Deborah Road.

Officers investigated a theft/fraudulent use of a credit card in the 400 block of South Blaine Street.

March 2

Antonio Salazar-Martinez, 28, was cited for reckless driving after an incident in the 300 block of North Meridian Street.

March 4

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at First and College streets. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Springbrook Road and Hayes Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Deborah Ann Keller, 64, was cited for improper use of the 9-1-1 system.

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 100 block of North Elliott Road.

March 5

Eliasar Moreno Palominos, 37, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

March 6

Officers investigated a burglary in the 400 block of Airpark Way.

Officers responded to two injury car crashes in the 3000 block of Portland Road.

A 17-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 1400 block of Libra Street. He was booked, cited and released to a parent.

A 15-year-old boy was reported as runaway from the 600 block of Linda Way.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Villa and Portland roads. Information was exchanged between drivers.

March 7

Taurus Devon James, 26, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), driving while suspended, hit and run and reckless driving after an incident near College and Fourth streets. He was transported to the county jail.

A 13-year-old boy was cited for harassment after an incident near Sixth and School streets.

March 8

Elijah Manuel Gonzalez, 26, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 2900 block of Portland Road.

Robert James Long, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

Melvin Patrick Roland, 67, was cited for failure to appear.

Vanessa Augustina Joaquin, 21, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation. She was transported to the county jail.

March 9

Officers investigated a reported forgery in the 4000 block of North College Street.

Martin Joseph Riel, 56, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and possession of a restricted weapon by a felon.

A 16-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for violating probation. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility in McMinnville.

March 10

Nikole Diane Johnson, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

Seth Andrew Hicks, 39, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Steven James Roedel, 54, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a reported identity theft in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

March 11

Dustin Leeland Willan, 30, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a fence in the 2500 block of North Main Street

- TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Williams Street, Haworth Avenue, Aldersgate Lane, Alder Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Brutscher Street, Arlington Drive, Elliott Road, Oxford Street, Werth Boulevard and Deborah Road.

Yamhill County jail reports

March 10

Nikole Diane Johnson, 40, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is on hold.

Seth Andrew Hicks, 39, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

March 11

Kenneth Earl Mecham, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.

David Kenneth Hough, 61, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation and contempt of court. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open.

Barry David McCabe, 60, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering. He was booked and released.

Adria Jack Fix, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. She was booked and released.

Jesse Manuel Galvan, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. He was booked and released.

Jacob Nathaniel Jensen, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for hit and run and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked and released.

Breanna Leigh Kliese, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. She was booked and released.

Nickia Marie McKerrall, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree assault, first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. She was booked and released.

Dawn Perry, 25, of Dundee, was arrested for second-degree theft. He was booked and released.

March 12

Ryan James Ballard, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

March 13

Greg Ryan Troutman, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked and released.
