• Officers investigated criminal mischief, graffiti, in the area of Fifth and Harrison streets.

• Officers investigated a theft complaint in the 400 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee. It was determined not to have been criminal.

• Officers investigated a reported fraud/fraudulent use of a credit card in the 200 block of South Highway 99W in Dundee.

May 12

• Kyle Benjamin Richardson, 23, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident on Second Street in Dundee.

• Nathaniel William Ullom, 21, was cited for improper use of 911 after an incident in the 1100 block of Springbrook Road.

• Denise Dawn Kahoopii, 50, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and throwing away burning material after an incident in the 800 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

• Phil Addoms, 69, was cited for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 100 block of Markris Way.

• Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

• Officers investigated multiple incidents of criminal mischief after vehicles and homes were spray painted in the 400 block of Harrison and Lincoln streets.

May 24

• David Neil Hodges, 50, was arrested for violation of release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

• Andrew Grant Errand, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after an incident in the 100 block of South Main Street. He was cited and released.

• Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Southwest Alder Street in Dundee.

• Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Sitka Avenue.

• Patricia Lynn Kennedy, 64, was cited for first-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

May 25

• Roberto Jaimes Nunez, 30, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and for unlawful possession of heroin. He was cited and released.

• Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Pecan Court.

• Scott Mathew Q. Davidson, 63, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 100 block of Southwest Seventh Street in Dundee.

• Rashel Ann Sutliff, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and methamphetamine, as well as failure to appear on a criminal citation. The case is pending.

May 26

• Sean Case McGinley, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for telephone harassment. He was booked and released.
