April 11

• Lee Oduis Hill Jr., 34, was cited for first-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

April 14

• Officers investigated a report of theft by deception in the 800 block of Southeast 10th Street in Dundee.

• Anthony Joseph Rodriguez, 22, and Rylee Tyler Bancroft, 24, were cited for unlawful possession of heroin and methamphetamine after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

April 15

• Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

• Officers investigated a report of criminal mistreatment in the 700 block of Foothills Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

April 16

• Officers investigated a fraud complaint in the 1000 block of Southwest Falcon Crest Drive.

April 18

• Officers responded to a report of a dangerous dog in the 1000 block of Arrowhead Place in Dundee.

• Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of South Everest Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

• Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

• Officers took a report of identity theft in the 200 block of Southwest Birch Street.

April 22

• A 15-year-old girl was recovered as a runaway. She was returned to her parents.

• Officers investigated a burglary in the 100 block of North Blaine Street.

• A 16-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

• Officers investigated a possible violation of release agreement in the 400 block of South College Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

• Kathryn Valerie Kelso, 71, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 300 block of East Sherman Street.

April 23

• Dylan O'Dell Caldwell-Tuttle, 36, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 200 block of Bina Drive.

• Seth Kofi Wenger, 27, was cited for harassment after an incident near Fourth and Chehalem streets.

• Cheyenne Hess, 51, was cited for failure to carry/present driver license.

• Officers took a stolen vehicle report in the 2400 block of East Third Street. The vehicle was recovered in California.

April 24

• A 19-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident in the 500 block of Eagle Street.

April 25

• Dana Ann Harrington, 39, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

• Sean Case McGinley, 39, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

• Erik Adrian Atrian, 28, was cited for interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

• Officers investigated a report of violation of a restraining order in the 600 block of East Ninth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

• Officers took a report of a sex crime that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

• Samuel Dean Saxton, 26, and Nicholas Makepeace Bell, 25, were cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 400 block of East First Street.

• Tiffany Michele Owen, 34, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

• Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft in the 2500 block of East Second Street.

April 27

• Kaitlan Diane Rutter, 25, was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after an incident in the 23000 block of Northeast Sunnycrest Road.

• Eric Topete Ambrosio, 28, was arrested for DUII, second-degree disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of methamphetamine after an incident near Third and Church streets.

• Officers investigated the theft of a computer in the 1500 block of South Sandoz Road.

• Jesse James Pedigo, 37, was cited to appear on multiple outstanding warrants and for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

• Matthew Thomas Richey, 25, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and a controlled substance.

• Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 800 block of East Eighth Street.

• Thomas Kenneth Smiley, 30, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and offensive littering after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

May 1

• Oscar Adrian Guzman, 28, was cited for felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

• A 16-year-old boy was cited for third-degree criminal mischief and also recovered as a runaway after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

• A bicycle was stolen from the 900 block of South College Street.

May 2

• Michael Allen McFadden, 37, was cited for harassment and menacing after an incident in the 300 block of North Harrison Street.

• Jennie Curry McFarland, 44, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

April 5

• Anthony Robert Manning, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession and delivery of heroin. Bail was set at $30,000 and the case remains open.

April 13

• Jason Allen Forgue, 47, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold issued by Tillamook County. Bail was set at $100,000 and the case is on hold.

April 20

• William Trask Gage, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. He was booked and released and the case remains open.

April 21

• Ethel Jeannine Molash, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

• David Lee Swetland, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for possession of weapons by certain felons. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

April 28

• Eric Eugene Smith, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

May 7

• Elijah Manuel Gonzalez, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

• Jami Elizabeth Rake, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. She was booked and released.
