• Officers took a report of theft from a trailer in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

• A 12-year-old male was cited for theft III after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was released to parents.

• Randall Dean Rich, 30, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin, second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

• Aaron Wells Rogers, 24, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

April 17

• Glenn Napua Kelley, 41, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

April 18

• Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle near Seventh and Columbia Street.

• Brian James Coppinger, 31, was cited for driving while suspended.

• Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of South Everest Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

April 19

• Officers responded to an armed robbery in the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue. The investigation is ongoing.

• A 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

• Larry Ray Nagel, 60, was cited for reckless driving after an incident in the 1800 block of Carol Avenue.

April 20

• Officers investigated a reported fraud call in the 400 block of Rentfro Way.

April 21

• Alisha Joy Pugh, 29, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth and third-degree theft after an incident near Providence Drive and Portland Road.

• Todd Marshall Thornton, 57, was cited for aggravated harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near Fourth and College streets.

April 22

• Sheila Glo Fisher, 63, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

• Autumn Rose Whitted, 19, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1500 block of North College Street. A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl were also cited for second-degree trespass in the same incident.
