Kenneth Earl Mecham, 53, was arrested for unlawful delivery and possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 30, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

A 16-year-old runaway was contacted and returned to his mother.

July 10

A 15-year-old boy was cited for interfering with a peace officer, second-degree disorderly, second-degree criminal trespass and was transported to the juvenile detention center as a result of a probation violation detainer.

Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the 400 block of South Everest Road. It was determined to not to have been criminal.

Traci Annette Boronat, 48, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). The case remains open.

Laura Marie Stone, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on multiple counts of first-degree and aggravated theft, as well as misapplication of entrusted property. Bail was set at $75,000 and the case remains open.

July 22

Ahov Shalom Ysrael Barbrandov, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and interfering with making a report. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Zachary Dean Minor, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court to face a charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Marcos Israel Gispert, 51, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked and released.
