Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

J. Reyes Landeros Fonceca, 40, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) to face charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Kevin Ronald Lavery, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

John Raymond Ledoux, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for interfering with making a report.

Jesus Albert Frias Leon, 26, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and driving while suspended.

Julio Cesar Leon-Frias, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Tianee Lee Levey, 23, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

Robert Christopher Lewis, 33, is wanted in wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Shannon Marin Lewis, 26, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree forgery, first-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and first-degree conspiracy to commit theft.

James Arthur Lingren, 71, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Jesus Valtierra Llamas, 35, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree sexual abuse and harassment.

Nancy Hope Lochrie, 58, is wanted on a probation violation for driving while suspended and failure to appear on a citation.

Joshua Carlos Longoria, 38, is wanted on an FTA for contempt of court.

Cesar Lopez Hernandez, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and for violating post-prison supervision on a previous conviction for delivery and manufacture of meth.

Henry Joseph Lopez, 24, is wanted on an FTA for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 500 block of West Third Street.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near First Street and Everest Road.

Edgar Pizano-Fernandez, 31, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers investigated a report of animal cruelty/abandonment in the 1500 block of S Sandoz Road.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 700 block of Hulet Lane.

Officers took a runaway report on a 16-year-old girl in the 900 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 600 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of a theft in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Barry David McCabe, 60, was cited for criminal trespass I after an incident in the 200 block of West First Street.

March 16

Michael Dale Morgan, 61, was cited for driving while suspended.

March 17

Kelly Ryan Sprecher, 45, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3600 block of Coffey Lane.

Joshua Scott Findley, 46, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Melvin Bryce Lytle, 30, was cited for third-degree theft and an outstanding warrant after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

A 16-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 300 block of Southwest Fifth Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a reported identity theft/fraud in the 1000 block of Sitka Avenue.
