Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 900 block of Highway 99W in Dundee. The incident was settled with a civil compromise.

Aug. 16

Dezmon Javier Amaya, 20, was arrested for DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver in a hit and run, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, improper use of 911, initiating a false report and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked, cited and released.

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 28, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident near 11th and Chehalem streets.

Mario Reyes Parra, 23, was cited for failure to appear on a citation.

A 15-year-old boy was recovered as a runaway and returned to his mother.

Cheyenne Hess, 52, was cited for violation of probation.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 3200 block of McKern Place. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers investigated a reported theft in the 100 block of East First Street. The suspect was subsequently trespassed from the property.

Officers investigated a reported fraud in the 3900 block of Boomer Drive.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 29, was cited for interfering with a peace officer after an incident in the 800 block of Villa Road.

A 16-year-old boy was taken into protective custody for harassment, interfering with making a report and probation violation after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center in McMinnville.

Officers investigated a report of telephone harassment in the 400 block of Southeast 10th Street in Dundee.

Kayla Janice Bolen, 32, was cited to appear on multiple outstanding warrants.

Officers took a report of theft of cash in the 3300 block of Portland Road. The investigation is ongoing.
